The store looks nice inside. Well set up. I came to pick up the Xfinity streaming box since I did not receive it when Xfinity cable was installed the prior day. I was not greeted when I walked in even though there were employees present. I stood on line for over a minutes with no one ahead of me. There were 2 employees looking down on the computer after just helping a customer who left the store. I thought they should have at least acknowledged me and say something like, I am finishing up and will be able to help you in a moment. Customer service 101, anyone?

If I could give zero stars I would. Already an xfinity customer (only because we have no other choice where I live). This isn’t about the store as it is about the company in general. Just spent 20 minutes trying to get a HUMAN on the phone only to finally give up and hang up. And I wanted to add cell phone service to my plan and give them more of my money. Well they certainly lost a customer here. If I can’t even speak to a human to purchase something, I can only imagine how bad it would be if I had an issue with my service or devices. Truly praying I won’t need to deal with that with our internet equipment and service. Needless to say, if you want good and easy customer service, choose another carrier.

Order service I was told it include flex but when I went to pick the box up in west orange i was given 1 box i ask the guy is the one box ok he said yes ok. in the package was the charger and the connection wire and papers the technician came few day after to connect the box he i ask him the same thing he said ok you can watch tv on the apps on your tv i said ok nothing happened i spent nights trying to connect every which way i could not i called and chat online and each person tell me different stories finally i get angry i call again and the last person of around 7 tell me i should have gotten a flex box for the tv too so i said enough so i bring back the box and cancel all this time all you see is you bill is going to be yet i did not get the service that I order all comcast care about is getting the money and staff are unsure of what work how

The store itself has a great layout. Its clean, the departments are clearly visible and the displays are crisp and orderly. I came to exchange a mobile device that I received via the tele sales department. Joseph, who at the time was simultaneously training a new employee, was an absolute joy! He was informative, a great listener and worked diligently toward resolving our rather complex issue. HE, is an excellent example of what exemplary customer service is and I cant thank him enough for his professional demeanor hard work ethic.

A joke. Came to return equipment because cancelling my services. Associate behind the desk was taking a personal call complaining about their ezpass making me wait 10 minutes before someone else from the back finally came out to help me. Return was easy as cake but that experience only justified my reason to quit.

Extremely disappointed in my experience here and the employees lack of follow-through. I went here to drop off our Comcast modem, as we had purchased our own. The wait to talk to someone and complete the transaction was too long. Then, even through we had been assured by the sales rep that the return was successful, we were still being charged for the modem months later.When we called Comcast, the rep had no idea why the transaction didnt go through and couldnt/wouldnt refund us the full amount in overages which we had been charged. Ill be happier when we move to somewhere supported by another provider so I no longer have to deal with Comcast.

We were able to keep our phone #s, kept one of our phones, got the latest iPhone, & an iPad all for half of what we were paying with Verizon. Thank you Eric!

The place is pretty cool and the customer service is good. I just went there to pick up a self installation kit so I didnt need significant help. The area is nice and there are other stores in the surroundings as well. Parking is also available.

Convenient to drop off equipment and to add new services, but if you want to drop services they cant help you- must call our Call Center. Silly. They are there to help... unless you want to reduce your bill. Sad business model.

Exceptional service! If you need technical assistance or just have a few questions Dejuan is very helpful . He also gave me the next steps on how to upgrade my families devices. Which makes my husband happy as well. We’ve been with xfinity for two years now, experienced a few hiccups but my experience today assured me that they do have employees that really enjoy being apart of the team, are informative, and helpful. Ooh and how can I forget funny ! I also had the privilege of chatting to a young lady who works here about products to protect my device . At first I thought the cost was too high, she then, by sharing a recent event of being glad to have the case convinced me it was worth every cent. Thank you guys, you all are the best !

I was told I had to get the x1 boxes and its easy to install. They lied I can stay with the old boxes. Also the x1 boxes arent easy to install. The x1 boxes need good signal and updated wiring.

It is usually such a hassle to do anything cellphone-related (especially with Verizons awful customer service) but this store Madre it very simple to switch from my expensive Verizon service to their reasonable service (which uses the same towers). Akeem was super helpful and patient when I couldnt remember my password for Verizon, which deleted the switch a little bit. Other than my errors, the swap probably wouldnt have taken more than 15 minutes. It was easy and pleasant as far as switching networks can be. Adiós Verizon! Good riddance!

Pretty good costumer service at this site. The company sucks though. I have decided to move on to Fios. Called Comcast to complain of no internet connection, which they verified by remote. Scheduled a repair 4-7pm. Waited all night after calling every hour to get an update. NO SHOW! NO CALL EITHER! DONE!

This location is super convenient for me to get to without the hassle of driving too far from home. Dejuan is my goto rep here and he provides the best customer service that Ive experienced anyway. Great communication and he goes the extra mile to ensure that im happy with my services.One of the main reason im still with Xfinity is largely because of Dejuans customer service and attentiveness.I would definitely will continue to refer more people to this location for any assistance!
