Great location, parking is limited. Store has a great variety of flavors including vegan ice cream. Is Ben & Jerry’s ice cream so overall I would find it hard to complaint. I have been there several times and the staff is also friendly. Downside is the limited space and mostly applies to the winter months. Good flavors, good ice creams. Recommend

My kids were so excited, but the male staff member clearly looked pass us to help an attractive female costumer directly behind us. Prompting my son to ask what’s wrong? I’m not sure how he missed 3 ppl and went to the other costumer, what is the purpose of waiting in line?. That really annoyed me, he could have be less obvious and actually provide service.I guess the age is a factor as someone else mentioned…I end up throwing my ice cream out it was too sweet, but my kids loved it. So a good experience overall for them.

Finally some icecream for vegans. Loved the flavors we tried. Staff seems lost the interest in working. But good ice cream!

Love the the ice cream not the staff these kids are in their 18s maybe early 20s years old, they are way too slow as if they dont like their job and care. They were just talking to each other and ignoring the customers and taking their sweet time!!!

Great spot to grab and creamy ice cream and enjoy the skyline! They have a great choice and Ben & Jerry’s flavors and the portions are rather large too! Store is really cute, but indoor seating is more for 1-2 people, so enjoy it outside if you are in a group. Staff is really helpful and welcoming as you will see from other reviews here.

This is the best testy ice cream in the area. Youre allowed to taste test any flavor and the employees are very nice. Been here 4 times and love it. The area around the store is beautiful too.

I would like to tell you how great the service was here, specifically Tanya!!!! I drove from fort lee to the englewood location because my son requested a mini vermonster for his 4th grade graduation. Englewood said they were out of containers. I begged them to get creative somehow and use a diff container to make it happen they said no multiple times and they said I should try west New York or ridgewood. Then drove all the way to west New York and they were out of containers as well. I felt defeated and my kids were getting upset but then Tanya was willing to get creative and actually put in effort and asked me if I’d be ok with her using the only container they had left which was currently being used to store toppings. I said of course! So she took the time and washed it thoroughly and made the mini vermonster for my son, she even gave us 10% discount to celebrate his graduation. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE LIKE!! I greatly appreciated her and her willingness to make it happen for my son. THANK YOU!!!!! We will from now on make the west New York location our go to for Ben and Jerry’s!

Ice Cream tastes great! They have every choice of ice cream that you can imagine. Not only do the sell ice cream, but other things as well that will go great in any season.

Excellent place for quick family visits. My kids love this place. The staff is quite friendly. They also have some kids music classes on certain days, you can bring your toddler or older one if you like. Its a good experience to come to ice cream store and not try too much sugar.The outdoor seating is quite nice during summers.

Nice location. Staff are friendly. They always have all the flavors available. Due to the pandemic, theres a line that starts outside the store (on the sidewalk) and it can take 20-30 minutes during their peak hours. Its worth the wait.

Always good taste.But last time when I went there.Front of my customers. They were around 10people family.They charged less price then on the manu.And got a tip on the side.Boss is not here. Employees do crazy.

I arrived inside the Ben and Jerrys and I greeted very well by the server. I decided on a Large Cup scoop but wondered how many flavors are available for that size. I was that Large had 3 flavor options. My choices were: Strawberry Shortcake, Caramel Almond Brittle, and the one called Milk and Cookies. I sat inside after my payment. I loved the Ice Cream ate and felt it was worth my money. The seating had a nice view that complemented my delicious Ice Cream. I love going here and would love to try out every flavor if I can.

This Ben & Jerrys is nicely located. There is usually parking nearby, and there are amazing views of the New York skyline right around the corner.Its small, but lines move quickly. We especially like this location for their yearly Free Cone Day. Its a real nice place for ice cream in the area.

Everyone working in there is always super friendly and accommodating. One of the freezers was broken so they only had a few normal flavors and a bunch of the greek yogurt flavors so that was disappointing. I would think if that happened, they would try to put more of the popular flavors in the one that was working instead of the greek yogurt ones.
