I was looking for a special piece of jewelry for my nephew who is fighting cancer. We walked in with heavy hearts. The staff in this beautiful jewelry store were compassionate, and catered to my need of a LGBT bracelet. My nephew had just announced to us that he was a part of this community. The staff listened to my story and designed a bracelet for us that was just beautiful and personal. They went as far as looking online for symbols that they were able to create. I was touched in a way that I will never go to another jewelry store. Continental is it for our family. The store is immaculate. The staff are professionally dressed and the customer service is personable and welcoming. Fantastic experience. I am extremely satisfied. This review is long overdue!I came here to have a new ring resized (The designer I bought it from did not make half sizes) and after looking at it, they suggested having to cut it to make it smaller which I agreed to. When I came to pick it up they actually surprised me by not having to cut it and instead just pulling the end tail a bit and refastening/fusing it. It was a 14k gold coiled snake ring. They did an impeccable job - you can’t even tell it was resized! I was really happy with the level of detail and care they took towards my ring. So much so, that I came back and had my husbands gold and diamond wedding band resized, and had my wedding rings fused together here. The service here is thorough, quick, and honest. Their costs are also reasonable. I plan to return with my diamond earrings as well! If you need work done and want an honest jeweler and want to support local small businesses - this is your spot!

Do NOT leave your diamonds overnight here. The front desk woman was rude when asked about same day service with repositioning / adjusting a diamond on a wedding ring and she immediately blamed me for not trusting her and conducted herself unprofessionally and obnoxiously. Customer service and trust starts at first sight - specially during these critical times!*For the owner that responded to my complain, I Never Demanded anything to the front desk lady or had any special expectations and never been referred to you by anyone. I simply walked in and respectfully asked a routine question such as doing same-day service and what her response to me was to tell me that I dont trust her and if dont trust the establishment then I shouldnt be there, then she put blame on me, was obnoxious and sarcastic. A simple NO SIR, please make an appointment or here are the steps you can take would have been more professional. My issue with your business is unprofessionalism and I deserve an apology for such uncomfortable and unwelcoming first time experience. For the record, I took my diamond ring and my watches to the Diamond Doctor on Park Ave 5 minutes from your shop and he did an amazing job same-day and educated me on how to maintain gold and diamonds in good impeccable conditions. Do not put blame on customers, just be professional and respectful.

My husband has a pasion for skull jewellery. Christmas season i saw a skull pendant with chain in the window. I went into the store an a very nice man named Nicolas helped me. I told him that i wanted to buy the jewelry for my husband. He also told me it was returnable. I was surprised it could be returned as a kind gesture. In the following months. My husband admired a skull watch on a man. My husband asked him where he purxhased it so he could buy one. My husband tried in many jewelry stores to find it but no luck. So then we went back to continental and to our surprise the man that helped us the first time sent us the exact picture of the watch my husband was looking for. I never met anyone so dedicated to helping us. I dont plan on going anywhere else for my jewelry anymore.

The service here is terrible! I came here because I wanted chicken wings and the lady insisted that this was a Jewelry store. This is unbelievable all I wanted was some chicken wings and the lady threaten to call the cops on me, this is no way to treat a customer no matter how high they are!

Great experience when I had my watchs spring bar replaced which was $5. Then decided to have my other watch fixed and the experience was disappointing. The second watch I had sent to fix had a problem with the movement/hands. I ended up paying $15 just for that which seems ridiculous, $10 fine but, $15 not fine. The person who attended me said $5 for battery replacement, and I corrected the person who attended me, by telling them that I replaced the battery myself before I had it fixed. The receipt even stated as a dionostic that the watch had a battery replacement and it was something inside that was not working. As a result I got ripped off, never coming back, which is a disappointment becuase the owner seems like a great guy. $15!!! Shaking my head.Beware future customers, I guess they assumed I didnt know much about the inner workings of a watch and as a car mechanic would do, decided to overcharge me. If anyone is willing to $15 to fix a watch that is not related to a sring bar or battery replacement then go for it. If you want any other watch service done, be cautious or go somewhere you can trust better. That one experience ruined mine so, Ill look for another place.

The attention is normal but they take a probe of everything, I do not go there anymore, to rectify an error of them in a garment that I send you they charge extra are some brazen talk to the owner and gives you some more stupid explanations I do not go but that place more than the recording on the garment again they were wrong I prefer to go to Manhattan and do it have the super bad experience first and last time I go there
