The manager is so rude in west ny I went there three days in a row I am happily spending my money on boots and he accused me and embarrassed me in front of other customers by saying I am returning boots I bought yet I have never returned anything I have 9 kids and they are all different sizes I will be reporting this to the better buisness they need more workers and better management good store bad service

They sell km belts which Im pretty sure they are going for a knockoff Michael Kors belt, so Im pretty sure the Polo, Calvin Klein, and Tommy Hilfiger; shirts, underwear, socks, ect ect is all fake as well. People please be careful with what you buy because if they have the audacity to sell KM belts imagine where their shoes come from. Fake Fake Fake

Worst store and management to deal with. I bought a tank top pack (L) and in the package was smalls. I showed the manager he told me to bad its underwear and cant be returned or exchange. Thats its corporate fault and not store cause they dont package the items. Then called the police and told them i opened a bunch of packages.

The manager is a badly mannered dog, he does not know how to treat customers with respect, I went to change some flannels that I bought, I bought 3 packages and I opened one but I saw that the flannels were very large and I went to change the other 2 that were a new bag and the dog manager did not want to change it
