I love Big Lots because they carry certain bath and body products I can find nowhere else but have been out of them a long time. So I decided to order them online and in case you didnt know the process, I will explain it here. As long as you order at least $59 before tax you will get free shipping, otherwise the cost of shipping is $13.99. This next part is what bothered me...I made my purchase and Big Lots debited my bank account for the amount. I noticed the next day there were 4 or 5 charges from BL that I clearly did not make. I first tried the chat customer service, dont bother. I got a live customer service rep on the phone and I explained there were unauthorized charges on my card ...why? They very nicely explained that the first charge was for the merchandise that I ordered...OK... the subsequent charges are for each item as it is prepared for shipment...then the main charge would fall off in 3-5 days. This was a debit card so they removed money from my account literally. So basically what happens is you pay for what ever you buy double and wait for them to return half your money to you. Whenever. Thanks but wont make that error again.

They had what I needed at a decent price and the worker came over and assisted us voluntarily. Workers being helpful doesnt happen in every store. Some places you either have to hunt them down or they act like they dont see you.

Love there deals. Great people that work there. Very friendly and kind. The new make over they did looks super! Friendly cashiers nicest girls in town.. there overall a great store!

Even though I was rushing to get out of the house to do some morning shipping in Monroe, I didnt stay long in Ross. My first stop is always the shoes. And todays selections were really unorganized. I took a picture in the 8 1/2 section. If you zoom in youll notice all the cute shoes are NOT 8 1/2. I was no longer motivated to browse. I went straight to the home section, found what I was looking for (Yaaay! Still a win!), and moved on to the next store.

I want everything here. Always get good service too

I dont shop there much, due to parking lot, They dont realy have anything I could use or need

No tag on the item and the cashier refused to get a price check or walk back himself and get one, even though they were not busy and no one else was in line and just stood there and handed the item back to me, and said go get one with a tag. He was very rude, then another associate came by to talk about personal things and didnt offer to help, she just walked off.

It was extremely hot one of the workers is the air conditioning was broke we live in North Louisiana it gets hot very hot here very quick I love to shop at big lots besides that everything was cool LOL

This store has really good pricing and a good selection of everything has really good selection of furniture.

We have been to the store several times to get one item that constantly says they have them in stock. When we get there we are told they do not have it. We then order it to pick it up in store and find out it was never processed but they still took our money. We are done with week 1 and still have not gotten our refund!

Found a couple of hard to find items with extremely good deals on other items.

Go in here all the time, and my 2lb puppy ALWAYS goes in. so today i walk past 2 workers who greet me nicely and then 2 in the back whisper before telling me he can’t be in there. no sign on the door, i looked. it’s not even that he couldn’t come in, it’s how freaking rude they were. guess we don’t have to shop here, it’s overpriced anyways. everything at walmart is surprisingly cheaper.

Went for a Christmas tree, found one, and cant get it and cant get it online.

During the holidays it is a mess but that is due to the high volume of shoppers. They have a little bit of everything, not alot for babies or toddlers. I went in. to buy a gift for a shower and really didnt have many options. Great for cosmetics and cheap electronics

It took me 1.5 hours to shop because things are all over in wrong place, some not priced. I get to cashier and then she tells me debit machine broke! They need to put a sign on door where people dont waste time shopping for no reason. Now I have to get home without the things I came all the way to town in the rain for ...

Theyve upped their furniture game, so Ive gotten a couple of small things like bookshelves and nightstands for the kids without breaking the bank. Its a great place to buy Christmas decorations.

My friend and I had shooed there yesterday and was told by a manager that the displays of Christmas decorations would be sold the next day during their sale. I went by after to work and tried to purchase one of the displays and was told that I couldn’t, and yet I noticed they had sold some of the other displays!! I was very upset! They will not get anymore business from me!!

The store is a typical big lots as far as products offered. I do recommend the home decor department because they have some really nice wall hangings of various types that are up with current trends at great prices. The employees arent that helpful unfortunately and in my opinion each time Ive been there they all look distraught like theyve all just gotten in trouble or something. That may not be the best explanation but it is what comes to mind.

Love this place. They have lots of Organic and non GMO foods, cashiers are great, no bathroom thats not ok when I spend 200$bucks and 2 hours in the store. Was very unhappy about that.

Its not high-brow or bottom-shelf. You can find great deals on everything from foreign foods to furniture to electronic items. The randomness of this spot makes me feel strangely comfortable.

Good store with great people and some unique merchandise! However, some of the aisles are narrow and hard to navigate!

I am so pleased with Big Lots. They have German groceries and the prices are so much cheaper. I was just there yesterday and found German bread. I was so happy!

Its a second hand grocery/furniture/household items store. Prices are reasonable and selection is nice, but you dont come here unless youre looking for cheap almost expired stuff.
