Pilot 👨‍✈️ always jumping clean stop, two pumps was down the day i was there tho, shower was clean and hot, what the water feel like it got some in it tho

4 Pilot employees working. Walking into store and see a sign that reads and I quote No Showers Sorry. Then they proceed to tell me they are short staffed, really with 4 working. 2 things a Truck Driver wants after a 14 hour shift. A hot meal and a hot shower, truckers do not fail on making deliveries and making sure you have what you need for your families. WHY CANT YOU DO THE SAME FOR US?

It is easy to get to. Has lots of pumps for getting gas. Good amount of parking.They have a Subway and a Wendys here. Everyone that works here is very slow, sweet but slow! If you dont want to be here for at lest 30 mins dont come here.The bathrooms needed to be cleaned.

Ive been waiting over an hour for a shower. Waiting on towels to be dried Is what I was told. Might be able to get more done with less socializing. The Wendys employees were quick and friendly but the store is a bit of a joke.

Ive never been in a pilot so filthy. The restrooms were horrible and the coffee station was not stock and unclean. Just very unacceptable!!!

I was going to give this store 3 stars because it was the first time but after going back the next day. I wish I could give it a negative. I paid for truck parking and was not honored parking. These people will take your money and not care one bit about it. They claim the charged was kicked back but the missing funds does not reflect that.

I stopped here to get gas and its the only gas station in this area. I need to check my air so I drive over to where the air pump is and put my money in. Nothing happened so I go inside to tell the red-headed manager and she says oh yeah it doesnt work and kept on walking so I said well maybe you want to put a sign so people dont put their money in there shes like okay and kept on walking worst gas station ever worst customer service worst location

I waited for a shower and there was no one in any shower they were all dirty and I called in and was put on hold for almost a 1 hour

Closed the only restroom for cleaning without opening up a shower as a backup, leaving a line of drivers without options

Be careful, potholes are 2 ft deep .. keyboard dont work at pump 29 ..filthy around the pumps.shame on pilot company 👎.

The employees at Subway are SUPER...... The others well they could use some help on dealing with the public. The washer and dryers SUCK too small, very old wore out. Management wont listen when you try to tell them their laundry facility is not working properly. I was told they work fine when I do mine UGH🚛🚛🚛🚛

8/10/21 @10-11pm the lady cleaning the showers white lady with brown hair is not doing her job when I paid there was no wait but I waited over an hour after a while I walked back to see if anyone was even cleaning them because I had seen several drivers walk out over the last hour she was sitting in one of the shower bathrooms to busy talking on the phone to do her job this is ridiculous poor management at this location hit the next truck stop or you’ll be sorry you didn’t

My wife and I use pilot travel centers all across America and this is the only bad experience we have had. The employees are rude and the establishment is outright horrible. This is disgusting. The floors have spills throughout that remain puddled in the floor as you have to be careful not to slip and fall.this is the first pilot travel center we have been to where the employees do not greet you as you walk in and the first to be filthy.

Bad experience, went in for fuel and a CB radio, could not get assistance to purchase the radio.I do not recommend this pilot.

Nasty restrooms no toilet paper in stalls not clean !

Looking on the pilot and Flying J location guide it states that there is a RV Lane and a dump station. When we pull in the RV we dont see anything pointing to where the rv lanes are. What they have done is made a lane in the rear behind the gas station and change one of the tractor-trailer lanes slapped up a sign says RV Lanes have which is only Diesel and it does not accommodate gas RVs tjat you must fill im tje front of tje store. This is pretty misleading from the book and from the people inside that described it on the phone. This is not a stop you want to make. We have a total length of 56 feet with our rv, trailer and dollied jeep. If you have a diesel RV not a problem but if you have a gas RV definitely a problem. Also the dump station is not labeled so soon as you pull into the truck entrance youre paying attention to the where the RV Lane is and you completely miss the dump station which is on the wrong side hence we had to pull all the way to the left and straight out stead of running the hose underneath the RV as you pull in if you come here youll see what I mean.

Definitely gotta get creative after dark to park here 🤣🤣🤣

Pills has the friendliest you cashiers and management. They are always there to greet you with a smile and a friendly hello,. The staff is very helpful and they really want the guests to be happy when we leave there.

Cant give zero stars. This is another truck stop thats pretty much used for weekend truck storage. Trucks parked in front of fuel pumps and in unmarked spaces making manoeuvring thru the lot that much more dangerous. Also the road leading in and out are deplorable. Deep ruts and poorly patched potholes

The pilot is clean and well managed. The bathrooms are nice and have been kept up well. The reason for only three stars is because the paper towel dispensers at the pumps are almost completely empty I had to check around 9 pumps before I found one with paper towels. The only reason this one was not empty is because it is broken. This is a pet peeve of mine so if this doesnt bother you then you probably wont have issues with this place.

There is something seriously wrong with this location. There are only two employees working, the bathrooms are in need of cleaning, there was a wait for showers because of lack of employees to clean the showers, and the manager I spoke to on the phone was made aware of people parking in front of reserved parking in NON PARKING SPOTS, making it very difficult for other people to get in their spots, of which one is a tanker hauling corrosive materials. Its actually getting quite ridiculous that Pilot/Flying J employees and management do not enforce the parking. Truckers just park where they darn please. Truckers park in reserved parking when they didnt even pay for that spot. We dont pay for reserved parking just so that other drivers can make their own parking spots free of charge.Edited to add: it took 2 phone calls from my boyfriend, 34 minutes for someone to come outside and do nothing, a trip inside to talk to the manager, and hopefully something gets done about the parking nightmare. People cant back in to spots because of people parking where they want.

Stopped in the get a drink. Love the fountain drink machine because you can add flavors to any of the fountain drinks they have! Its also a good place to get a bite to eat late night. Because they have a Wendys and a 24/7 Subway inside. its a good place for drivers because it has place for showers and great parking!

Nice and clean place with all the amenities. You can tell the staff puts up with a lot during the day and they wear it on their shoulders but its a convenient location and reasonable service.

Loved the place. Staff was awesome and professional. There was a little clutter from inventory but the company can solve that. Build more storage. If they are moving that much product they need more storage

The place was pretty clean. The bathrooms were pretty clean for the most part. Parking lot where the trucks park smelled badly though. Food and coffee here was good. Had alot of gifts to choose from. Other then the smell issues of the parking lot this is a good place to stop and eat or do a 10 hr reset.

Good clean place to stop while traveling. I disagree with the companys decision to remove the American flag from all of the establishments after all it was the freedom for which that flag stands that has allowed the founder of that company to prosper the way he has. The only other complaint is there is no reason for the fuel prices to be as high as they are there especially with the amount of fuel they sell. Surrounding stations are usually 10 to 15 cents lower than any Pilot no matter where they are. Just plain taking advantage of people. Fuel prices and their stance on the flag of this great nation is the reason for only getting 1 star.

I love the variety of things they have. Fresh coffee is always on hand with a good choice of creamers and sweeteners. Hot dogs on rolling warmers is a great snack. Cool little gifts and whatnot.

Went in to use the bathroom it was clean and pleasant oh, got a cup of coffee was fresh and hot. Got gas quickly through the line. A real professional setting fairy thorough assortment of items to choose from. I highly recommended

Definitely not trucker friendly multiple 4 wheelers taking up truck parking spots and get told oh well most likely just visiting a husband or something each car has drivers just sitting in them. Plus most truck drivers would have their family park directly in front of the truck seeing as how we all know how valuable parking spaces are.

Pilot, has hands down a fantastic staff, always open.. they also have a Wendys and a subway inside..with bathrooms and showers for truck drivers. The subway is open 24/7 and the pilot is too. Great convince and awesome food!😆

Stopped there this morning to get coffee and gas, coffee area was not stocked. Worker was standing there on her cell phone heard my husband and I talking about it and never said a word, so we left without gas or coffee. I wont go back. Ive given them plenty of chances. It was a great place at one time.

Plenty of parking at front. showers available. Mostly clean, could have been better considering it was 3:00 a.m. and not busy. Staff argued with me about a drink price, when I told him the labels were were marked differently in cooler, he said No problem.

We stopped here on the way back from Yellowstone to fuel up the RV and use the dump station (not the bathroom kind the RV kind). The fuel pumps can accommodate a large RV pulling a jeep 👍. While I was fueling up my wife grabbed a couple of Wendy’s burgers and fries 👍. The dump station was conveniently located and the working area around it was clean 👍. We got a easy fuel up, burgers and fries and dumped our load 😬. I’d say that’s as good as it gets. Way to go Pilot

Women’s bathroom had a strong urine odor! TP on floor in every stall and trash overflowing! I was posting pics and a negative review when the maintenance man announces his arrival to clean bathroom! So...while the urine odor means it’s not cleaned often at least I know they were in the process of cleaning when I left.

Clean friendly service. Wendys and subway inside. Lots of truck and car parking. Always has great selection of fresh coffee.

More of a small-sized truck stop, parking fills quickly by 4pm. Pluses are its cleanliness and 2 restaurants, Wendys and Subway. No drivers lounge.

Dont really like pilots over the FLAG🇺🇸BUT I had to stop for fuel. This one is clean& the SERVICE was GREAT. MANGER IS on it.

Gas pumps are well spaced and laid out, cheap gas and decent inside. The restroom could use some work. It appears that they perhaps updated the restroom but reused old toilets and fixtures.

This is my favorite truck stop in the area. Always clean and well ran. The staff is professional and the restaurants connected have good standards for the most part. The best part is the bathroom facilities (clean, stocked, smells fine). 2nd best part is the coffee.

Went in to get something to eat everyone had mask under their chin not on their face the store, subway, and wendys plus no one had on gloves in Wendys and subway the lady handle the register didnt even change gloves maybe im the only one still worried about this covid19

Cashier was a bit impolite. Shower was actually clean though for a change . Store had too much trash on the floor though, swept up but not picked up.The cashier was what ruined the whole thing mostly though. I wish more of your stores had the self checkouts and I would like it here so much better ! I’m so glad we have automated showers now and I have to be bothered with these ungrateful human beings ! Especially when I just had a death in my family during a pandemic . ☹️ But I know your cashiers don’t care what customers are dealing with . They act as though they hate us so much . Why not just work else where then ?Unfortunately I had to come in here again just now and they were even worse than the last time . Solidifying my decision to never shop here . So not right .

Terrible to the point where there is a list of wrongs. First up the card reader was down at the pump. So I went inside where the driver kiosk and the ATM were also down. Then I went to the Subway restaurant inside. The female, who appeared to be pregnant said Im on break. Meaning not taking any orders. Where was her relief to fill in? This location also has a Wendys so I tried them out. I ordered a 4 for $4 with the junior bacon cheeseburger, add onions to go. Not only did the burger not have the onions, it didnt even have the bacon! Not stopping here any time soon!

Women’s bathrooms were out with a sign to go to showers 1&2, which was a barely legible note was hung to the side of the door not easily visible. But don’t worry there was a really rude employee guarding the bathroom door that said “no” when i stepped towards the door prior to seeing the chicken scratch note. Showers are not easily found and there was no soap in the showers to wash hands. Additionally, we waited in the check out line for more than 10 minutes because the cashier named Patience wanted to have a 10 minute conversation with a lady after she had already paid. By this time a decent line had formed of more than 4 people behind us and no other cashier available. Then I watched the lady hand Patience cash that she then put in her personal pocket. She had no consideration for those who were trying to get in and out quickly. Once she finally stopped talking and my boyfriend and I went to pay for our two drinks. She swiped the drinks then said hold on and left to do something on the other computer. Highly unsatisfied. Will likely skip this Pilot on the next go around or maybe we’ll just stick to Loves moving forward.

Im getting pretty tired of NOT being able to access the internet at 50% of the Pilot or Flying Js that Im stopping at. Ive paid up front for a premium service, and as a paying customer, I expect services to be rendered. The free wifi Im afforded by Loves for being a cardholder, is better than the premium service @ Flying J and Pilot.

I went there one night and bought a hot burrito. It was undercooked and expired by over a week. The second time I went there for subway and it said they were open but nobody was there.

Clean and well lit. Lots of gas pumps, large store and parking lot. Lots of room for semi-trucks. Clean restrooms and a restaurant on one end of the store. They have a little bit of everything and reasonable prices.

Gas station itself was fine. The subway at this location, however, was very inefficient. The young lady behind the counter did not know how to prepare the sandwiches. It took over 20 minutes for her to make a wrap for my employee. Would not recommend this Subway.

I think since the showers and restrooms are down and still remain open for business- if you are going to take our money to fuel Pilot, you can at least put out two port a potty’s for convenience of truckers. Very disappointed.

Fairly clean with friendly staff. Lots of pumps to fill up( gas and diesel). Theres a Wendys joined with it which you can enter from the Pilot. Theres also a Subway inside if I remember correctly.

This is a clean and well stocked small truck stop. We were there for the 24 hour Subway that is the best around!

Nice truck stop..clean store, decent food, and clean showers. There is also a Dennys there with great breakfast. The parking lot is pretty big, but fills up fast. They do have paid parking spots you can reserve they are a little pricey, but if ya need to park for the night I guess its worth it.

2 truck fuel island pumps were blocked off.....drivers werent moving out of the way to let other trucks leave or fuel.....lines inside were long...... a very odd floor plan... Ill remember to not stop there again

Open late which is good but the pump was the slowest pump Ive ever been at ... I think it took 10+ minutes to fill the tank half way.

One problem... always out of coffee, cappuccino, creamer for coffee early in morning. I questioned why and I even noticed it myself. The night shift constantly leave everything for the morning shift. Management needs to be better at night. There is no reason why it should be like that. Also, there are a few people that work there that are inconsiderate and just a suggestion..someone needs to crack down on the disrespect. But also need to understand that most not all but most employees generally have a reason that they are being like that. Treat employees as though they are an asset and not like they are just replaceable. Be more of like a family team and not just ok Im here to work thats it. I have noticed only really two people that act like they enjoy working there. That isnt the management. Also, so many people go in and out of that place. Put sum things on clearance, give deals, shoot you could even set up a raffle or a game to play & win different prizes in the store. Understand not everyone qualifies for a pilot card and sorry to say the perks of a pilot card are not all that.

Im pulling a 30 foot trailer this is a tight gas station to enter and exit. If there are service Vehicles such as soft drink trucks or beer trucks it makes it way too tight.

Place is a complete joke from the minute i came in to the minute I walked out. Tried pumping gas outside with card and it wouldnt except my card. I was on a road trip and used my card atleast 10 other times within the last 2 days, card had plenty of money on it so i knew it was their system being the issue. Walked in to ask about the issue, was first in line and rude black girl started ringing up someone else. I was very frustrated at that point that she took someone else before me even though i was first in line asking what i can do to get some gas. Proper customer service skills would say you take the person who is having the issue with the pumps, resolve it by giving a solution and once thats done move to next in line..... nope!!!! Not her, she just started ringing up someone else. Lady claimed to be head cashier which Im not sure how she could ever get that title as she argued with me once i got up to her after she skipped me when all i said was i shouldve been first in line but you skipped me. After leaving the store i get a fraudulent text from my bank stating the pilot i was just at took $151.00 from my card when i never even got to use my card due to their systems being messed up. At first after getting the text i thought they had a card skimmer on the pump i was using so immediately my bank nearly shut my card completely off. After calling the store about a possible card skimmer the lady said that she knew it charged my card $151.00 but said it was a pre authorization for getting gas but iexplained i never got gas with the card since it didnt work. She said it takes the money anyways and she said they get cussed out a few times a day for it by customers . .. i mean at that point wouldnt you as owners of profitable gas station get it fixed???? Apparently not being the lady said its been going on forever! What a joke....

This store is easy to get in and out of, but, for some reason, I always feel like theyre missing what I want to buy. Its the weirdest thing. I go in. I look for a snack. They have lots of things to choose from. I come out empty-handed. I have no idea why! There is a Wendys on the left side that we hit up from time to time as well.
