If you see a great find at The Dollar Tree, dont put it off and not purchase it because of a long line. Reason being is that in no time, that exact item will be gone.I went to this location a few weeks ago and actually saw a very cute variety of colorful (Blue, pink, black,, etc)small plastic waste baskets which were also matched with small plastic buckets.I immediately grabbed the garbage bin and bucket because it matched my bathroom decor.Just a few days later, I went back to pick up some household cleaners, and noticed they no longer had those waste baskets and buckets. I go there weekly just to see if Im lucky enough to find any cheap new finds like that purchase but so far ...no luck.I do notice that this location tends to have a bit more items than other local Dollar Trees.

Erin the Manager is very helpful, polite, and friendly. She helps keep the place together !

You may see a couple spots dirty here and there. But the shelves are always stocked. Haven’t had a rude employee before. Cute things..

This store is always dirty and the shelves are always bare. The people who work here and manage this store are unprofessional. I am hoping new management comes so they can turn this store around, or that another store that actually stocks it’s shelves can take its place. One star is generous.

This site happens to be the dirtiest Dollar Tree ever! THIS SITE SMELLS AND HAS STAINS AS WELL AS OLD GUM ON THEIR FLOORS, THROUGH OUT... Staff are DIFFERENT/ NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. I attempted to get cash back and the gentleman behind the counter said not here. I said oh you guys dont give cash back & he replied no, I just started, get in a different line. Wow

No organization. Shelves poorly stocked and the cashier needs customer service training.

I am never disappointed with this store because of the variety of things there and quantity. Although this visit had a lot of empty shell, I was still able to find what I need that two other dollar stores couldnt provide.

Why cant they open more registers.. .. there was only one manager there that didnt see the customers as a nuisance... he is no longer at the west orange location, this store could be such an asset to the community, its current practices are not efficient. I would rather spend the extra $$ than stand in the ridiculous long lines.

I really like this Dollar Tree location in West Orange....the staff really keeps this store organized and stocked (some of the other locations are really disheveled). You most of the time can find what you need....and you always leave buying more items then you planned on!!)

One cashier; line to the back of the store

This is still a true Dollar store-- everything just for a dollar, and some items are amazing values while others still good values.Limited brand name selections and the pricing limits the merchandise selections to less costly products.This location is pretty much similar to the others in the chain.

Lots of great items like balloons. Be sure to go with a helper so you can get your items to the car since the shopping carts has poles that wont make it through the door. If no helper, swipe a cart from Kmart (grey) or Staples (red). 🤫Update: The poles have been removed from the shopping carts so it is easy to get your items your vehicle. Please be nice and at least leave the cart outside door (especially after 6pm) so the staff and late shoppers can find them.

Lines are always never enough cashiers

Convenient place to shop. Just very long lines. They need more staffing. Giving 4 stars on customer service because even tho it was extremely busy they were very well organized and tried their best to move the lines.

Great variety of products. Foods and products are stocked timely and friendly cahiers.More shopping carts needed to betteraccommodate this high volume store location. Usually a pleasant shopping experience!

The worst they only had one line open and then had the nerve to count the draw didnt tell anyone so she can clock out and a new cashier takes over.. What they should of done was open up another register while the draw was being counted its always long lines and one cashier smh 🤦 its very bad service

The lines tend to be long due to them having one register open at times and you have to check the expiration on some things you buy. Other wise its a decent dollar store and has things I like to buy. I check for new books almost every two weeks and they do sell name brand candy. Some of the food is also good.

Horrible, just horrible....I know many people who have applied to this location and yet they have been turned down. The funny thing about all of this is the long lines that still exist in the establishment and yet they turn people away when they know they need the help. I mean seriously how can you have one cashier, not even two, but one and expect things to go smoothly, I’m highly dissatisfied and disgusted with this and something needs to be done.

I was in the store last Thursday and was checking out with my items and the cashier told me that the hand sanitizer was not for sale... Horrible. Christmastime and people jacked up the place. Two registers open with a lot of people and two managers just looking at the line and not doing a thing about it.

This store is an absolute mess. There are always unpacked boxes everywhere, unstocked shelves, and very long lines with no manager in site to help the cashiers when there is a void or return. I ordered something online and had it shipped to the store, got an email confirmation saying it was in went there waited 30 minutes for them to tell me the truck did not come yet and would not be there until 3 days later. I went back 4 days later looking for my items, the cashiers were very nice in trying to locate my items for 30 minutes. Still did not find the boxes told me to call the next morning to speak to the manager. Called the next morning was told to call back around 11 the manager was not in. Finally called corporate waited on hold for 15 minutes while they contacted the store, they contacted the store no idea what happened to my order but corporate offered to cancel my order submit a new one and have it delivered to a different store. I said no that is not acceptable for me to go out of my way to a different town they should ship it directly to my house. I was told they would ask their manager and get back to me, that was 4 hours ago

The shelves are never fully stocked. The checkout lines are always long, mainly because they only have two cashiers working. No one ever answers the phone. 2 stars for parking and somewhat decent customer service.

Who is the manager here? Is anyone checking inventory? This dollar tree goes for months with empty shelves and if the items arent on the shelves there on the floor. Also expect to wait in line for a long time since it seems like it only has 2 employees, one at the register and the other not doing inventory.
