When someone is paying $75 for a product, they expect a good quality but instead we got a supposed freshly made on the same day arrangement. The arrangement barely looked like the picture in their website. The strawberries werent fresh and some of the grapes were rotten.

I ordered a Mothers Day, arrangement with an additional balloon last week. The owner was very kind to speak to over the phone. The bouquet arrived fresh and quite juicy per my mother-in-law. It was beautiful and she loved the choice of balloon. The owners showed caring costumer service with a minor mix up on my part. Thanks to Khaled Omar my mother-in-law was happy!

Please do not conduct business with this branch. I ordered a fruit basket for my mother for the loss of our family dog and they brought a fruit basket with chocolate in it and my mother is diabetic. When I called they refused to listen to me and claimed it wasn’t delivered from his strore but it certainly was (called the number on confirmation email). He was nasty and unprofessional and even hung up on me. A already sad situation turned out to be horrific one. I even sent the “owner” pictures of the delivered item and he refused to take ownership. If you want edible arrangements this place is a fraud... don’t order from them. They are very rude and dishonest!

This location does not honor the rewards program. Very disapointed !! Never purchasing from them again. Do not recommend !!!

I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries & oh my so good! I called ahead & was able to pick up a bit earlier then the time I requested online. Only minor complaint is that the box they handed me was sticky but, other then that everything was good!

Best edible arrangement location I’ve been to! They always go out of their way to make our experience here great and their fruit is ALWAYS FRESH! Always go here even when it’s not convenient for me because of the level of quality and service being given here! Highly recommend!

How embarrassing.I ordered a dozen of chocolate covered strawberries for my wifes birthday. And what a surprise we got, they werent even covered to the half.I have bought there before and they never were so poor.I know that all of us are passing difficult times but dont cheat your costumers. I ordered the same product on two different occasions and both times they were delivered promptly when they said they would and the product display and quality was fresh, presentable and delicious. 10/10 would order from them again.

Parking could be a little difficult however its worth looking for the spot. Way too much to choose from LOL which means Im going to have to send them again!! the staff is very helpful very knowledgeable and very very pleasant they definitely have my business from now on.

Ordered on mothers day so I know they were busy, but the card that came attached to my order was covered in chocolate. Despite that everything else was fine.

Fruit tasted like some kind of chemical. I am not sure if they washed the platter with something. It tastes really bad. I would not ever order from here. They did want to send me a little fruit platter to make up for this and I refused because I do not like the fact that there was a taste of chemicals.

This is not my first time ordering from Edible Arrangements but it is my first time using the WNY location. I never will again. I ordered my husband chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines day and yes they did arrive when they said they would at his place of business which was great because I ordered them earlier on the the same day. Anyway he brings them home and these strawberries were just ugly. The leafy top part was greenish brown already. Also they dipped such a massive berry that I guess they counted it as 2 because they were only 11 berries. I get it its a busy day but dont half ass a job when someone is paying almost $70 for 12 strawberries. Thats not cheap. I have ordered from the Hoboken, Paterson and Jersey City locations for various holidays and birthdays and never had this issue. This will be the last time I order from the WNY location.
