I took my truck in today thinking I had a bad ball joint after I dropped it off Richard called me and said their was absolutely nothing wrong with my front end and said their was no charge . You don’t find that kind of honesty very often . They gained a new customer today I will use Parker tire from now on

Bought a truck a few weeks ago with mud tires and noticed it shook a little when I got up around 60 mph. Took the truck to Parker to get the tires balanced. The guy behind the counter told me my tires were in pretty bad shape and he recommended replacing them, which I agree with his assessment. I elected to do the balance anyways being this close to Christmas I didn’t want to spend 1200$ on a new set of tires. I left my truck there Friday at lunch and came to pick it up the same day at 4:00 pm. I was told that my tires almost tore their balancing machine up so I wasn’t expecting the balance to make much difference. No problem. The reason I will never go back to this place is they broke a wheel stud off while torquing my lug nuts. They never called me to ask if I wanted the stud fixed or anything. They simply stick the tire back on, took the truck off the lift and parked my truck in the parking lot. For a $2.49 stud they lost a sale on 4 new tires and all my future business. Word of mouth goes a long way. I hope y’all learn to communicate better in the future and not put customers in danger sending them down the road in an unsafe vehicle.

I cant speak of their service, only lack thereof. I went on a Friday for a rough quote on tires and rims for a 19 Charger. Trey was nice polite and accommodating and provided me a quote on some rims I found. I wanted to look some more online at home and found a set I loved them called them back on Monday to inquire if they could order the specific set of rims I found online. It was Trey again I spoke with. Hed taken my number Friday and even recited it back to me without me giving it to him a second time (so the following cant be a case of not having my number). He said hed look it up and see what he could do and call me back. He never reached out to me. A week later I took my business elsewhere. He was cordial and all that but without trying to complete the order, that doesnt get either of us anywhereEdit: after reviewing the owners response, I felt compelled to reevaluate my review as maybe he had a point... But first I wanted to review what hed said. I checked my call log and sure enough, he had the date right, I did call them on the 6th. I have no return call from them though. Things can happen, so I checked my spam caller app and even my voicemail app. Again, nothing. Theres no trace of Parker Tire calling me back or of leaving a voicemail. I get it, sometimes calls dont though, but voicemails do.Given that, either the owner is lying to discredit my review, or Trey lied to the owner and he believed him: hence the 1 star stays.To the owner: if you were to discover your employee lied or there was some falsehood in the allegations against me, THEN Id reconsider. Also, Id be glad to show records on my end as evidence to the contrary.

Easy to work with. Dropped in for a tire rotation and alignment. Had to bring it back due to a slight pull. They went in and realigned it at no charge.

Fast and friendly service. Got me in and out less then hour. Recommend to anyone.

I went to Parker because I was told I needed brakes from another place. I had went to the other place first and they were busy. The guys at Parker took my car and checked pads and brakes and stated they were good and couldnt understand why I was told the wrong information about my brakes. I am sooooooooo grateful for Parker because they are HONEST and good!! I will NOT go back to the other place!! That is why its soooo IMPORTANT to get a second opinion. I trust Parker and will DEFINITELY go back!! Thank you guys for being so good and honest. God bless yall

My wifes van broke down today, and Im in Texarkana. The van was towed to Parkers, and I was told the alternator, new battery for my van + labor cost $800. The alternator alone priced at $350. I do appreciate the help, but I cant find an alternator that expensive at any of the local parts stores. Its almost like Im paying double. I hope this thing is supercharged or something, lol.

We are on an RV Trip and they were very kind to try to find us a place to get nitrogen for our tires on our camper. They made phone calls around the city and talked to us about using nitrogen vs air. We were very pleased with their extra services as well.

Parkers Auto Service is technically located on Gallivan Blvd but in actually is hidden in the back like buried treasure, pun intended, as they do golden work at fair prices. Its a very small family run type garage with a relaxed, friendly, mellow vibe. Prices are going market but they only do the necessary work; they dont pad the bill.My mother lives down the street in Keystone Apartments and they even offer a free courtesy ride as my mothers car needed an alternator which would take a few hours to be ready.They guarantee their work with a smile.I will definitely take my mothers car there again for maintenance.

Wow! One of the best service experiences we have had with our trailer tires. They were so nice to stop what they were doing and put on our spare tires to get us back on the road. We were so lucky to have tire issues so close to this shop! Keep up the great work and customer service!

I needed a second opinion on a repair (according to another shop I was looking at a $900 repair). Went in and spoke to Keith (Hes awesome) and they took a look for me. Turns out I only needed a $400 repair.In a nutshell, this is BEST shop I have ever been too. They were speedy, honest, and overall great people! Thd next day my vehicle was ready to roll! The crew had great customer service and they were very willing to help.As a female college student, I dont have a lot of money nor knowledge about cars. Parkers is a great, honest repair shop, and theyve gained my trust.

As I was traveling from Arkansas to Alabama, I picked up a nail in my tire and was losing air fast - went to Parker based on reviews I had read. Boy, were they correct! Keith King was so helpful and did his very best to make sure my car was safe to go back on the interstate.Everything about this business is professional, from their friendly staff to their beautiful waiting area. What an asset they are to the Monroe area!

We arrived at 2 pm to have been tires put on our vehicle. We were told it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. After 2.5 hours we were still sitting waiting for our vehicle while other people had come and gone. The excuse given was that our tires were big and giving then trouble. As a professional tire shop, I dont think 2.5 hours for our vehicle was reasonable and if they knew the tires are an issue then I would have appreciated being told that they may take additional time. Trey did have us pay ahead of time so we could leave as soon as the car was done and was polite and professional.

Went for an alignment because it shook around 70mph and told me everything involving my tires and drive train needed to be replaced costing over $3,000, so I left and went to a new place. All I needed was a new tire and balancing, and the shaking went away.

Very rude..Theres nothing like walking into a business feeling as if no one wants to acknowledge you, but are ready to take your money. I can understand if someone is having a bad day, but first impressions are everything. I was told beforehand not to do business with Parker, but wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt. Their work is nice, but not worth the attitude and feeling of being a bothersome.

I went there for an oil change, and the mechanic took me to the back and told me that my battery needed to be changed, showed me the print out from their battery tester, and told me that my air filter was dirty and showed me my filter, which was dark gray and filled with pollen/dead bugs/etc. He also told me that several incredibly-expensive-to-fix things were broken on my car, such as the rubber bushy parts on my cross arms. Luckily for me, I know a thing or two about cars, so I bought a new filter for my car from Walmart and went home to change it myself and to check my battery because I had it replaced three years ago. When I opened up my filter, it was spotless and completely clean. I checked my receipt for my oil change to make sure they hadnt changed it for me, but they hadnt. So they showed me SOMEONE ELSES filter in the hopes of charging me $40+ for them to change it. I checked my battery- its perfectly fine. Ladies, BEWARE. They WILL try to scam you, especially on Womens Wednesday, where they do cheap oil changes for women. Doubtlessly, they can afford to do this because they charge you $40 to change an air filter thats perfectly fine.

I go in to get a $0.60 valve stem put on 1 tire and as Im waiting they tell me theyve taken apart my brakes and Im going to need all new brakes...its a brand new car!! After 3 hours they pull my car around and I get a $142.00 bill put in my face bc they mounted and balance both my front tires and charged me hours for taking apart my brakes. I only asked for 1 valve stem! I didnt even need a mount and balance because I had already done that a few weeks ago. Also, the guy at the front desk treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about. Then while I waited my 3 hours I got hassled, by the same man, about how I need to buy new brakes and how much I need to pay them to do it. They were rude and tried to find ways to make me spend money on problems that didnt exist. I wont be returning!

Probably the most over priced place Ive ever been and also the slowest. I made a appointment to get a tire rotation. Show up cost over 30$ and took 3 hours and they forgot to put the caps back on my wheels that I found in the bed of my truck. Was going to get my fuel filters changed the said it would be 300 + $ so I tried jiffy lube and they charged me 70.00 for the same thing. I will never go back there.

I have to say im am pretty impress with parker tire and alignments! Ive been doing business with them since i heard about them.. (tires, valves, power steering, etc) i feel that things at time things do just pop out the blue on new things too repair but they show you everything and i can appreciate that and i rather be driving my family in a safe vehicle. They do what they can do to make sure you are driving safe and comfortable.. never had a issue with them.. oil changes are also cheap compared to some of the other places ive been.. they also work with you and i do feel that they listen to you as well.. Ill recommend them to anyone. I gotta say overall the best place around. Would love if they bought someone in that does radios and some nice lights and things like that to spice up a vehicle.
