Incredible service. Tons of cute items for everyone.

Recently purchased a nap mat, lunchbox, and backpack for my daughter. The staff was courteous enough to inform me about a sale that wasn’t advertised, allowing me to purchase the lunchbox for half off. I was then informed that I could have the backpack and nap mat monogrammed for FREE. I jumped at the opportunity. The turn around for the monogram was quick, maybe two days. However, it was a vinyl monogram, not an embroidered monogram. Upon getting my items home I noticed the vinyl was noticeably crooked on the nap mat. I returned and was pretty much told that since it was complimentary then I just had to deal with it. They offered to add some embellishments to the mat to “even it out” and I agreed. When I arrived a few days later to pick up the mat for a second time some hearts had been added. They were put on with wrinkles and one was already peeling off. Overall the items at the store were great, but the customer service was less than satisfactory.
