So I called this place 2 times rings thencthey hung up on me and Im trying to price out their queen side or full side beds not good if keep hanging up

Great experience overall! Jennifer is the best customer service representative I have ever interacted with. Not only did she give us a great deal, she always followed up on a regular basis till the time every item was delivered and assembled. There was a major delay from the end supplier to send one of the items but Jennifer made sure she got us the item as soon as she can. Would highly recommend asking for Jennifer if you visit this store.

I had a pleasant experience at sleep cheap. The furniture they have is sturdy with reasonable prices. Ivonne, the lady who helped us, was extremely pleasant and helpful. She took keen interest in what we wanted and tried to give us many options so we had many choices. 5 stars to her.We did find some price discrepancy between Ashleys furniture online shopping and sleep cheap for the same piece of furniture. I wish they would keep the price competitive. Despite this Ivonne tried her best to give us the best deal. Whoever decides to buy the furniture from here I would highly recommend dealing with Ivonne.

I was furnishing an apartment in Jersey City and just randomly poked my head in here on my way to IKEA and boy am I glad I did! This place has amazing deals on dressers, tables, beds, mattresses, pillows and rugs. Its higher quality, better prices and best of all, supporting a LOCAL business! I especially LOVE their memory foam pillow. Jennifer did a great job with making me feel held as a customer. Shes a sweet person and she took amazing care of me. Great find!

Jennifer was really nice, only because of her good customer service, interest to sell her stuff and great prices I would definitely suggest this place. weve got two closets and one bed. I love the price. Its not the best quality but as per price it is a decent quality. Workers made little damage on closet but they did really hard work so we ignored.

I always get my mattresses from here. Not only are the prices amazing, but the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I always refer my friends and family to this sleep cheap. After a lot of looking around, we took the advice of google and went to this store. It is a beautiful facility with an excellent staff ready to help. We found two work stations for our computers and a dresser. We will make the purchase next Saturday. This is a wonderful store with superb quality!!!

DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS HERE!!!! I tried a display mattress at the store & purchased it, but when they delivered “the same” mattress in a larger size, it was horribly uncomfortable with twisted springs poking in my back. I don’t know if it was damaged in delivery to them or to me, but the manger is never there & I called at least 6 times to talk to an imaginary manager, who never bothered to call me back. I’ve spent an extra $150 buying pads & feather beds to try to make it more comfortable, with no improvement b/c the springs are broken and bundled up. I’m gonna end up throwing it away & wasting nearly $400, not counting what I spent trying to fix it. Save your $ and go somewhere that will resolve a situation with their defective products.

Great service and extremely friendly people. They take time to explain you everything your options prices and whats great for you and whats not. And the prices really reasonable. And thanks for your help Patrick.

The experience I had at Sleep Cheap was great, the employees were very friendly and helpful. The couch was delivered within a few days and the gentlemen delivering were extremely careful and punctual. The couch itself is nice especially for the price. The only downside was that the Jersey City store has a very small selection of actual products in stock, if you come in with the link for the product you would like they can easily get it from the warehouse for you.

Over priced and lacks the finishing of furniture.

They have a wonderful furniture selection and they are very kind and friendly. My husband, brother, and I went to their store over the weekend during 100 degree weather and the staff was so kind and accommodating.I felt like I was welcomed by and treated like family! The staff is very nice and easygoing and it was such a pleasure to shop there. Its probably one of the best (if not, THE BEST) customer service Ive encountered.I dont say things very lightly and for those who know me, I can be quite critical of customer service, but both Denise and Patrick took excellent care of us and our needs. I had a very pleasant experience at sleep cheap.. the prices were fair and the guest service was excellent. I got the sofa set I was looking for at a lower price than I expected and I got it with in a week of ordering it.

Awesome selection furnish my whole house 4 Less Than 2000 the people here were kind and courteous help me get exactly what I was looking for however the delivery man that was supposed to deliver my furniture the same day never delivered I called the next morning and complained the delivery people told the store that my furniture was delivered however upon their Discovery they happen to look on the truck and found all of my furniture still sitting there did not receive my furniture until the next night very disappointed with the delivery but I am happy with in-store service

The service and attention at the store was fantastic! I was going to give them 5 stars until the delivery of my chair came. The delivery guys said they could not install the chair. They wouldnt take back the box. And, despite that I told the store not to deliver in the morning, they arrived around 11am. If the box would have been able to fit through the door, they would have just brought in the box and left. Not very customer focused. Too bad since the shop itself was excellent.

Sleep Cheap has some very nice item to choose from... And their customer service are is nice kind and also generous...... My favorite sales Rep is the guy Patrick shes very reliable to getting the job done.

Do not buy here. They are cheats who dont deliver the products after taking the money. Repeated inquiry about the status of my delivery was met with atrocious rude behavior by the trashy people who run the place. Worst decision of my life was buying here

I called Patrick from Cincinnati, Oh looking to furnish my boyfriends new apartment in Jersey City. He was friendly from the get go. I found what we wanted online and he checked to see when the pieces would be in. I paid online. It was that easy. We wanted delivery for last Sun, Mothers Day. The furniture came in and delivery was set. We still needed a mattress so we went to the store Sunday morning and found one in stock. Everything was delivered on time Sunday. I would definitely recommend Patrick at Sleep Cheap!!

I cant remember her name, but the lady that works there is so nice and polite, she will go above and beyond to get you the best deal. I ordered whole bedroom and parts of living room-payed everything 30% less than in famous furniture stores. And everything got delivered next day. All recommendations for this furniture shop!

No Stars! This store sucks, and they dont give refunds or exchanges. Stay Away! The store receipt says we can exchange within 7 days, but they will not exchange the service is horrible. We brought a foam mattress, and thought we can exchange from the receipt, but the man says, it doesnt apply on mattresses

Only the price is cheap but if you buying a refurbished mattress, please check it many times before buying. I bought one and its spring are out of order the day I slept on that. SleepCheap is not accountable and responsive after selling the mattress.

Worse furniture store I can ever think off. Ordered sofas the sofa came in 20 peices, the holes for the screws dont even add up. And lets not take about the quality and bad service of the material & the workers there. waste of my money taking this back & going to bobs. Do not recommend to anyone.

I purchased a bed room set.. When we began opening the furniture, the back of the dresser wasnt nailed in properly. The dresser with the mirror had 3 pieces that needed to be screwed in before the drawers stayed in. I also had to screw in loose screws from the inside of the chest before those drawers stayed in. The brackets fell off!! I called.. And called to be told someone is going to call you back.. Or hold on, then again.. Someone will call you back!

If your buying furniture, your better off going somewhere else! I spent over $1500 with them and I am still waiting for my furniture. My box springs are broken, but according to the people in the store, its brand new. The delivery guys are rude, and all of the sales reps have no idea how to deal with a customer.Next stop..BBB They took my money and once they had it, all Ive been getting is the run around. The status of Poor to Fair is understatement when it comes to Sleep Cheap.

Spend $50-$100 extra elsewhere where you might expect to get good service and quality. I bought a very expensive mattress from them which started making some kind of weird spring-like sound after a month of purchase. So I went to the store to ask them to replace it. Unfortunately, I had lost my receipt, so I asked for a duplicate receipt which they didnt want to give. They didnt even give me any solution as to what needs to be done to get the mattress replaced. I would advice you not to buy from there.

I will never buy anything from that store, ı wish ı didnt buy my furnitures from there .They damaged my all wall and my furnitures,First time ı was okey with my furniture ı said nothing, but after my owner said you have to fix it up, ı told them but they said this is not our problem after ı discussed with them they said we are going send somebody for fix it up and they wanted money ı am okey with that too but now she says that ı cant hear you but when she hangs it up she can !!!
