My neighbor called Safelite Autoglass and secured an early appointment. 730am. His drivers window was broken, shattering into pieces. The service person was polite and seemed to do a good job....I was not pleased as to the fact he used my driveway as a public fare....I expected if the vehicle is part of a professional fleet, the drivers should act accordingly....my driveway is NOT public road.....and I dont appreciate that i should need to clean it after him. This little grievance should not have occurred and can be quickly remedied by assuring the fleet drivers act like professionals and respect others property.

Made an appointment online to the shop (not mobile appointment ). Showed up, car was taken in within 5 minutes. They told me 1.5-2 hours. The process took 1.5 hours. Pretty straight forward. I was super stoked. If I had to nitpick I would say the front customer service in the lobby could be more personable and better explanation on how the process starts. They literally take your keys,tell you somebody will be with you, and you can sit in the lobby (and not rudely, but straight to the point). I saw a people a little taken back by it. I was a little bit too. But these guys are non stop. People are constantly coming in. I can tell why maybe it has become this way. It may be a routine to the workers, I don’t think it is to the customers. Maybe just a nicer approach and explanation on the initial walk up. And I am not saying any worker was trying to be rude, mean, or didn’t care. They were all super nice. So besides that small little nitpick my service was super awesome. I can actually say it was seamless, fast, and perfect!

I would recommend staying away if at all possible. 2 weeks of waiting 3 cancellations, 2 being extremely last minute cancellations (last minute like I’m pulling in)! Very poor communication. l made my appointment 2 weeks ago. They call a few days later said they can’t get the glass til the following week, ok no problem we reschedule. They my appointment comes, I’m driving in, they call and say they don’t know why but my glass didn’t show up. Drive 20 minutes with a 2 ft crack on my windshield only to have turn around. Then they move it 2 days, schedule me for 7:30 (they don’t open til 8) find out at 8 after driving out there again, glass didn’t show up. They blame the warehouse, tell me there’s nothing they can do, no one they can contact, tell me they will call me back once they get in touch with the warehouse. No returned phone calls….I called another company, smaller company, they got the glass, picked it up and had it installed the same day. The SAME glass that would have been installed by Safelite (insurance company verified that) if possible I recommend you call around first.

Changed appointment 2 times then I showed at date and time they agreed to, waited 20 mins to find out the new windshield they received was damaged and couldnt be used? Didnt check untill I showed up after taking the day off, still dont know when they might get a new windshield they say its backordered could take months?

We had the windshield replaced. The first time the tech came to my workplace, but cracked the windshield before installation. The appointment was rescheduled with no big deal, accidents happen. It was rescheduled for the next day. The tech came to my house to complete the install. I guess the glass broke. Once he left I went out and looked at the inside of the vehicle and found shards of glass everywhere. I posted a few examples.

Would of have 5 stars but they don’t return calls. I had to physically drive their and show them an issue I had, however they took care of it but scratched the brand new tint I install 2 days before. When I spoke to them about it they said sorry… that was it, smh!

After changing from poor communicating Gator Auto Glass which Allstate pushed me to, I booked with you and had a perfect store windshield replacement. I dropped Allstate yesterday.

The driver side window does not work all the time. I checked for repair places and saw Safelite does these repairs. Richie had the technician check my vehicle. Seems it works. Gave a price if I need to return and will gladly recommend this place to everyone. Very nice staff. Thanks very much.😷

Although our initial contact with a Palm Beach contractor was less than acceptable, our experience with the tech from Winter Garden was great. He called ahead to notify us he was coming and arrived when he said he would. He was polite, professional, and did an excellent job. We will definitely recommend you to anyone in need of your services.

It took 2 business days to file claim with my insurance, be approved and have a technician drive out to me to have window replaced. The entire process was hassle free and smooth. Dan (tech) was friendly, professional and explained his way thru the entire process. A+ for service!! I definitely recommend and will continue to use their services!

They were so nice and helpful. Ihave a new truck so they had to order the glass but they still took me in and cleaned up all the glass and put a protective weather tight plastic on the window.... Would recommend this place to anyone looking for any type of glass work. Thanks to everyone there.

Fast and painless. I made the appointment through my insurance so when I walked in I didnt have to give any info or fill out any paperwork. They had it replaced in about an hour and a half and they even washed my windows too.

Worst experience ever!So... I booked an appointment, came in the next day and was told the crack was repairable. Optimisticly, I began thinking about giving the Tech a tip. 15 minutes later I walked out to my car and saw a crack larger than before. I went to the counter and was told to pay for practically more damage to my windshield than before. There should be a law against horrible and unprofessional work. I am going to report you guys to everyone I possibly can. This WILL NOT END!

Would not recommend. They had to do my windshield 3 times. 1st time it wasnt the right one, aftermarket that didnt fit right. Then ordered me ford glass and it was put in sloppily not at all even. The 3rd time was the best time and its still not perfect. All 3 times my windshield wipers were put back on incorrectly and had to have them fix that each time as well. I just wanted my car to look like it did before they got to it but that wasnt the case.

On two separate occasions they changed my appointment without even notifying them after driving 30 minutes to get there each time the people the office saying their parts department changed the appointment. On top of that customer service was poor they didn’t care that I wasted my time and gas driving there.

They did the work, sure, but the quality was poor. Im still finding broken window chunks in my car almost a year later after the job was completed. Safelite AutoGlass are absolute low-ballers with their workmanship. Theres actually chunks of glass inside the door that scrape against the windows every time I raise or lower them!!! Ridiculous.

Excellent experience. Easy online booking. We submitted a claim through our insurance (Geico) website; they approved it immediately and I was able to book appointment on a link to Safelite provided on Geicos website. The two technicians arrived at our home on time, were very professional, and they did a fantastic job on the windshield replacement. And the best part, it was completely free! I had no idea that you can get your windshield replaced for free (through car insurance) in Florida until I saw a comment on a Facebook group. Yay!

Worst, least professional company ever. Do not use them. Use anyone else. Made my first apt over a month ago. Had me schedule 5 different times and never showed. Finally told me they were coming I asked to confirm it was the OEM glass, which I specified from the beginning. They said it’s not and will have to be rescheduled again. Finally the manager calls me and tells me it will be handled. Never heard from him again. It’s been over 2 weeks again. Nothing! Do not use them!

I had my windshield replaced right in my driveway. Appointment was easily made online. Everything was handled efficiently by text and/email. They even send you a photo of the technician that will come to you so there are no surprises. I highly recommend. Nice people!

Unprofessional, I made an appointment a week and a half in advance, I expected them to come from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, when the day of the appointment arrived, they called me at 10:00 am to tell me to reschedule the appointment, because They didn’t have the windshield for my vehicle, as long as I stopped making plans for the Labor Day long weekend, they didnt put me at least a day before !!

Had their tech come out to replace our windshield. Tech did not properly place windshield and did not set it right or something because now the windshield rattles. Left a couple stains on the drivers seat... one came out and left the hood unlatched. Spoke with a representative and they were not helpful. Honesty if I could give 0 stars I would. Needed the windshield of a truck replaced. Left the truck parked with the spare keys on the dash, for a touchless appointment. The tech took care of everything without any issues. He even took the neighborhood stickers off and moved them to the new windshield for us. Highly recommend!

2 Stars because my windshield was replaced within 24 hours but the low star count is because there was paint damage around where the glass bumped against the edge during removal and installation. See before and after pictures.

The first appointment I had with them, they no called no showed - no discount was offered even though I was left without a car for another 5 days and had to Uber everywhere. Very disappointed.However, when they did show up to the second appointment, they were on time, done quickly and cleaned up the majority of the glass that had fallen into my car.

I really like these guys! Super nice excellent work after I had a bad experience with another auto glass shop that was a local shady one, I went to see flight! Thank God I did these guys are real professionals you should make sure that you ask if your auto glass technician is certified or not. Safelite are! About a3 hr wait with a reservation. They gotta do the job right the first time so be patient.Windshield was so fresh and clean afterwards, it was almost like I had a brand new truck.Also, there is a kfc nearby if hungry but inside they have a coffee machine and tv to keep preoccupied.Bring a book or hw or a phone w. Charger.

I noticed a chip and a start of a crack in my windshield. I must have been hit by a rock. I called my State Farm insurance agent and they said that Safelite auto-glass will repair or replace the windshield. Sure enough I made an appointment and they came and before I knew it. They replaced the windshield they were completely professional and polite and they cleaned the car I would recommend them to anyone who needs a windshield replacement

**BEWARE** I would highly recommend you find a different shop! Safelite installed my windshield incorrectly, not only was it crooked and I politely asked the representative if we can adjust it, I was told there’s nothing I can do my insurance company already paid for it and they already completed the work order. So then after leaving the shop I heard wind coming through the glass as if it was not sealed properly. I pulled my car over to the side of the road and inspected the job that I just had completed at safelite to reveal that their technician Jalil (who first tried giving me a false name when I asked) couldn’t even properly align my windshield when installing it, the plastic trim (cowl) had been broken in the process at which point he Applied a black glue to my windshield in attempt to cover up his mistake. The black glue also got onto my cars paint! In addition to having to purchase the new trim piece that he broke I am also left with two deep scratches that are on the top of my roof right next to where the window was placed. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! If you have this shop in mind, please message me and I would be happy to provide you with photos of the damage by safelite.They do not stand behind their warranty and refused to correct their mistake.

You make an appointment with super-professional people on the phone, you set a convenient time/weekday, you bring them your car OR... they come to you. The front desk lady has no idea about costumer service. Friday I was told that I could bring my car in Saturday, whenever I wanted before the appointment (appointment was scheduled for 3:30) I came Saturday to drop off my car and the lady was infuriated because I was dropping it off before the scheduled appointment, my husband was waiting for me outside and heard how she was complaining (in a very rude manner) to the others employees because I got there too early before the appointment. On the other hand, the guys who was doing the replacement was super nice!!

Quick, very competitive, hassle free! had a chip on my windshield, used the mobile app and a couple of hours later my car looked like it did before i found myself driving behind a dump truck on 95. The guys came right to my office and it was done in no time at all, surprising results, i thought i would need a new windshield, but it was repaired instead with no noticeable blemished!5 stars guys!

Horrible experience with this Safelite location. Was booked with them through my insurance company for windshield replacement. Rescheduled appointment for the following Saturday (1 week later) due to my work schedule as I was told that I had to physically bring my car into this location for it to be recalibrated. Showed up to my appointment (and so did my ride home) to be told I had to wait 5mins so they could check to make sure they had the right windshield. 15mins later after waiting at their location was told they did not have it and would have to order the part. This is after the appointment was booked 1 week in advance including my make and model. Was told it would take a week to get the part and they would not schedule me until they had the part. Highly would not recommend. Luckily spoke to my local Toyota dealership who recommended Velez Autoglass. I called them yesterday and they ordered the right windshield and are here fixing it today. Would highly recommend Velez Auto glass as opposed to Safelite.

A seasoned technician Erwin was sent. Progressive insurance covered this claim under our comp. A five hour ETA is a half a day, as we only had to wait 3 & 1/2 hours, there must be another way to set a tighter ETA...? Anyway, Keep up the good work.. Regards A.

When we brought our CR-V with an appointment we were greeted promptly only thing I need to check on if the right shade of tinted glass was installed original was a 50 and the windshield that was installed is a 9 I need to call

I had a fantastic experience with Safelite. I requested two quotes from them: one online and one via phone for a non-insurance claim windshield replacement. Both quotes came to the same estimated total. I went ahead and made an appointment. When I went into the shop, I was greeted with friendly service agents who immediately took my car and went over the details with me. When finished, they gave me a quote lower than my estimate, which was amazing to hear. Before replacing the glass, they tested the sensors and informed me that one of my rain sensors was not working, which I confirmed to be true before they did any work.The replacement was complete in under 2 hours.I would absolutely recommend this shop based on their accuracy in information, thorough work, and excellent customer service. It’s now going on almost 2 months of trying to have my windshield replaced on my car. Safelite had three appointments set to come to my home to correct the issue of the cracked windshield, two times the tech came and said he didn’t have the correct windshield, the third appointment was a straight no-show. My fourth attempt was going to their facility in West Palm Beach and I was told that they did not have the correct windshield again.All of this was after they copied my VIN number down and verified with Lexus directly. They said they would call me back and it’s now been one week and still no reply.I’m honestly not sure how this company has such good ratings because replacing my windshield has become a huge debacle. It really should not be this hard and quite frankly it feels very amateur-ish.Good luck with this company.

I had set a window appointment 7:30-10 is when I was supposed to drop off my car at their office. Upon arrival at their location around 8:30 I was immediately greeted by Juan. Juan was able to start working on my car immediately and I was gone in an hour tops. Very nice guy if my windshield ever is damaged again I’ll be requesting Juan !

Scheduling online was easy. Greeted by reception and then promptly thereafter by the technician. Everything explained thoroughly. Had my drivers side front window replaced within the estimated time I was given. Service was thorough, complete and affordable.

Less than zero. Came on Monday for 3.5 hour and didn’t have the right windshield, it was missing a piece of metal that covers the bottom of the glass. The installer put it in anyway promising to come back on Thursday with the correct one. Wednesday I get an email saying install is scheduled for Thursday between 8-12. Thursday comes and they no show/no call/no text message. I call them and get redirected three times, each time having to explain the situation over and over again. This WBP location tells me “oh, the glass didn’t come in”. No explanation beyond that. I wasted 4.5 hours of my day today and missed work on Monday and Thursday and STILL DON’T HAVE THE RIGHT WINDSHIELD INSTALLED!!!Rep says a manager will call me right away. Of course, no call.Unprofessional. SafeLite, take a close look at this location. Their customer service is pathetic.

I recently had a rock hit my windshield and it caused a large crack. The technician, Joshua, was able to come to my office and get the windshield replaced quickly. He did a great job and made the replacement quick and painless.He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will always call Safelite for all of my glass repairs!

Very unprofessional. Came out on 12/14/19 to my home with the wrong windshield. They set me an appointment for Monday 12/16/19 at 7:30 in the morning to their West Palm Beach location. I live in Boca Raton. I came to the appointment and my glass again is not in the store. They never called to let me know the windshield was not here.
