The customer service with this company was HORRIBLE! I paid for rental of tables and chairs which was taken out of my account immediately. They were suppose to be delivered.The day of the event i was calling from 9AM to 3PM and not one answer. No one reached out to me to let me know anything and no one showed up. I was renting them for a family i was throwing an event for and as she was suppose to be celebrating the life of her first child, she was busy stressing about not having tables or chairs for her event. I called the next day and the man who answered only said that my money would be refunded and he does not know what happened or why no one called me. No apology, no explanation or NOTHING. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I wouldnt recommend using this company because you will not want to end up in a situation like myself.

Although the website states that installation of tents will be an additional charge, the company does not offer this service. All tents are self set up and they expect you to put in in some bag they provide and return. Going with the next company that safely delivers, sets up, and breakdown their product, all for the same price.

Our experience with United Rent-All in WO was amazing from start to finish. Both Chris and Adam were incredibly patient and helpful. The afternoon before our event, we were scrambling because the tent we borrowed from a friend was way too small. We called United Rent-All in a panic and they had a tent for us first thing in the morning! Our tent, tables, linens, and bar were delivered on time and by friendly and proficient employees. We truly couldnt be happier. Thank you all!!!!!!
