They do excellent work all sorts of repairs now only brakes and front end but General Repair I use them a lot on my 56 Mercury most people wont work on call that old their prices are quite reasonable I do suggest you call before you go as he is a busy shop they also have a shuttle service to take you home if you have to leave it or you can wait for your repair if its minor I do highly recommend it to all my friends in the car clubs to have work done a great place give them a try I do recommend them see Brian hes the owner

Brian’s been helping me out ever since I got my car. Always one call away and can book me whenever I need it! Excellent at everything and never lets me down. Helped me with my Exhuast, breaks, headlight/taillight wiring, power steering ect. Awesome staff and knows there cars. Even helped my dad with his SS Chevell!

Just an update, this scumbag STILL is lying, and dragging his feet paying me back over two years ago for a repair he never did after STEALING my money and my car. Ive been told every and any excuse in the book and yet this piece of trash is still allowed to rip other people off and drive his 20k+ Mustang around to car shows when this bum cant even pay me back the 6k he has left to repay me. I had to sit in the parking lot while my friend was lied to about his car being fixed. It has been over 6 months and Ive heard every excuse from chipped fingernails to legit acts of God. Go across the street to Napleton Hyundai and get real service.

I was in a car accident Jan 2nd 2017, and immediately wanted my car brought here for repairs due to two years of nothing but positive experiences. I was told my car would take three, maybe four weeks to repair. Geico issued a check for the repair, which was signed over to Brian shop owner.) I was told that he submitted a request for a supplemental check as well. For three weeks, I drove by and saw no work had been done to my car, and that explanation why, was because he was waiting for the supplemental check. Im pretty sure with over $11k, he could have started my car. Eventually, I had to get involved, and got Geico to send out the second check. So for the first month, the excuse was that he needed more money to start my car. Due to a month passing, I exceeded my rental coverage with Geico, so Brian offered to pay for my rental until my car was complete, very nice of him. The second months excuse, was that one of the mechanics is a crack addict, and broke into the shop. Not sure what that has to do with fixing my car but hey, the windows were smashed. The third months excuse, was that the owners father died. Im not going to ask an adult, to prove their parent died. Either it happened, or if you lie about something like that, or you are sociopath. Keep in mind, the entire time, Brian was paying for my rental. Well...sort of. If a rental payment was due on a Friday, and was $500, Brian would give me $300, on Thursday, and tell me to come back Monday for the rest of the $200, at which point hed have less. Eventually, the car was moved to his brothers shop in Boyton, where some frame damage could be fixed, and real progress would begin. Should be two weeks and your car will be done. Well...two turned to four...turned to six, all the while Im not sure where my car is. Eventually, I demanded to know where my car was, so that I can see it. He refused. I had to get the sheriffs department involved, and they threatened to arrest him on stealing my car, if he didnt tell us where my car was. It was not in Boyton, it was not at his brothers shop, and no work had been done to it. It was brought to a third party shop, where it sat for 8 weeks, waiting for Brian to send over the parts to fix the car. After being caught red handed, Brian agreed to pay me back for what I/Geico gave him to fix my car. That was a month ago. Ive been given every and any excuse as to why my car isnt fixed, why he cant come up with the money. This man/this shop is a sociopath, a liar, a thief, and a crook. I have open criminal and civil cases against him and this shop, as well as open investigations with the Florida Dept of Insurance Bureau of Investigations (Fraud Division), Dept of Consumer Affairs, Florida Auto Body Regulations Agency, Better Business Bureau, and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services into this shop. Hes lied, hes stolen money, stolen my car (bringing it to a place I dont know, and refusing to tell me where it is, or give it back, IS stealing) and wasted time. Its been over six months. I am owed $13,011.39 from the Geico payment, and almost three additional thousand dollar at this point in rental car fees. This review will not be coming down, until this is rectified. Do not bring your business to this shop.

Honestly Im surprised to see the recent flood of negative feedback, Palm Beach Brake is the only place I go to for my Oil changes and maintenance, I have not once had an issue with their service, their integrity nor their professionalism. I will always recommend Palm Beach Brake and Auto Center.
