The plumber they installed the unit was very professional, polite and incredibly neat and talented. May at the office has been so helpful, courteous and warm.Having a water softening system has helped our familys skin health and overall bathing experience. We also have a very fragile salt water reef tank with live corals and beautiful fish. The softer water has greatly improved the water quality and health of all of the animals in the tank.In a nutshell, the system is amazing and everyone involved has been wonderful! They’re responsive when they’re courting you to purchase one of their systems. A few months down the line. The salesman that covers my area does not return my call. A manual would be nice too.

The cost was reasonable, the salesman Marc was knowledgeable, and the install crew was clean and courteous. Plumbing inspection passed and the office staff at Culligan resolved an issue that I proactively took care of on my own. Just a FYI for anyone buying a system with a pressure reducing valve (PRV) with a hot water heater, you need an expansion tank by code. Weve had the softener running for a little over 2 months now and its been really great.

Having two little kids in the house made our drinking water a top priority. We looked into water delivery and some other options but were not sure what would be best for our family. After a professional from Culligan Water came to do water tests, they walked us through all of the options and helped us to make a decision that was best for our family. Peter answered ALL of our questions (and trust me, I had a lot!) was so kind, and did an amazing job of following up. We ended up choosing a full house system. Install was seamless and the professionals were cautions of COVID protocols and really explained the system to us after they were done. Professional from beginning to end. Culligan helped me understand my needs within my home and also explained the benefits of a water treatment system that I wasnt even aware of. They walked me through the quote, estimate and install. The install was done within about an hour, in and out. My home is over 100 years old and some of the pipes were frail. The technician managing the install explained to me how he was going to handle it, and got the job done without causing any issues. They even pulled the permits for me. Very satisfied.

Recently replaced old softer with new Culigan softener and water filter. Water is now pretty good for both drinking and regular uses. Old discharge system clock is replaced with electronics, which claims to be more efficient on reducing water discharge to as needed. Technician provided an excellent service.

I have to say my experience with Culligan water has been top notch. I had an old water softener that no longer worked, few months after the initial lockdown of Covid I decided to explore the option of replacing the old water softener. Dana was fantastic and honestly for me which is important was not pushy. She went over everything with me on the different options, emailed it over as well and gave me the time to decide if this was what I wanted to do. My system needed to be replaced after 18 years of service. An appointment was scheduled, system evaluated and replaced in a reasonable period of time....at the time of replacement I had a FULL supply of salt and rather that creating a large issue the repair person suggested I use the existing salt and when done, he would replace the container and fill it with 8 bags of salt at NO CHARGE! Great service and Great value.

The good: Happy with the water from reverse osmosis water system. The not so good: The original culligan installer didnt check water pressure from system to ensure properly functioning for refrigerator ice maker. I was clear on reasons for this system. Now I have to purchase a booster pump to increase water pressure from system to ice maker.

Great product and service. I had both a whole-house filter and reverse osmosis drinking water system installed. When I came across an issue with my filter, Culligan Water of West Orange came out to handle my issue quickly and fixed the issue at no cost.My drinking water is so delicious!

I am a happy Culligan customer for over 10 years now and we can’t imagine our life without RO pure drinking water by Culligan. I feel it is a bit on the pricey side though but you get what you pay for and the service is incredible. We used to have the water softener by Culligan along with RO but once we moved to our new house they did a water test and it wasn’t that bad so we decided not to install the softener but we got the drinking water system through them. The 3 gallon tank is perfect for a family of 4.

The in home estimate ensures no surprises and details what’s needed and the installation was clean and fast. I really enjoy my RO water filter system. It’s the best tasting water I have ever had. Also, the water softener system helped reduce excessive wear on my appliances and fixtures.

We had Culligan water softener and filtration installed over two years ago. The initial salesperson and tech were very knowledgeable and seemed to do a decent job of setting everything up, designing the system for our house, and then installing the equipment. However, over the course of the last year (so third year of using the equipment) weve had a lot of issues. We had an issue last year that required some maintenance on the softener. Then recently, our meter went bad and needed to be replaced. When the meter was replaced, it looks like one of the hose clamps got jostled loose, which ended up causing a leak. We had to get that fixed as well. In the meantime, and separately, the button that turns on the water filter for my sink is no longer working...its been one thing after the other. The equipment doesnt seem to be made to last. Im fortunate I have the service plan or else Id be spending a lot of money on repairs. One of the repairmen, Jerry, has been fantastic, but I dont think I should be seeing my Culligan repairman every other week. I am also not happy with the fact that the button for the sink water filter is broken and I need to pay for replacing it. Its a terribly designed piece of equipment - you put it near a sink, there is going to be a lot of water, but the button is not water tight and is easily corroded, which is what happened to mine. It was corroded fairly quickly after I got it, but it continued to work until now, and unfortunately Culligan is going to charge me $85 to replace it. Overall, when the system works it works well, but it requires a lot of maintenance and visits from repairmen, which is not ideal

Culligan Water is a very professional water solution company. We had a water softener installed by them this past summer. They had good discounts and prices and the installers were on time and took care of everything. We are going to use their salt replenishing service when our salt gets low. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a solution to their hard water.

Culligan first installed a water softener last year in my home and this year we went with a reverse osmosis system for our fridge’s ice and water lines.For the RO, the sales team Marc and Charles answered all of my questions patiently. The install was done professionally by one of their technicians. And although there was a hiccup with the install and an issue with the ice maker not making ice for a while, Charles found a solution to the problem promptly.Our water tastes great! We had a purified water system installed a couple of weeks ago and we love it. The salesman told us it would taste much better than bottled water (poland springs, evian, dasani, etc.) and I wasnt sure I was going to agree. He was right! The best water I have ever tasted. The installation was easy and the technician was professional and did a great job. Not only is the water great tasting, but we no longer have to lug all of those cases of bottled water from the supermarket every week. Between the money we will save and helping the environment we should of done this ten years ago. Stop using bottled water!

We have culligan water because of the previous owners of our home but we would gladly use them again if given the choice! We needed a water softener installed and they came out and also did a comprehensive check of our tap and raw water to make sure everything else in our water system was needed. Turns out the UV filter we had from another company that had just broken was not even needed. They saved us hundreds because the other company was pushing us to fix it, culligan could have used this as an opportunity for pushing a sale but they were honest with us instead! We worked mainly with Andy and he really took the time to explain everything to us and give us options that fit our needs and budget.

At first I was very skeptical and didn’t believe that the system will make my water soft and my drinking water better than Poland spring. Sales guy was wonderful, very knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions. He didn’t push anything on me or sell me anything I didn’t need. In the end I decided to purchase the gold series system. When the installer came he was ok. Friendly and timely. He installed the system quickly, but I was surprised that he didn’t try to keep the system as tight as possible so that I could enclose the system in a closet. Instead the system is actually taking up even more space than my previous system. Also I was expecting that the piping which I admit my piping was all over the place, but I thought when the system was installed that the piping would be sorted out and moved closer to the wall. In the end, system was installed and working, but just wish it was installed with a little more consideration.

Matt arrived exactly on time. He worked quickly and efficiently. In just over 2 hours the system was installed, he explained all, including how often we would be contacted to change the filters, and he left. Looking under my sink after he left it was easy to see that he had worked neatly. Not much else you can ask for.

Asked for quotes to install softener system. First they sent installer. He was nice and looked knowledgeable. He took measurements and told me that I will receive quotes within 1-2 days. Quotes never received. I called 4 times. Only message available. Nobody called back. If sales dont bother to call back, I would question how Maintenance calls answered. Looking at other high reviews, not sure what has happened with this company

Contacted Culligan when my system started to run continuously. They had a tech out same day to fix the problem. Very satisfied with the installation staff and with the water softener...Replaced an original reliable 32 year old Culligan Softner with a new 2019 unit...Installation of new unit and removal of old unit took only about an hour given that they were in the basement...The 2019 unit is so quiet that I had to check to see if it was operating...it was...!!!
