The associate in fragrance was very helpful & energetic. Only downfall was she had absolutely no help after a fellow associate got off. Although I wasnt making a purchase at the time, I had a question about a certain product & she wasnt able to help me thoroughly as I was expecting because of the pressure of other customers. I wasnt at all upset because I myself work in retail so I understood the process. I will definitely be back though. I was at the West Monroe, Louisiana location. Its the holidays, please get the associates more help, even if its just seasonal😊

Actually left one of my bags of things that I purchase and they still had itthe next day. Not to mention they have no returns or exchanges right now but they took care of me I give that store five stars

This is the MESS. A retail nightmare. Nothing is organized. Dont know whats on sale and whats not. Clothes are shoved everywhere and on the floor. I do not have patience to come through 100 items to wonder whats on sale or whats not. Its horrible.

Evev though you have a sale clothes and shoes look like the same you had a number of years and your sale prices are higher than what your original price should be in my opinion . It looked like a garage sale. So my sister not I purchased anything.

Only one employee around; white haired woman at the shoe dept register Friday Sept 30 2016 about 5:30-6pm.Went to try on clothes...dressing room was heavily littered, disgusting. I actually took a pic -it was that bad! Tags, dust bunnies, trash...Once I found a keeper (clothing) I had tried on- no one but the lady at the register in the shoe dept was seen. Put my purchase back and left.

Horrible store on Cypress avenue, nothing is signed and associates could not answer any questions. Very disappointed.

Average department store, not much there for guys and I thought their prices were a little high so I didnt buy anything, but my wife found a couple things, a new purse or something probably, I dont really remember.

Always looks messy and no one to help; clothes look picked over and way too pricey for a store that looks like a bargain store these days
