I went here with my boyfriend, and the red headed gay guy. Asked my boyfriend, who I was? Is this a store or a dating place? In which he had no business asking such question. I consider that rude, nosey, and uncalled not to mention unprofessional. Is he here to work or check out the men that go in this store. Poorly customer service.

Worst place my 3 years old baby wanted to use the restroom.Cashier said it was occupied so we wait outside the door and she was so rude like what are you doing I said dont go there.Im like is not even fir me is an ER otherwise I never let him use it.And she lied there was nobody inside and still dondonlet us go in.0 star.Ih and by the way we did purchased from them.(baby food)

Love 7-Eleven, great for quick stop, coffee. Juices caned ir bottled sodos, orange juice, junk food some food made hear, lottery tickets, rub offs and ciggs too.

I had the worse experience at this particular 7-Eleven on 4912 Bergenline Ave West New York NJ 07093. I wanted to purchase $18 of an Uber card, which takes $15-$200. The employee, Sandip, charged me for $15. Then when I noticed he made a mistake I asked him to fix it and he refused. Thank God another customer was there had gave me $20 and he took Uber gift card. So then I went and got another Uber gift card and again asked for $18 and Sandip and other employee working there refused so I said put the $20 then. They still refused and told me to leave. Ive been a valued customer of theirs for a long time I always go to their store and this is how I was treated. This wasnt right they even threaten me with that they were going to call the cops, which I said go ahead I didnt do anything wrong nor did I even get loud. This isnt right and I want people to know how they treat people that go to their store. And I am going to put a complaint with company as well. What the employee didnt understand is that I truly needed the $18 on gift card and couldnt use $15 it wouldnt get me to work.

The customer service is horrible, the store is always dirty!! And they keep changing the prices from one day to another.

The cashier or owner, I get it....hes tired in the morning. Its 4AM but Ive even told many of my customers as well that the United States is a customer service driven country. If you cant be pleasant no matter how tired you are find someone else to do the job or get a review like this. Its overpriced the 7-Eleven chain especially this one. They dont allow you to use the bathroom which is a big No-No for stores like this. Skip this rude bastard and go around the corner to Quick Chek

A helathcode violation, disgusting, I saw roaches and food older than me. Mold on bread and pastries. VILE absolutely disgusting. The cashier looked like he hadnt showered in WEEKS.

I did not like it terrible

I got distracted by an idiot yelling on the phone the cashier charged me $3 dollars on a $12.36 bill. refused to give me a reciept. said the register only gave receipts for the last 2 purchases and he had done 3. so apparently jersey charges about 25% tax on beverages

I’m customer of this stores I ask them for the bathrooms they said there not bathrooms in here. And there is.
