Ordered door from home depot and was delivered to them. They delivered and the guys were great. We did install ourselves but the install guys delivered it, answered questions and were incredibly nice.

I had a broken spring on my garage door. I called Bayou Overhead door andthey sent a person to make a temporary fix until they were able to order anew spring assembly. 2 Days later the sent Chris Anderson to replace thespring assembly. Chris repaired the problem in no time. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with.If you need a overhead door repair, I strongly suggest you call Bayou overhead Door and ask for Chris to repair your problem. You wont be sorry.

Door looks nice and job was on time. HOWEVER, Im so glad I looked around before pulling my car back into the drive. Dozens of screws, bolts, washers, staples all over garage. Right along with the cigarette butts on the garage floor. My kids and I spent some time picking up the hardware and nasty cig butts later that afternoon. Unacceptable.

Very disappointed, only leaving one star because the guy was nice. The service was pitiful, explained to them on the phone what was goin on and they quoted me a price of $350 which is understandable because I live over an hour away. One guy shows up in a personal vehicle with no tools to work with moving like a sloth, I say again I had to use my own tools to try and help him and I basically done all the work, drilled all the holes etc. Then 2 hours later when the job was complete he told me the cost was 550$ 😳. Just posting this so hopefully nobody else will get ripped. Never again will I.

The pros at Bayou Overhead, Devon and Timothy, repaired our door. Several issues had caused the lifter arm to break away from the door. It was out of alignment and the springs needed re-tensioning. Devon knew what had to be done and went right to work. Everything was fixed, lubed, and now it runs smoothly and very quietly. I would select this company again for my repairs. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable and diligent.

Everyone form the Front Office to the Tech that worked on my door was 1st Class. The Tech called Before he came, Gave an ETA and explained the problem in detail. I had an operational garage door in under 20 Mins. A job well done.
