Full price bad service badrepair had vehicle 3 days . Hes too busy to spend quality time. Received rushjob was charged for quality jobHe did say he would fix again. Couldnt risk it because of amount of down time.

I have used Trail Auto Electric many times since. The staff is friendly and helpful. More importantly, these guys know their stuff. I was referred to Trail Auto Electric by my previous mechanic. George is a nice guy, but my experience was pretty bad. I had to source and supply parts when I was told they werent available (they were, on eBay). After two weeks, I was told the vehicle was repaired, and arrived to pick it up only to discover that many of things I asked to be fixed were still broken! George replied with, I didnt think you wanted to spend $1,000 taking apart a crumbly old dashboard, after Id told him when I brought the vehicle in that I was willing to spend up to $5,000 to get the vehicle in top shape. Ridiculous!George than asked me to drive the vehicle to see if I could live with it as is, which I refused after checking the AC to find it was still blowing warm, and I couldnt direct the air flow to the windshield or foot area. I asked George to repair the vehicle this time and left it there.I was told two days later that I needed more parts that he couldnt source! Again, I found one of these impossible parts on eBay with a simple search, and got my mechanic back home in Connecticut to source the remaining part. My mechanic called George about the vehicle on a Friday and was told to call back on Monday because George thought he could partially fix one issue with parts he had. My mechanic called back on Tuesday, and George told him that he couldnt fix the vehicle at all!So, I wasted approximately 3 weeks with George, paid $515 in labor, plus $275 in parts that I had to source and buy myself, and ended up with a vehicle with most of the problems I asked to be fixed, not repaired, and extra parts I have no use for.After leaving Trail Auto Electric, I took the vehicle to a competitor and was told that everything George told me was likely wrong, and theyd have it ready for me in two days (who knows if thats accurate or not, but thats what I was told).So, while a nice guy, the service I received, the lengthy delays, and the overall terrible experience of having to source my own parts over and over, means that I wouldnt recommend this business for any serious repairs.

When I called I was able to talk with George himself and he was so patient explaining the details of my cars problem. I really like my car so it meant a lot to me that he was honest and considerate. I feel that Trail Auto Electric is a great asset to West Palm Beach and recommend them highly!

He explained everything in detail before he began, after he assessed the vehicles and after the job was done. No surprises. He quoted me a price to repair my son’s car. When I went to pick it up, he charged me less because he didn’t have to use as many parts. He could have easily charged me the price that he quoted me and he didn’t. He brought my car back to life after a squirrel chewed through my engine wires. He called when he said he would, the cars were both ready when promised and we haven’t had any problems with them since. Thank you George!

Trail Auto Electric is fantastic and able to diagnose any electrical issue with vehicles. I had a battery issues that caused my car to die if I didnt drive it for a couple of days, so I had been unplugging the battery after both another electrical shop and the Jeep dealership couldnt diagnose the issue. George and Costa found the issue within two hours and got me all fixed up. Job well done by these gentlemen. Took my Jeep Wrangler to Trail Auto Electric earlier this week and could not have had a better experience. George and his team quickly diagnosed and fixed the bad relay switch, they were also able to find and reattach a missing battery cable end and all at a very reasonable price. Trail Auto saved me thousands of dollars and time as I originally had the taken my Wrangler to a local Jeep dealership who suggestions to fix the problem were not only incorrect but extremely expensive. I brought my car in it took 3 months to get it back it went there cause it didnt start they charge me 932 dollars to repair it and drove it out of his shop and my ac compressor plus what other damage he cause while it was in the shop its a 95 buick i was getting it all taken care of but he charged me 125 a hour and mess my. car up its starts now but he ruin my ac very rude would not do bissness with him or his company he a thief and mess my car up he a greedy man it sat 4 three months bad service

Pleasant experience. No one likes taking their car in for repairs, but if you have to, take it here. Theyll find the problem. This is the place dealers send their jobs when its too hard for them to fix. These guys are incredible.

Honest, up front, thorough, calls back and answers the phone, uses oem parts and is cheaper than the dealer. What more can you ask for? George is a hell of a nice guy too.

I took my vehicle there for a diagnosis which they did sufficiently. When I got home I realized that the coin container is my center console was stolen. (had about $10 in it) I immediately called and the manager didnt even acknowledge what had happened. He took the attitude that it was impossible and it was my fault. He wasnt interested whatsoever in learning about the issue or trying to get to the bottom of it. It was incredibly insulting to have something stolen from my vehicle and then have the manager be cavalier about it. NEVER AGAIN!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Had problems with my Cadillac Escalade for the past 3weeks wouldn’t turn on and the gauges would go crazy! Took it to 2 different mechanics and they both recommended me to this place. Literally the same day they found the problem and fixed it the same day.
