Today 10-4-21 I was at this location around 3pm when I came in I told the only employee “Zane” that I wanted to upgrade and add a nurse discount to my plan. Being the only one working he was extremely busy and was doing a great job.While I waited another employee came in I asked who this was and was informed it was the manager “Brittany” I was excited to get some help but even after Zane asked her to help not only me but anyone she simply ignored everyone on the floor. I’ve never in my life seen a MANAGER so lazy and inattentive while literally watching her one staff member run around to help everyone!! I am switching to T-Mobile!!!

I am very pleased with my experience at this location. I was greeted by Josh and he provided excellent customer service, saved me money by adjusting my plan and gave me a few more ideas to save such as switching to auto pay. He was very informative about the Apple products and I suggest you stop in this location. Ask for Josh.

I had to go back in a couple days later Tuesday 6/1 and another guy helped me and I didnt get his name but he was great and so very helpful too. Great staff!! So happy to be a AT&T customer ☺

I went in the the AT&T store in West Mifflin because I was having trouble with my WiFi on my IPhone. I met a wonderful lady named Niq that not only helped me with my WiFi but also noticed on my driver’s license that I am a veteran. She told me that I qualify for a military appreciation discount for being a veteran and quickly added that to my account! I went in with a problem and came out with a solution and a discount thanks to this wonderful person!

Wonderful customer service! My old phone was dead and apparently suffered water damage. My assistant helped me recover my Apple ID password along with providing me an easy way to store all those passwords. All told she stayed working with us until the new phone was charged, recovered my contacts, and tested. Happy customer!

Went to the location to upgrade to a new phone. Already knew what I wanted. I went in knowing that my plan would need some modification and it would increase my bill. First thing. I walk in and spend about 35 minutes just waiting for someone to help. And theres only 2 people in the store and 3 workers. One of the workers is sitting and talking to a guy about everything other than phone service. I think he was just having his friend come and hang out with him for the day at work. So I finally get someone to help me. They go through my account make all kinds of changes. Its funny cause I was assured my bill would actually be lower than what I was paying. Which I thought was strange going from a data plan to unlimited. And I have 4 devices. So I ask what my bill would be and Im shown a number of 179 dollars a month and some change. Seems reasonable. I say go ahead. So i get my new bill this month and its 355 dollars. My bill has 5 or 6 additional fees. Fees I wasnt even told about. A discount I have had from work for oh like over 10 years removed. No mention of that either. So I call ATT and they tell me oh these are one time fees. So I ask why I wasnt told at the store about the one time fees as it may have affected whether or not I make the change. Nothing. No apology.. No nothing. This is what they call customer service nowadays. Dont go to this store. Find a place that tells you everything and answers your questions. Im extremely reasonable. But I appreciate people who do their jobs properly. And that surely is not the case at this store.

I went to the AT&T store to upgrade and had an awesome experience. I was in and out with a lower bill and a brand new IPHONE 12 in less than an hour. Great customer service in the new socially distanced environment. I highly recommend them.

The store staff are not well educated in the actual promotions. Or terms of contracts. One person will say one thing and another something totally different. I went in yesterday to get a new phone. I got a phone. But they failed to activate it. Even after I said it’s not going to work with out a SIM card! I had to finish the card install on my own. They did not tell me I would need a special power brick for my phone? So back up today to get a power brick. They did not test the phone nor offered to back up my old phone. I had to do that when I got home. The staff were less interested in me and more interested in making sure the movie they were watching on the TV was an avengers movie. I would stay away from this store if you can. This is my third bad experience at this location. It’s right by my house but I’ll never go back. Go to a real ATT store. This one is not very helpful and they tend to steer you wrong. They referred me to Google if I needed more information? Really?

While I was talking on the phone Saturday the 10th around 9 a.m. I got a text I finished my phone call I checked my text and AT&T was nice enough to send me a little messenger free message that hey you have used 75% of your allotted time for this month and there was a little link there that I can click on to get the managing usage so I atts trying to help me so I tapped on that screen came up and it started a load and quit and it sat there and its sat there and it sent there can I go to another text and Im still waiting so I decided Well lets close this thing and see what my text is it was another thing from AT&T 4 minutes later that I used all of my monthly usage so in 4 minutes I use 25% of my allotted usage clicking on one of your links that supposed to help me and that really upset me so I went out to the store out on West Mifflin and this guy Josh was there and I explained to him what happened I was very upset about this cuz AT&T does this kind of stuff and he sat down and he talked with me and he looked through everything and said dont understand why it did that but heres what we can do for you he took my tablet & help me and signed me up me up for all this in a little extra money a month I dont have to worry about this and I left a happy camper I give him an atta-boy he took a bad situation and turned it into a good one and I think you should give him atta-boy from you people and while Im trying to give you this message it keeps turning me off and saying that theres no network its done it twice already but anyways to bottom line Josh did a very good thing he took the time and he took care of my problem and I left I was very happy Im glad I ran into him that day

Completely discussed with AT&T/direct TV... In February my husband and I went to the store to get a phone for our daughter... after talking to the sales associate we started talking about Direct TV... being out of contract with Verizon Fios it was worth the conversation... after talking it over we decided to see what our options were and we could always come back... the sales associate went in the back to talk to his manager and they both came out and told us that if we were to switch to direct TV that evening they would send us 2 $100 visa gift cards... the promotion at the time was 1 $100 but he wanted us to commit and lock in the deal so he would give us 2... so we decided to go ahead and do it... he told us that in 6 months we would get the gift cards in the mail... I was excited because before covid came along we were going to Disney in August so I figured we could use the gift cards there... on Sunday August 16th my husband and I went back to the store to look at upgrading my phone... after mentioning the gift cards to the new sales associate he told me that they usually come via email and to call 611... so today I called 611 to straighten this all out... what I was told next i couldnt believe.... 2 hours, 3 different departments and 5 representatives later they told me there was NOTHING they could do because it was past the 4 month period I had to claim these gift cards... i was not told i had to go online to claim them i was just expecting they would come in the mail after the 6 month waiting period...Im extremely upset and disappointed at this situation not only with the employees at the store but also the customer representatives that could not make this situation right... of course I asked to speak with the manager and was told someone will contact me in 24 hours... Im sure I wont hear back from anyone and wish I could take my business elsewhere at this point but now Im stuck at least for the next 2 years... I hate the world we live in now where no one can do their job correctly...

My husbands phone died right before he got off work and as soon as his shift was over, we headed to the AT&T store. It was right before they closed, but I didnt feel like they were rushing us. My husband was eligible for an upgrade and we also were able to increase our plan without too much worry of cost. I dont remember the persons name that helped us, but I think he was the manager. Highly recommend this store, the staff are friendly and professional.

Have been doing business at this location for the last 3 years. Up until today I’ve been happy with the employees. Just stopped in to pay a bill, but the woman seemed distracted and uninterested. Then she had a hard time trying to figure out how to run my debit card. Kept saying there must be something wrong with my PIN! After third attempt, I told her I would come back another time. But that will be very unlikely.

Went there around 845 pm one night when they closed at 9. (I thought they closed at 10). I felt like an ass when I realized I was that guy that walks in right at closing but both the store manager and the worker that was on that night were more than willing to stay and help me with what I needed. We were there until almost 945 and you would of never known it by how they treated me. Not only were they knowledgeable about the phones and plans but hospitable asking about my life with genuine interest. They werent pushy or overwelming salesmen but instead friendly and informative making me feel comfortable amd overall getting me exactly what i needed. Ive never had a better experience at any phone store. Will deffinately go back with my business time and time again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
