They have new employees and they are super friendly and helpful. The manager is nice and helpful also. Beware of the grey headed manager at the well rd and Cypress location. She is very rude and not helpful at all. I wish they would hire another manager at the Well rd CVS ( not this one) bc she is mean and unfriendly and never helps anyone. Computer froze on me and did not try to reimburse my coupons I saved all month for them! I took a pic of the transaction and I will be contacting corporate. Bc she told me to show her the pic then still wouldnt take my coupons off . Im thinking if your not gonna help me why then would she ask to look at my picture?? Just rude and she had a smirk on her face.

Great store! Always friendly, courteous, and professional. Store really keeps shelves stocked. The pharmacy is THE best in town! They have a male and female pharmacist. Both are extremely knowledgeable and always ready to answer any question. Love the pharmacy techs! This is a well managed store and a pleasure to shop.

Usually this pharmacy is pretty good. I did not know the doctor had called in a certain medication. I had called at 7pm and they said they had not received said medication. I had a msg from the doctor saying he wanted to see me the next morning so I figured it didn’t get called in. Doc then gave me a hard copy. They were out of the meds at that location. I went to another cvs to get it filled. They could fill it but the other one had it in process. So I tried to call them and tell them to put it on hold. Sat on hold for 30 mins. Finally I just drove over there (no big deal gas is cheap right) I then told the lady I had tried calling and sat on hold for 30 mins. She then tells me that “I’m sorry, we can’t stop helping customers to answer the phones” uncalled for. She could have just said we were busy. Will be taking my prescriptions to Walgreens.

BEWARE!!********* I give this place a negative -5 stars. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! ESPECIALLY GIFT CARDS. THEY SCAM YOU! I bought 7 Visa gift cards for graduation gifts. When the girl went to use it for the first time, it was only authorized for $10 which means the clerk pocketed $40!! This is the only one so far i know about but this girl prob just made a killing off of me. This place wouldve received 5 stars from me about a year ago but the caliber of people that they have there now is awful. No customer service. Long waits for check out cause shes flirting with the milk delivery guy or on her phone and doesnt realize she has customers. Its sad! I used to love my CVS!

Absolutely terrible service! They lied on the phone said they had my medicine but then when I got there they said they were out. Lied about my doctor Calling them, said my doctor didnt call but they did!Wasted hours of my life dealing with a his place just for them to lie and be rude!!!I recommend anywhere else Im not even using another CVS anymore due to this experience.

Terrible customer service. Twice in one week they have given me the wrong prescription on the wrong days. They call the doctor and leave a message when they have a question rather than calling the customer, so if you need something and they haven’t done their work, you don’t get your medicine. Also, multiple same week trips for prescriptions that could have all been filled in one day.

CVS have the MOST rude obnoxious employees I have ever had the privilege of coming across. Including the pharmacy. Youll b standing there 10 min before they FINALLY decide if they wanna help u out!

I find CVS in general to be a lesser version of Walgreens, which in itself is just a smaller, more expensive version of Walmart... However, this store is fairly new and is very neat and clean. The employees are very nice as well.
