I had this game for a few months and loved it until it started freezing at a certain part of the game,none of the buttons on my controller would do anything,I tried turning off my console and going back to the game and it was still frozen.please fix this game!

They are always really helpful and nice. Never had problems with this GameStop. other GameStop’s I have had a few problems with. Somehow everytime I go in they get me to buy something but that’s the reason I go in😂😂

Good service, but product ordered had a sticker on it for $30 less than I purchased online for. Picked up at the door and was told I could receive the $30 difference when stores opened back up to the public. Its been over a month now and still havent been taken care of as stored are still closed. Why couldnt customer service have taken care of the price difference for me by now?

Wonderful experience with great help. Gabe was very patient as I shopped for my sons birthday and answered all my questions on games and picking just the right console. Out of all the staff he is hands down the best.

My husbands go to store for gaming. There is always something on sale and the staff are quick to assist with suggested selections.

Staff was great but paid a pre order for a steering wheel in October and they have no record of it it was supposed to be released oct 28 but has been pushed back to Nov 20 so problem I have is that my order is not showing in computer and that I was not notified when release date was pushed back

My favorite location in this area. Great staff always able to answer questions and very helpful with selecting appropriate games for my children ages 11 and 6. Comfortable atmosphere and great employees makes this location my go to place for all of our families gaming needs.

Very professional! Stopped in here on my travels to unload my consoles due to some money issues on the road. They helped me get the maximum for my PS4 and Xbox one. Wish I could visit again, but I was just traveling through. They had the absolute biggest selection of gamer toys I have ever seen. If you dont believe me go take a look its like that kid in a candy store feeling right when you walk through the door.

Easily the best service Ive ever had at any Gamestop anywhere. The selection is also very nice. The staff is high in number so there is always someone walking around, willing to talk about games you want to buy and helping you out in any way they can

Cool items, knowledgeable staff, but they RIP OFF young gamers with their trade in system. Any parents/grandparents buying gifts, Id recommend going to Walmart if at all possible.

The manager is disgustingly incompetent, most of the staff is extremely rude and more interested in flirting with each other than actually doing their jobs and Ive overheard staff being extremely rude not only to other employees but also to customers. 10/10 would never recommend you shop here.
