Drove 40 minutes for an item I was told was in stock only to find out the phone transferred me to another store in New York and the item was not at west Milford.

I will never spend another dime there. For 30 years Ive gotten all my gas needs from them. I brought back acetylene tank that needed to be filled and they told me that is not their tank. It belonged to a company in Woodbridge New Jersey. And I would have to go there to get it filled I went through the whole story again and asked them why the hell I would go to Woodbridge to get a tank. I wound up going to another gas supplier and they filled it immediately and I was on my way.. What a waste of time

Bought a quantity of 6 of the same item over the phone. Paid for items and asked to hold them. I would be there shortly. Then went to pick up, was told item was in demand and that I could only have two. I needed all six. That is no way to do business. Store manager should get a clue.
