The man that was supposed to be ringing us up was more interested in everyone elses register. And no one was asking for his attention but us THEN on finishing the sale he holds the bag another 2 mins helping other customers until I eventually asked his attention to stay focused on one thing at a time. Smh. The stores jewelry prices were ridiculous Im guessing because everyone is tryna gouge peoples wallets for stimulus checks lol. Will never return. Never mind the one star rating. This store deserves no stars.

They sell broken things. Better make sure you pay the ridiculous warranty fee

Just watced an employee lean against the counter with a customers pistol (barrell up) under her chin having a leisurely conversation. Unprofessional, slow, and dirty.

Walked around store for 20 minutes no one even acknowledged i was there, wanted to hook a game system up girl there told me it had a guarantee that she didnt have time to hook it up. got home it didnt work, got my money back went down the street to CBS PAWN who asked me as soon as i came in the door how i was and did i need any help, they hooked the game up there and showed me it worked great, i totally recommend them any day to cash america.

Took my silver in Cash America and they said it was fake, Then took it to a pawn shop down the road and they tested it, and it was real, and they bought it. Lol. Weird.

If it were possible to give zero stars I wouldVery rude & unprofessional. The girls attitude would gag a magett. Tired telling me they sell drills for no more then 25$ I asked her to show me ONE on the shelf for 25$. She couldnt. So I asked her to ask someone abover her to give me a reasonable price and he offered me WAY more then she did. Im just saying I would really recommend going to Cajun pawn nice clean professional friendly people there

Walked in stood there 20 mins waiting to get helped to buy something had 3 workers and only 1 other customer the 2 females there looked at me then looked away i finally had to go over and say excuse me to get help then they didnt want to hook up the game to show me it worked just said it works we check them all well Im sorry but i dont but used items without checking to see if they work went down the street and got a better deal and much friendlier service at a local owned shop wont go back to this corporate owned business

Visited the Cash America Pawn here in West Monroe and encountered a female by the name of Catelynn who was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of doing here job and being helpful, she stood there nonchalant with a smirk on her face laughing when I asked her a question about a Apple watch that she was familiar with. I had to ask another employee (Meisha) for help me. Meisha didn’t know anything about the watch, but she still went out of her way to help and even called another another employee on his off day. She was very polite and provided great customer service. Catelynn was suppose to have been helping me but started providing service to another customer as Meisha tried to figure out what to do and I waited. The whole time Catelynn knew how to do the watch but stood there smirking and laughing because I asked her a question she didn’t like, I’m assuming. She started waiting on another customer and wasn’t even done with me. Meisha had to finish my transaction. Catelynn took more than 45 minutes on one customer because she was talking about her boyfriends ans ex boyfriend out loud where everyone could hear and other stuff as people was waiting to be helped. Some of the customers even walked out the door because of no service being provided. At the end of the day, everybody that enters these doors aren’t in desperate need of money. This is a business and majority of the customers expect to be treated with good service. I was in this location for over a hour. Totally unacceptable because of an unprofessional employee. We need more employees like Meisha and less like Catelynn. She does too much and talks too much. Use that same energy to help your customers and be professional Catelynn. I will be contacting the manager as well
