Extremely slow, poor customer service. Wasnt greeted by anyone at all, and when we were finally greeted they were VERY RUDE.

I was skeptical about choosing Walmart Vision as my vision care provider, but was pleasantly surprised! The doctor and all of the other staff members were friendly and professional. My appointment was quick and getting my contacts was easy, as they were shipped to my door. I would definitely recommend for yearly exams and contacts/glasses replacement.

I scheduled my appointment 3 weeks in advance, when I showed up they somehow didn’t know I was scheduled and eventually got me seated in the waiting room. After waiting an additional 30 minutes the doctor gave me the fastest and most rushed eye exam I’ve experienced. Offered no help in picking frames and let me loose with a box. Once I settled in a pair it was very unclear (no pun intended) on which type of lens would be best for me. When my glasses did arrive they were somehow blurrier than my current pair even though my eyes got worse... The doctor is wishy washy and I urge you to save your time and money.

All the ladies are super nice, and attentive! They are quick and offer help and many years of expertise. The doctor is soft spoken but kind and efficient. 10/10 would recommend! :D

Kathy is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met . It seems like she hates her job, every time I’m here she has an attitude. She needs fired for the way she talks to people. Other then that I have no complaints. The doctors nice

Cassandra & the rest of the staff are amazing! After having emergency eye surgery, my 3yr old pair of glasses broke, I went up, they found my same frame & replaced with my lenses!! You have no idea until youre rendered blind in one eye how important simple little things like that can make a difference! Bless you all!

I love how kind the doctor is I’ve been going since I was a kid an now my kids go their an that speaks for itself😍

They are great and family oriented patient very friendly hopeful throughout ur process i will use them over any other company

Staff is not very friendly to say the least, but the doctor makes up for the others rudeness/impoliteness lol! He is AWESOME I been a patient here for ten years now!

The wait so so long. I got here at 10:10 and it’s 50 minutes later and still I haven’t had any test done. And I’m the only one here. Theyre either busy talking to one another or just ignoring me.
