I am very DISAPPOINTED in this company. My 19 year old son and I bought a $15,000 Can-Am from them in March 2021 and it stopped working in late April 2021 after only a month and a half. They said it needed a battery but it wasnt covered under warranty?? They stated that the warranty is only good for 30 days on batteries!!! I called around to other Can-Am dealers and other ATV dealers who said a battery warranty is 6 months to 1 year. Also one lady at House of Cycles stated that they have to feed their families trying to be rude, so I guess thats why he had to PAY for another battery after only a month and a half.

Best experience I have had buying a sxs. Matt us Friendly and actually know everything about what he is selling. Just a good feeling when someone takes the time to learn about what they are selling and can answer any question you have. Everyone there is always friendly and helpful.

Service department on the phone was not friendly like it bother him that I called. Wanted to know if the sold mc tires (they do btw)

We purchased a Cycle from here. The Staff was very nice and they made sure we were very satisfied. We will be returning!

What a great place. I was interested in purchasing a motorcycle and decided to visit House of Cycles because of their large collection of bikes. Even though the lobby was closed due to Covid-19, the staff made accommodations and rolled the bikes outside so I can view them. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. I found my dream bike at a great price and they offered me an unbelievable price on my trade in. If anyone is looking to purchase a motorcycle or ATV, I highly recommend House of cycles.

Knowledgeable and courteous to you. I only dislike their location, as its a busy road and hard to pull in and out of at times. Worth checking out!

Easy to deal with with great pricing and customer service. Free delivery and paperwork handling over 100 miles away. If you live in cenla or northern Louisiana youd be crazy to buy anywhere else. A very pain free and easy experience

Service was slow, took 7 business days to complete. Took 4 wheeler in to check 4x4 out, oil change, winch switch & full break job. Was quoted $743.00, when job was done they said they couldnt do rear brakes at that price, would cost another $750.008. They said they had miss quoted price. Front brakes were $355.51 of that $193.50was labor parts $64.50.oil change was $159.17 &parts$33.79. WINCH WASSWITCH WAS $52.95 LABOR $$38.70.DIAGNOSE 4X4 LABOR $52.95. ALL ELSE WAS TAX & SHOP SUPPLIES, WHAT A RIP OFF.

Hands off approach to the merchandise makes it hard to see what you like. Difficult to find help at times, caters to the hunting and off road crowds. Street bike inventory limited.

Beware these people dont care about the customer, only making money. Bought a Can-Am here a couple of years ago, called in today for a little advice for a problem I was having with it and was told they cant offer advice over the phone, that I would have to bring it in and pay them to look at it. Will never do business here again.
