Love shopping online and having home delivery service. However I wish the people gathering the orders would take the initiative to pick good produce items as if they were get the fruits and veggies for their self or love ones. We get a bunch of either rotten or moldy veggies from them when we order online. Or the fruit isnt ripe.

Poorly organized store. Went in to electronics department for a game released today and the person working the counter said with confidence oh we wouldnt have it out yet as she pointed to a mountain of unopened boxes behind her that needed to be stocked.

Walmart is a necessity for me but not one I would recommend to others for one very good reason: it is an extremely frustrating experience unless you enjoy standing in line for an unknown length of time. The self checkouts dont usually accept cash, which means when using cash, you must get in line...and wait..and wait...and wait...And wait!!!

Store smelled like dog and dirt. Everything was in disarray and the restrooms were abominable. My mom walked and walk right out saying they were so disgusting that it made her want to puke. The problem is that there were associates all over the store--even in the restroom: using the facilities. This is on a Friday at 5pm. Its busy and that makes sense, but some things should never have to be. After asking an employee about getting it cleaned, they responded, its always like that. There needs to be some kind of a standard. The store was complete disorder and impressionable--but not in a good way.We ended up leaving and buying nothing.

Well I had a bad experience on whitten road and I found this place to be even easier to get to from midtown Memphis. Furthermore, unlike Whitten Road, it had everything well stocked and orderly. Staff was pleasant and helpful. About as good as a Walmart can get.

The deli personal was very slow and unfriendly, once I received the second of my three idem order, the girl stopped to take care if someone the walked up ( three people behind me) to get her order before completing mine. Then she gave me 1-1/2 pounds when I only ordered 1 pound. Very rude.

It was just another Walmart with a few exceptions. Every staff person asked if I needed any help,also it was a quick easy checkout.

Food is good and the Coconut Cream Pie is even better!

Manager in this store is motivated professional at all. The associates look like they just got out of bed. Some of the managers cannot explain anything to you. Manager is always mad looking sad store

I am a trucker, I pulled up to the store and I seen that they had the bars across the entrances mediately called the broker and turn around and told them I do not deliver it to the stores that discriminate against truck drivers and I will be taking a load back to the shipper

Not enough cashiers. Most Employees working the floor not helpful at all. Some get aggravated if u ask for help. Im like I dont work here. I dont know even where the departments are because of the remodel dumb@$$.🤷🏾‍♂️

Crowded very crowded people rude not the employees but customers. Glad I got everything and didnt have to go back

The store is dirty but the bathroom is MUCH worse. They are mid pandemic and there was blood and fecal matter on the toilet in the front ladies room seats and floor there was trash everywhere this mind you is the restroom right next to customer service which you would think would be the better kept bathroom.Many of the cashiers however are friendly and attentive THEY are the ONLY reason I left 3 stars rather than 1

Nice that they have actual truck parking over on the side. Complete with trash cans and cart corral right there. Downside is it is posted for 2 hour parking ONLY. So works for shopping or short break, but no overnights. Store is clean, although shelves were clean, probably due to being late in the day on Sunday.

It was ok. The lady on the phone was a little hostile at first but she calmed down.

Only for 20 or less item lane.Why have it? It is not enforced!!!A lady just checked out a large order. There were 4 customers with 5 or fewer items in their baskets waiting behind these 2 ladies. There were 6 lanes open for regular purchases

Worst walmart EVER!! They wont gather the carts from outside! The shelves are not stocked! Never enough checkers! If you call for assistance in a department get ready to WAIT and they may never come at all! THIS PLACE IS A TOATL DISASTER!

I enjoy this Walmart. More often than not, I can get in and out quite quickly. The store is pretty clean and they have plenty of signs so you know where everything is.

So far it was great! Its one of the cleanest and organized Walmarts Ive been in, in years! Also they have a Claires inside! Bonus!

I would rate lower if possible.. worst Wal Mart I’ve ever been to. The store is constantly a mess. The bathrooms are the worst I’ve ever seen. The worst part is, like tonight, there’s 8 lazy employees standing around the front doors and there’s a hundred carts in the parking lot. Literally. Who manages this place? What a disgrace.

Not the greatest Walmart, but not the worst. For a while, it seemed as if they couldnt keep the shelves stocked, but Ive seen improvements over the past few months. The employees attitudes have improved lately as well. I suspect the management has focused on improved training.

Only used the pharmacy..they were very professional and friendly. Service was quick.

Employee hospitality at this location doesnt exist. Being condescending to a customer when asked a question shows poor character. Im sorry I interrupted your gossip session Maam. Fortunately, there are a FEW that have enough sense to know that a little kindness goes a long way.

This store is terrible. I got out of my vehicle and the employee that brings the shopping carts in was sitting on the cart corral playing on his phone while an entire row of shopping carts was lined up in the lane, blocking traffic. I came in and went to get a cart,none available. I walk back out and the cart pusher was strolling back inside while playing with his phone. The row of carts still sat in the lane. The store is trashed inside, 3 cashiers on a Friday evening. Didnt expect much here but it was bad, real bad.

Unfortunately, this store was very poorly stocked on most general items I required.

A really nice Walmart with so many employees around I think they possibly outnumbered the customers on the day of my visit. It was definitely different to see compared to some Ive visited where you cant find a soul to help you. Clean and had good selections on anything and everything and was well stocked.

This is a horrible place. You cant get help there is no one on the many registers they have. I wish it was better

They do have designated truck parking. However, theres a two hour limit. Also, when I was there, all the pull through spots were taken, so (because Im terrible at blindside) I had to back my truck out into the lane of cars entering and exiting the store. Luckily another trucker guided me, so it was no problem, but it could be if youre solo.

This store closes at 11:00 and I arrived at 10:50. There was an employee at the door opening the door for people to leave and not letting anyone in. He said he was told to stop letting people in at 10:40. That manager that instructed him to do that should be fired. They cant just decide to close early because they feel like it. Rediculous management. I watched many people rush to the door to arrive before they closed get sent away.

Lady in electronics had attitude. Just sell me this tv Mamm and stop giving me grief about one item over 20, that she would not ring me up. I went aaaaaaalll the way to the front for a manager. My wife nicely told the electronics manager that associate could have been more accomadating and that she was rude and unprofessional. THE MANAGER MADE IT RITE OF COURSE. I felt so sorry for telling, I APOLOGIZED IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER TO THE ASSOCIATE. this just did not have to happen and just for the record, I spend the little bittie amount of over. $900.

Didnt have any complaints except for the fact they had 3 cashiers and the rest was self check out.

I like coming here. People are very nice and I always find all I look for.

Here you can find the traditional Walmart experience. There are plenty of departments here to browse and you can find 90% of what you need here at a reasonable price. The staff is always helpful to find what you need.

The customer service for electronics was terrible. They have speaker displays to test out the speaker quality and most of them dont work or werent plugged into an outlet to use. The front end service wasnt absolutely bad but Walmart front end employees are trained to treat high paying customers like thieves. The company culture at Walmart here needs improvement. I payed for 4 bags of ice only to find out there wasnt any ice available. Almost all the shelves needed to be restocked which is strange at for 11 am. It was almost lunch time. The only reason I didnt give a 1 star was because they have 18 wheeler parking.

While traveling home, from out of town, to pick up a few needed things, me and my friend were stopped at the door @10:46 p.m. with an employee stating We closed My friend states I thought you closed at 11, Google says 11. Employee responds, They shut down registers at 10:30. Another employee walks up and states Oh we close at 10:45. We just walked out with puzzled looks. Too many inconsistencies and inconsideration. If you close at 11 or the lie of 10:45p.m, why are registers already shut down? Unless customers come and get free items during this time. It doesnt make sense. Very unsatisfied with the distasteful service.

Person checking us out was very unfriendly. The computer didnt take 1 of my coupons & she wouldnt check to see why.

Never anything on shelf stocked, Walmart shoppers are rude and get in your way, overall they should close this nasty never have anything walmart.

One of my worst visits so far this month,some of the workers are just rude and karen was the worst, ive seen in months,she was working on the hygiene isle with the soap and etc.Very rude i wasnt aware walmart had so many rude employees up until last year but i overlooked it because of covid.No its not covid some of the older workers not by age but years of employment are just disrespectful and it shouldnt be tolerated simply because there is never a manager to address with our concerns, i am very disappointed.

Cant park there overnight, many security police checking all time. Extreme vigilance.

Went to the Walmart to purchase a computer with an I5 processor. Found one HP, the ticket said $429.00. There were two tickets only one had the price of $429.00, I took a pic. I asked the cashier for the I5 computer. I was brought a I3 professor HP with the exact same look. Didnt realize until I got home and brought it back for the I5. Was told I had to pay more for the I5 although the only price listed was $429.00. The manager whose attitude wasnt the best never spoke to me directly but told the customer service cashier to only give 10% off though I showed the photo with the confusing price listed. Im very unhappy but didnt make a scene. I paid the difference but will be contacting headquarters.

Called to see if we were allowed to spend 1 night in parking lot in an RV. We were told yes and where to park. 10 minutes after parking security tells us we cannot stay overnight. Please inform people who answer the phone of the rules so we dont waste time. We went to the casino to park overnight and did our shopping at Kroger.

Both self and cashier checkout lines too long. They need to take some of the employees walking around or on their cell phones and train them to be cashiers.

Typical walmart, the freezers along the wall were empty, not sure if they are needing replaced or what. Minus ground beef, everything I needed was available.

Went here about 4 times during my time in the city, and spent well over an hour just standing in lines. Restroom was clean. The pharmacy employees were nice. It would be better if they had more cashiers.

Weary traveler on way to contract work in NC; heavy rain induced accidents in I-40 meant even detours had detours! Lots of flooded fields and streams flanking roads. Googled Walmart, pulled camper in, napped. Horn honking, and again, then knocking at my door. Walmart security chased me out - two hour lot limit! Decided not to purchase items on my list and driving on tired and determined to not visit unwelcoming Memphis region again. Ever if possible.

I went there for curbside pickup and the order was timely and accurate. The delivery associate was friendly and courteous.

I would have given this place a two star rating... mainly because a lot of times, they are missing a lot of things!? And it’s clear that they are terrible at keeping there shelves restocked properly. There is always a good amount of food missing!? Causing you to have to go to several different grocery stores. However, the employees seem to be a lot more friendlier & helpful (compared to other Walmart locations). In addition to this, there restrooms are normally clean (which is really hard to find in the Memphis area). So personally, I think it’s only fair to admit that they have earned a 3 star rating! lol...

Not quite sure how its possible to not staff enough cashiers after months of long lines. I get there are busy times, but waiting in line to check out for 35 minutes is ridiculous. Hire more people, or limit the amount of people in the store.

Some of the products (food) placement doesnt make sense since the flooring was redone and rearranged. Feels like youre on a treasure hunt.

I have been to Walmart stores all over the country. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Walmart. Everyone is on unfriendly, even when you ask an associates directly for help finding something. It is obvious they would prefer to stand around and talk to each other. I drove 25 minutes just to go to a Target next time I needed supplies.

Had a pick up....no body ever answered the phone to check in. Tried calling the main number, it rang so much til the phone disconnected. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
