Staff was really nasty, rude, and aggressive, and they vandalized my car!I was driving by and my wife and I decided to stop in as were in the market for another car. It was easy to spot since there was a line of 3 cars blocking traffic trying to get into their crowded valet parking area.I pulled onto the side street and a car backed out of their garage and nearly hit my car. Thats ok, these things happen but they should have been more careful. I let that car go.Then as I continue to drive a 2nd car does the same thing but instead of hitting the front of my car he nearly hits the side as I had moved forward up the block. This time the worker gets out and starts cursing at me as if I did something wrong. He backed out blindly from a garage onto the road into moving traffic!?Then I drive around the block and one of their Hondas stopped in the middle of the road blocking the whole street. The car had no plates and had letters and numbers posted on the windshield so I know it was theirs. Their worker stopped to discuss something with another worker and didnt seem to care at all about the 3 cars they were blocking. When I finally honked they made, to put it mildly, a vulgar gesture towards me and my wife. Thanks for that.After another 2-3 minutes they moved and we parked on the street on Kennedy Blvd. We go in to find out theyre entirely too busy for walk-ins like us so we leave, only to find a large sticker placed on my driver side window, courtesy of Hudson Honda, with a passive aggressive message about parking in front of their building. WE WERE PARKED ON THE STREET! and that sticker did not come off easily. After a lot of scraping, it still left behind a bunch of adhesive which I had to order special cleaner off the internet to finally clean off 2 weeks later. Way to treat would-be customers nevertheless your average passersby. Im taking my business elsewhere thank you

Hello everyone if you are looking to purchase a vehicle this is the place to do it at. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I went in to purchase a 2021 Honda Pilot SE and my sales person Brian gave me exactly what i wanted. Make sure you go see Brain He’s one of the best. You will not regret it.

If you are looking for a Honda do NOT go to this particular branch. We had the least knowledgeable salesman take care of us.Upon arrival, they had no record of the appointment that I set up and confirmed. They had music blaring that made it very difficult to hear the employees speak.We were instantly shuttled to a desk where they immediately did a credit check before they even asked what we were looking for or if we wanted to check out vehicles. Instant credit check. The dealership was packed and the salesman asked for me to say my social security number out loud.Then he tried to talk me out of the car that I wanted because I am a first time buyer. He automatically assumed that I did not have the money to purchase this car and said that I needed to buy something cheaper. I could literally outright buy four of the cars if I wanted to, but no one asked what my needs were.At this point, I considered just walking out, but I really wanted to test drive the car. Finally, after I told them I could outright purchase the car without financing they went to get the car from another lot for the test drive. I can only assume they tried to talk me out of the car because they were too lazy to go and get it. The salesman broke the trunk and ripped up the battery when he was showing us the car. Any question that we asked during the test drive the salesman said I need to ask my manager / I dont know.If this wasnt bad enough, when we finished the test drive and went inside, they claimed that Honda no longer produces the color car that we want. It literally is a 2021 color and just came out on the line. They also told us there is no way to order from the manufacturer because the color was discontinued. They also said that the build your car function on the website is obsolete and you cant actually build-to-order your car. I thought that was odd since the website says you can do just that.Overall, 0 out of 5. I do not recommend this particular dealership to anyone I know unless you would like to waste your day, be lied to, and feel like you are in a nightclub. Turn the music down, what is this a frat house? Take your money to Toyota.

Joshua is the best service employee that this dealership has! He was kind, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful from the minute I walked in until the minute I walked out. I came in for an oil change and my car was done and ready in about 20 minutes! Talk about efficient and amazing! Regis, the service manager, was also very helpful and professional. These two together make a great team and make you have a nice experience, especially how fast the service was. They also took the time to tell me and explain to me about other things that I needed to get done on my car like new back brakes, brake fluid, and transmission fluid. That, in and of itself, should show just what excellent customer service they portrayed. I would definitely recommend this dealership and remember... just ask for Joshua! Hes your man! 😉

Awesome place! Got my first car here. Look for Brain, he’s the best! Very friendly and responsible. He had my plates shipped to me but FedEx somehow messed up the shipment. However, Brain helped me called FedEx and keeps me updated on the status of my plates and answers all my questions. Very awesome guy! Definitely look for him!

Having bought many cars in the past, I am used to the feeling of being taken advantage of at a dealership. At Hudson Honda, that feeling was only present for a brief moment and once they honored the deal that I was given previously, we were ready to roll. For being in a very congested area, their selection was pretty decent and has many vehicles to choose from. Sales people seem knowledgable and the whole process only took about 90 minutes which for a dealership may be a new record. The long and short of it is, very happy with the car - it was the model, color and options that I was looking for, pretty happy with the deal I got, and did not leave feeling as though I was totally taken advantage of. So a 4/4.5 star review.

My experience with them not good, guys if you want to buy from this dealer sell your car before you go don’t trade in, again my advice to not trade in, you can sell your car easy on any free platform like Facebook market, they will give you the worst price ever and you will lose so much money, why you lose at least 3000 dollars!!! Anther thing when you get a deal with them they will make you sign a paper with all the expensive focus with this paper before sign, also check the warranty and every paper you sign and take a photo of every paper because they will not give you a copy of some paper you sign, focus guys, actually be very focus.

Today, I had to leave while I was waiting for their answer so he promised again that he would call me back to give me an answer today, I said “I doubt it” because of the past and he said “he is positive this time.” Of course I didn’t get his call by the time they closed at 7.I just can’t deal with that kind of person who is unprofessional and keeps breaking promises with customers.I hope I can get someone much better than him to talk to next time.Be careful.

Absolutely the worst dealership Ive ever been to. They have a non negotiable $700 document fee, this is a made up fee that dealerships decided to charge. Most dealerships are less than $100. Also when going in to buyout my lease the residual value of my vehicle was magically $1000 over priced. Stay far away from this place and save yourself money.

Having visited Hudson Honda many times in the past, I wasn’t 100% thrilled to be making a car purchase at this location. However, BOY was I wrong! Joshua M. made my first car buying experience a breeze. He helped me overcome every hurdle during my purchasing experience & worked hard to get me a deal I was happy with. Excellent services, good attention, very good environment to wait for your vehicle.

We had way too much issues with the services to be satisfied with the experience;* The car was delivered with cosmetic damages, and if you do not notice at pickup they will later refuse to support you/replace the parts.* No loaner offered (you have to rent your own from a third party)* the car was leaking and after taking it to repair the car was further damaged:- poorly reassembled with panels not alligned- broken port hanging on its cables- wet interior- interior dirty (oil smudges along the seats and panels/covers)We are now going to other Honda dealerships in NJ, and get better service. So heads up if you buy a Honda, you might be better of going to the Mahwah Honda or Route 23 Honda.i
