Have to say all the guys working were very nice, any of them saw me looking around asked if I needed any help ( even though it was so close to closing time, lol). I called first to see if they had the chainsaw I was looking for and they did, to my surprise when we arrived to get it, what I was told on the phone was the same at checkout. (We all know that is rare). So have to say nice shopping trip. Oh, and some of the cutest John Deere toys for the kiddos, of course. 😉

Carried a chainsaw in asking them to replace fuel line. Did not get call about it for over a month. When I called I was informed that the saw had no compression #gr#%h, I didnt ask you to check compression, I ASKED YOU TO CHANGE FUEL LINE!! Doesnt anyone do what is requested anymore? Everyone out for the extra buck. I will not be back.

Finally after a month of staying on them they finally fixed my tractor for basically the same issue that it had a few months earlier.

Love going in here. Clean store, they have what I need and friendly staff. Just purchased a new weedeater from them when fixing my old one was going to cost more than I wanted to spend. They were kind enough to call me before they did the work to make sure I wanted to spend that much.

Terrible service for sales. (Parts dept is great!) Tried back in December to get some quotes on trading in our side by side for a gator. I sent all necessary info that was asked of me and never received a call back. My husband and I were over picking up parts for our mower and inquired again and still no reaponse. This is absolutely a horrible way to treat customers!! And, btw, we got the deal done at another dealership and will pick up our new side by side friday. We were very serious and ready to so this, dont assume anything about your customers and follow up and follow thru!
