If I can give this place no star, I will!!! Very arrogant and rude people! Manager was rude and everyone came out and wanna attack me because I spoke out in their office how rude of a person the girl who calls herself manager was absolutely rude and disrespectful. No customer service qualities whatsoever. They pushed me out!! Even the insurance company testified to the fact that they bad and try to manipulate prices with the insurance when they were trying to get their car out. They had big beef with the insurance company that I used because they caught them trying to swindle them out of their money. They would not allow insurance to do anything on their lot! Please, take my warning, don’t go there! Worst experience of my life ever, I only went there because my wife’s car was towed there by the state Trooper after her accident. Pathetic!

I would give this place zero stars if I could, stay very far away from this company unless you want to pay $5,000 to get your car towed for 1 mile. (east orange to west orange). This ridiculous price is a scam and unjustified!! This price forced us to give them the title of our vehicle in order for them to junk it. They want money and do not care if you can’t pay.If you need a tow, you might as well just push your car home rather than having this company come “help” you.

Highly recommend this company! Because service was fast, fair and professional; everything was explained and handled promptly. The facility/office is clean and well maintained.

The Owner needs to retrain Manager Mary and or find another Manager to oversee the Facilities in his absence.One reviewer hit nail on the head with Manager Marys professionalism.

They keep my 2011 Explorer with over 190,000 miles running! What else is there to say? I expect to drive well into 200k miles with Select maintaining my vehicle. You want cheap prices? Youll get cheap parts, cheap labor and shoddy work. I leave knowing the work i paid for will last.

If I could give these people No stars I would do the same thing. I was over charged $175 for a service they said they did for me but did not. I tell them they did not do the service and they did not listen, Terrible, Rude, I would never want to do business with this place ever again.

They fixed my brake problem and I will trust them for other service needs.

Careful from this company They are scams i got Assaulted From one of their workers in front of there Business they got mad because i called AAA to tow my car out did not use them i was recording wich the Video will be soon on YouTube & other social media,, the worker that hit me kept calling me names & sead call the police they work with us & by suprise it is true the police took they side the police place no charges agians the worker the ambulance came by took me to the hospital they did ex-ray They wrap my hand o jave to go check Specialist in the next to day the hospital i will contact my Lawyer tomorrow to Press charges & file a law suit om the business & the police station i will keep you guys informed where the video will be posted .

Select Towing is an excellent company that provides quality customer first service. John does terrific work and he handles all of our towing needs for our fleet of trucks.

This is the worst towing place I have ever been to! I can not emphasize enough how bad this place is! The prices are very high and the service is absolutely absurd! The staff was horribly rude and arrogant. The lady that was in the front desk used profanity profanity and threw my receipt on the floor all because I asked a simple question about my vehicle. Her coworker was also rude and said we would have to apologize otherwise he would not assist us and bring our car out. Like really? If anyone is thinking of going to this place I strongly suggest not to go!

Well what can you expect when you break down and the cops force you to take your car there. select is a white trash family owned rip off operation plain and simple. no one voluntarily goes there so they dont need to be honest. just arrogant trash

Awful experience. The prices are nothing short of outrageous. John was snotty and completely unhelpful. When I challenged the cash only policy he became spiteful, literally stating that my wife could not pick up our vehicle and hanging up the phone. Im not exaggerating. Dont patronize this business, in fact someone should really report them to the BBB. Awful awful people.

Truck tailgated my family for almost a mile. Its a flatbed not an ambulance. We dont need your wreckers barreling past our homes so your truck can go sit on the Garden State, police towing or not.

Absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with, good luck if you need a tow.
