I had a car window replaced here a few years ago and it was an easy, efficient experience, so I attempted to get another replacement for my front windshield. I called and managed to communicate with the guy who answered, even though he spoke NO English, and my Spanish is so-so, and convey that I wanted an estimate to replace my front windshield. I spoke to a different guy (who did speak English) when he called back with a quote, and I set an appointment for last Friday morning for them to come to my house and replace my windshield. On Friday morning, no phone call, no repair guy, and no answer when I called them no less than 10x. Thank goodness I hadnt paid anything in advance, because they seem to have disappeared from the face of the Earth, and I cant get anyone to return my calls or answer the phone.Im giving 2 stars because I had such a good experience the first time around, but Im guessing management or owner has changed and this place is on its way out, if it hasnt already closed as of Friday when I was supposed to have an appointment.

I love the experience that I had with this company. They are very reliable. They got exactly the glasses that I need it, very clean and professional. Thank you for the service I received. I could recommend this business for the fast and excellent services.

My wife and I were renovating our bathroom and our contractor, who we really liked, recommended Weehawken Glass and Windows to put in our new shower stall. The whole experience has been a nightmare. I requested three things from them: (1) a contract; (2) starphire glass; (3) and a special coating on the glass. I never got a real contract, and it took them 20 days to get the glass, and when they came it wasn’t Starphire and so I refused it and asked for my money back. Rather than put the money back on my credit card, they promised to send me a check but that check never came though they repeatedly promised it was in the mail. Then they promised to hand deliver the check to me, but that was a lie as well. So beware. The company that finally put our shower in got the work done in five days from start to finish and met my three demands. In my experience Weehawken Glass cannot be trusted.
