Ridiculously overpriced. We own a NJ salon dynasty of sorts, 50 plus years in business; primarily in NJ and NY, at one point consisting of 50 or so, 2,000 to 5,000 Sq. Ft facilities in the major shopping malls from Atlantic City/Philly to Hudson County/Long Island. After the roaring 70s, 80s and 90s days of Emiliani, we were grandfathered in to Salon Centric and its been a slippery, corporate, LOreal slope downward in terms of client loyalty and as mentioned above, a price gouging bonanza/monopoly. There is no more humanity in this industry anymore. Its strictly business, make no mistake about it.

A very important thing when you purchase something there, there is promotions like if you spend $ 70 in products and you will receive a free class in their locations, but Classes are given on holidays like Presidents Day or some other holiday . Where you wont Have the chance to change the classes if you cant Make it the exact date. ! They WONT CHANGE it at all !.. so beware of that those tricky promotions or sales😊. Other than that you will find all you need in Salon Centric!!

Staff is very unprofessional n not helpful. Jennifer was very rude when I asked for help, she was more into her personal conversation with other coworkers.

Always friendly and knowledgeable, Orlando is awesome! I usually find myself taking a quick lap to replenish my go to supplies, or to pick up a secret weapon for my more unique hair projects. Most of the time, I know exactly what I want. Sometimes I dont. Anytime I have a question, Orlando is always there with the kind of answers any pro in a hurry is looking for. No nonsense, full of detailed product knowledge, with a respect for the industry. He never tries to sell me anything I dont need. It is his genuine interest and excitement that convices me to try new things. I am never disappointed on a recommendation. It is always a pleasure.

One of the ladies is EXTREMELY NOT HELPFUL and RUDE. When I asked her to check to see if they had more in stock of a product, she was rude and didnt even care to check; her only response was what you see is all there is. The employees should understanding the needs of their customers.
