Angel, the repairman, was terrific. He troubleshot the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained what he was wrong and how he resolved it. However, the organization wasnt terrific. First of all, they changed the appointment 3 times. Second, and more importantly, there was NO option to pay directly through their website. There was NO OPTION other than to give my credit card over the phone to a person. While the customer service person was pleasant, there was nothing to be done.

Needed service on a dishwasher bought from Lowes and had to use this company for the repairs.The technician that came out was pleasant and was able to diagnose the problem as a bad control board. The part was ordered Monday and was repaired on Friday the same week.The dishwasher is fixed and functional again, but the installation was poorly done.The first noticeable issue was the dishwasher was not installed flush under the counter top, the left side was hanging out about a half an inch.The original counter mounting screws were removed during the initial visit and not put back in leaving the unit loose until he returned. Apparently the tech lost them and then replaced them with the wrong type that had a larger head and ended up slightly scratching the control panel on opening.The last issue was the sound barrier behind the kick plate wasnt in place and the electrical junction box was left unsecured and open leaving the wiring exposed.Not impressed with the service overall, but at the very least the dishwasher does work again.If service needs done in the future I would hope Lowes gives me the option of using a different repair company.
I was pleased with my experience and would highly recommend. They showed up on time, the time windows are reasonable and the whole experience was very professional. The latch needed replaced on the washing machine, the sensor was inconsistent so the lid would not lock all the time. Fortunately, it was under a warranty from Lowe’s and this was the company that they recommended. Wouldn’t change a thing.

I have had a nightmare of an experience with this company; my washer stopped working around 2 months ago and this company is who Frigidaire decided to put me with for my warranty work on the washer to get it working again.Our repairman, Joe, came out and over the course of nearly a MONTH Joe replaced one part at a time to our washer, wasting our time and putting money in his pocket on the companys time. During this month he even delayed a repair advising he has been in an accident, which is understandable.What isnt understandable is after the 3 random part repair and delays I am finally told he is coming out for a final inspection to confirm the washer isnt working for Frigidaire to move forward with the full unit replacement.... that was 3 weeks ago.I got a call last week advising Joe had somehow been in another accident and on top of that had lied to the repair company advising he had been out for an inspection without ever even coming to my residence.I get another call today WHEN TOMORROW WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE FINAL INSPECTION AGAIN and am told I have to wait YET ANOTHER WEEK for a NEW repairman to come out with MORE FREAKING PARTS. Over the course of this my washer has gone from not completing a spin cycle (our initial problem) to just FLAT OUT NOT WORKING AT ALL.In my entire adult life I have never seen a company so vastly unorganized and unprofessional. 0/10, I wish Frigidaire would have never sent me their way. There is literally nothing I can do about this as its warranty work but here I am 2 months without a working washer due to a trash repairman and the trash company he works for.

Had our fridge ice maker stop working just before warranty was up. The appliance repair man came out to check out our unit. He did not have the ice maker in his truck, but ordered a new one. Although it was backordered for weeks, that was no fault on his part. He was prompt and when it came in he came and put in new one,,,, Marco was a super person, polite, and business like, and over all super . Thank you for using such a super person.

Joe Johnson, my technician, was extremely responsive and professional. When I turned to BSA, I had already had another appliance technician try to fix my refrigerator and it lasted about a week. Joe was instinctive about the problem and got it fixed. Many thanks to Joe and BSA, who were also very quick at getting my new part to me expeditiously.

This “company” has been contracted to repair my dryer through Best Buy’s service plan, however they emailed me today stating they could not get ahold of me at my phone number ( 0 calls from them today) I have tried calling them back multiple times from different phones with nothing but an empty line or a call failed each time. Very unprofessional and not thrilled about them touching my appliances if they do happen to show up.

Super easy to schedule, professional, flexible scheduling, prompt service. Wish I had known about this contractor with my warranty company initially. Had such a horrible experience with a previous repair company. They give you a print out of your service repair with a web link to track the update. The technician text you prior to arriving and they have the most convenient times with no huge time frames. We had a time frame from 4pm- 6pm. Very realistic!
The repair technician, David was extremely professional and demonstrated technical competence by informing of the scope of work prior to the repairs. Additionally, upon completing the repairs, David showed me the old parts that were replaced and tested the dryer function prior to closing the job order. Lastly, the administrative staff kept me informed timely of schedule changes and other updates. Great job by all!

Our appliances and extended service plan were purchased through Lowes. When our ice maker failed, I called Lowes service plan number for support. (Lowes system did not accommodate online scheduling.) I was contacted by a Best Servicers representative within 24 hours and a service call was scheduled promptly.Their initial visit assessed the problem in order to procure the appropriate parts. The service technician returned two days later to make the needed repairs. He was very knowledgeable and completed the work in one hour. Replacing the ice maker in our Whirlpool refrigerator was much more complex than I anticipated. Im quite handy and have have done similar repairs on our old appliances after consulting YouTube videos. I was very glad that I did not attempt this particular repair!Best Services was very responsive. Their service technician was well trained and very knowledgeable. The scheduler and service tech were both very professional. Despite English being the service techs second language, and my very limited Spanish, we were able to communicate effectively. This was the easiest warranty service I have ever had. They called immediately when I submitted the claim. They asked questions about the situation and then said they would order appropriate parts and send to their technician. This eliminated having the technician show up and not have what was needed to fix the problem.The appointment was scheduled and Mike arrived exactly at the scheduled time. This company was contracted to come work on my A/C system through my home warranty. They made me wait 2.5 weeks to have a tech come to the house. Tech shows up, is here for 3 minutes and tells me that the A/C needs more freon. He then tells me that he is not an HVAC tech and cant fix it (nor can the company). Why did they waste our time? If you arent an HVAC company, dont pretend to be one. Absolutely ridiculous.

So the technician from Best Services of America was very polite, very professional, he called about 15 minutes before he arrived. He answered all my questions regarding my ice maker that stopped working a week ago, but started working again. If the ice maker stops working again, we will probably have it replaced. Seems like a very good company.
LG refrigerator warranty repair. The compressor was not working optimally. My experience with LG and BSA were outstanding. One week to schedule the visit to repair. My refrigerator was still working, so take that into consideration. The repair tech was kind, clean, and thorough. He held to all current CDC covid 19 guidelines. I am very pleased with my service.

This company was contracted through Lowe’s to perform an extended warranty repair. After scheduling with Lowe’s the company calls me and says they don’t work on the day Lowe’s scheduled so we re-set. The service person comes out and he is great, diagnosis the issue after looking at the machine. He orders parts and a few days later the company calls to schedule the repair. The day before they come they call and tell me I have to move the washer into our garage for them to do the repair. We can’t move the washer ourselves so we are out of luck. We have more than ample room in our house for the repair and it should not require us to remove a major appliance down a stair and then move it back into our house. There is simply no excuse, our home is immaculately clean, extremely spacious and it is pure garbage that a service company wants us to move a major appliance out of the house for them to service it. Request another company, don’t deal with this one. Clearly they are not capable of doing the work if they require major appliances to be outside for them to work on them.
All the tech did was replace the refrigerator door. None of the brackets were changed out. I had to put a piece of plastic on the bracket to hold the old door in place. The plastic is still there and David was supposed to come back and change it out. He hasnt done this and is not responding to text.

Best Servicers provided warranty support for my new Electrolux Dryer. (Getting warranty work scheduled through Frigidare/Electrolux was a labyrinth of frustration!) The technician, Luis Rivera, diagnosed the problem immediately and ordered the needed motor replacement. On both occasion, the window for the service was 1.5 hours instead of some four hour or more window; both times Luis was there near the beginning of the window; and he was friendly and professional. I would certainly call them again if I need any major appliance repair.

I have owned an LG TV for sometime now. I was having an issue with Internet connecting. Best Services were dispatched in just less than 2 days. The tech called to be sure I was available and let me choose the time. He was here the next day. My failure was rare and he called LG and the parts and tech returned in several days after calling to schedule with me. Mike the tech was so extremely efficient. He was in and removed the TV, opened it up and replaced the component and to my surprise a main circuit board as he said it would upgrade the TV. I also own LGs deluxe washer/dryer and they have worked perfect. However if I ever need appliance service I will call Best Services. Truly an amazing fast and efficient transaction. Ken

They change appointment times at the last minute. They offer service windows that immediately disappear after confirmation. Do not trust the times they provide you. Best Buy should shift the extended warranty service to a different provider that at least attempts to provide the service as promised. I have used them twice and have had the same issues each time.The scheduling issue is some disconnect between Best Buy and the servicer. After the initial frustration, everything ran smoothly. I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3 because it better reflects the overall experience.

We had to have service regarding our refrigerator through Lowes corporation.We live in Tallahassee, Florida and a repair man came to our home on three separate occasions.He did not repair it but instead forced what he said was knock off parts/ fan, etc in the freezer.After he left, the cover that protects the fan in the freezer fell off!! Needless to say, it doesnt work.Lowes and this repair service company have proven to be unreliable and UNPROFESSIONAL.
Was scheduled last week, and deposit paid, to be at my home today from 8am - 12pm. I took off of work to be here and at 11am they called to say they cannot come here and I need to find someone else to come fix my AC unit. Really unprofessional and now I must sit without AC in Florida.

My ice machine in my refrigerator was not working properly. I called Samsung and they used a 3rd part company Best Servicers. They did an absolutely amazing job. From the prompt shipment of parts to the professional and knowledgeable technician (ask for Randolph Cunningham, this man was amazing). Working with Best Servicers was very refreshing!

Best Servicers was sent out by my warranty company to make a repair on my fridge. They were constantly providing updates, were punctual on their initial visit and on the final visit to install the replacement parts. Highly recommended. Our refrigerator leak was repaired by another appliance repair company but the leak returned. Luis from BSA came out and immediately figured out the actual cause of our leak. We now have a working leak-free refrigerator once again.

This was by far the best appliance repair I have ever experienced! Best Services of American sent technician Sam who diagnosed the problem. A replacement part was then installed. Sam arrived on time and took care of installing the part. He kept the work area neat and clean and did not leave any debris behind. He arrived at our front door with a face mask which is very important right now. I appreciated the care he took. I would give an ever higher star rating if I could. I think the organization and communication with the company is great. You can check the progress of your claim on line. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I dont however care for the manner in which a claim is closed immediately after a visit with the technician without confirming the appliance is fixed. This caused me problems having to file another claim under warranty through Lowes. The consumer should not have to be put through additional aggravation of follow up to assure the work is done and repairs are complete. This company policy is terrible and should be changed
