Had no problems this is where we get our pet supplies like dog food cat food ect.It was fast and there were no bugs lines to wait to check out

Usually has anything pertaining to hardware, plus many other things. Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. These people will go out of their way, to make sure the customers are taken care of properly!

People were nice and prices were reasonable. The store was very organized. Ive only been there once but it was as fun as going to a hardware store can be.

They are overpriced never have nothing in stock if you order something they cant get it in or if they even will order it but if you go online or something it never comes in

Nice & friendly employees. Need aerators for my sinks & the guy made sure I had the right fit for my female facuets. He even showed me how to use the aerator display in the store so I could understand.

I went in for 4 bags of mulch in September and was treated very rude, eye rolls, sighs, and acted like I was bothering them. Went back today to try them one more time again; just needed 3 bags of mulch. Went to the counter after a young attractive looking lady in front of me. Im no makeup and messy ponytail hair..been working in the yard (maybe thats why I was treated differently)? The cashier looked at me with an eye roll and like he was disgusted said you need to go back in line. Called up the gentleman behind me in line to help him instead. Learned my lesson..not going back. Ill drive to Memphis or Southaven

Great place to stop if you dont like Home Depot. These guys have a large selection of home repair items such as lights, fixtures, and plumbing items. Very helpful service and great input on repair tips.

We love the True Value in West Memphis Arkansas. Every time we go in the staff is extremely helpful and very nice. They always have things that we are looking for and if they dont, they will order it.

There was some brief confusion about the item I wanted and called ahead about but was resolved.
