On time appointment, email appointment confirmation, very welcoming staff. Very efficient and the audiologist answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was expertly done, from the hearing test to fitting for hearing aid. The hearing specialist was very cordial, responsive and informative. My only disappointment was that the Oticon hearing aid was not on site for me to buy, (It would have had to be ordered). Also, my second choice only came in a beige and near bronze color. I wanted a darker bronze. All in all I am very satisfied.

Dr. Knapp is wonderful. My 15 year old son has been a patient of hers for 10 years now. She is always pleasant and accommodating. Very happy that she is my son’s audiologist!

I think the hearing group were great! I missed me appointment because I thought it was at 10 and it was at 9. But the nurses assistant was very nice to me and she was still able to get me. I was super grateful for that. Then the doctor was super sweet and patient with my son. I would definitely suggest them to anybody!

Doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable of my issues. Unfortunately it took 2 phone calls to have my results faxed to my ent when they told me that results would be faxed that day.

Only a couple of visits so far, but the doctors seem very competent and knowledgeable, and very good communicators, inspiring trust.

Brought my dad here for an appointment, he was seen at his appointment time, staff was pleasant & professional. They practiced social distancing and office was nice & clean. Doctor of Audiology explained every detail clearly for my dad to understand.

Always enjoy seeing Dr. Hershon each year (and sometimes in between)! Shes personable and knowledgable, and I have complete confidence in her care. Hard to not hear perfectly as I get older, but it helps to know I have a doctor who I trust implicitly!

Debra is so knowledgeable and experienced and it is evident that she takes pride in her patients care. Im so grateful she was referred to me!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Despite the fact that I am almost deaf, Dr. Knapp made the entire experience (testing, diagnosis, new hearing aids, etc) stress-free, therapeutic and even pleasurable. She is a caring, knowledgeable and extremely competent expert in her field--- taking time to explain test results, discuss options best for me, and to ensure that the recommended option worked best for me. I actually had to return the first pair-- I had wanted tele-coil, yet they were not comfortable or good for me ( because of extreme ear sensitivity)... and the slightly larger size did impact my comfort level, since I wear my aids about 18 hours a day. She was so willing to let me wear her demo aids (the ones she would order) for a few weeks to make sure I was completely satisfied from every aspect. She was more than willing to go the extra mile to return my originals and order me new ones, which I now have and love!. I could not be happier--- I can hear remarkably better and dont even feel my hearing aids. Dr, Knapps entire office is professional, friendly and so responsive. She herself is a gold standard in her profession... and I am so thankful I found her. My sincere thanks to all at The Hearing Group!

I started taking my daughter to The Hearing Group from the time she was 2.5 years old, and I take her regularly for the last 3 years. Dr. Knapp is so knowledgeable, thorough, patient and kind. My daughter absolutely loves going there, and she does not want to leave! If anybody has any concerns or issues with hearing and is looking for an amazing audiologist, this is the place to go. P.S. – this practice welcomes all ages, most patients are much older than my daughter.

What :) The entire staff if friendly, professional and flexible. After initial testing, when needed, they make the necessary adjustments, also needed as we fade into our glorious senior years.They only make minimal fun of me when my dog eats my hearing aids and they are excellent at negotiating with insurance companies. I do not recommend losing hearing but when, yes when, you do, definitely go to the hearing group.

Dr. Hershon is wonderful. She was thorough, knowledgeable and helped me with my hearing concerns. My diagnosis was borderline in terms of needing hearing aids. She spent time fitting me with demo aids though ultimately we agreed the improvement did not warrant the expense. Maybe next year. I want the cool red ones with iPhone connections.

How the hell you going tell me i have permant hearing loss and then call me back and say lets look at hearing aids then you do a repeat hearing test and say I dont need them I dont trust your discision at all I know I cant hear that well.
