Excellent selection, excellent staff, and excellent service. Glad I chose Morris Marine for the purchase of my last boat. Follow up service has been exceptional as well.
I know Im late posting a review, but life sometimes gets in our way. But, I didnt want to just throw up a few sentences and call it done. Morris Marine is far more deserving than that.First, through a purse of several days I spent a lot of time in the dealership dealing with some details of our purchase. First thing your are taken by a clean showroom and a friendly atmosphere. Robert Morris is usually available to meet you and answer questions and always makes time to visit with customers. His salesman that I dealt with greets you you at the door on most all occasions ready to help with anything you need.Brad is knowledgeable of the products and expresses a friendly personality and complete willingness keep customers informed, comfortable, and happy through a buying process, that can be somewhat stressful at times.Every employee I spoke to lives who they work for and what they do. So, the work ethic and willingness to serve is quality that goes straight into customers products. The work ethic and customer service displayed by this staff from the owner to mechanics is second to NONE.In dealing with the public, no dealership can keep every customer happy. Thats just the way it is. But, this staff does go the extra mile to keep their customers happy. Even so much as a boat in for yearly maintenance or repairs be washed, cleaned, and looking as new and good as possible when it leaves his dealership. I saw this personally, it made me feel confident in who Im dealing with. Thats going the extra mile.Ive dealt with many dealerships in my life for an assortment of reasons. I dont have anything bad to say about any if them, especially in Northeast Louisiana. They are good dealerships and good people who work hard. But this is my experience with Morris Marine and I highly recommend customers consider Morris Marine. They deserve more than the 5 stars.Jason Smalling
I bought a 2020 1648 SeaArk w/ 25hp longshaft Suzuki. First thought was I loved the boat until it was put in the water for first time. The boat is in bad need of a jack plate, you cannot trim motor far enough to keep water from overflowing the back of boat at top speed. I called service and explained my problem. A jack plate can be added for an additional 700 dollars. My question is why wasnt one added before the sale? Ive watched plenty of videos of how my boat should perform. What Ive got is far from the videos. Im certain something will be done with my problem but until then my rating will stay low due to performance issues.
Incredible service and selection! Great people that take pride in making the customers happy
Great buying experience! Brad, Frank, Macgail and Mr. Morris are very personable and easy to do business with.
I know the owner very well, and I know that he is sincerely interested in providing the best possible sales and service experience. I know that he wants everyone who visits his store to be completely satisfied. This place is top quality!
Beware these people dont care about the customer, only making money. Bought a Can-Am here a couple of years ago, called in today for a little advice for a problem I was having with it and was told they cant offer advice over the phone, that I would have to bring it in and pay them to look at it. Will never do business here again.
