The Glass Doctors technicians were very skilled and accommodating with our schedule. They replaced 50+ year old double paned glass in our picture window. They did a masterful job and the window now looks brand new.

Responsive time could of been better.

We called 2 different companies to fix our old Anderson window and the previous places we called quoted about the same price but were not able to find the replacement window or order it. Glass Doctor of West Orange was able to fix my broken window within 24hrs of completing their contact form. Abe was scheduled to provide an on-site quote, however he came with all the necessary tools to replace the glass immediately. I would say it took roughly 20mins, but even that seems too long. Overall I had a great experience with Glass Doctor and will continue using them from this point on.

They never came

Didnt really care for their attitude, it seems that because they are a franchise and youre stuck using the Glass Dr. In your area, they charge an exorbitant amount for shower doors.Found a more reasonable distributor closer to my home, and also more professional and pleasant.
