Used to love going here! Management and staff knew my order when I walked in and were always quick and on point when making orders for guests. Now, I think the staff has completely changed, as well as the speed of service. I can’t go here in the mornings anymore because it’s taken upwards of 20 minutes for a coffee and bagel. It’s so sad because I love Einstein’s but I can’t enjoy it anymore :(

I used to love the store! Every Monday I would buy bagels for my office, it was in a perfect location and the people were great. Unfortunately, management has changed and so has a staff, they are rude, unprofessional and have no customer service. Because of the changes I have started going to another bagel company who knows what customer service really is.

Ordered a toasted sesame bagel with salmon shmear, a TB hash brown and churro party bagel. What I received was an untoasted half cold/frozen sesame bagel with barely any cream cheese and a half a slice of bacon, an undercooked disgusting hash brown and was told I cannot be given a credit, return or replacement food because it’s delivery. This place is a joke

Above expectations! The staff here were great. I went this morning and placed a big order for my coworkers. I got to work and they forgot my muffins. I called and they had an employee deliver the muffins 20mins away to my job. They came all the way over just for my muffins and they even gave me extra! Great service ill be back!!

Amazing breakfast sandwiches. I just ate the “all nighter” and I had to come to google and let the world know …it’s amazing. Staff is very nice also.

Best bagels in town. Always fresh, and great combos. I love the Asiago cheese bagel with spinach’s and mushrooms on top. Super delicious. I go there all the time. Hands down best bagels in the area. Also the staff is super friendly the service is fast and easy, even the clients are friendly. Everything is perfect.

Terrible Terrible Terrible location I usually go to the einstein bros by my house but I was in the area so I decided to go to this location for my family breakfast. There were egg shell in both our bagel sandwiches I called to speak with the manager about it and they placed me on hold for 15 mins then hung up on me. I called back and was placed on hold for an additional 30mins. At that point I hung up its clear they were doing this on purpose! Terrible customer service and the food is terrible how do you get shells in the sandwiches plus the bagels were low quality and made very poorly. After reviewing their reviews its not surprising this location is terrible and will be going to the location closer to my hosue. Its just sad they would treat their customers this way.

Until today I would stop here all the time. Last week I ordered ahead and they couldnt make my drink so the manager said I can have a free sandwich at my next visit. She kept my receipt so that she had my name. Today I stopped for my free sandwich and the manager said she doesnt have a note so she will not honor my free sandwich. You just lost a regular.

I order a few of the the brunch boxes once a week for my office. Everyone loves it and unlike a lot of other places Ive ordered from in the past, its always ready on time, the order is always correct, and the employees are always friendly.

A perfect spot for circular food and/or beverages. Not a square in sight really, not even the tables or chairs. Very fast and efficient service.

Always quiet and peaceful, I always make a stop there when Im picking up one of my special needs kids. I meet Kortni, an individual with Down Syndrome and bring her to Scentsability so she can hang out with her friends and have a great time for whatever event that theyre participating in. The bagels are always delicious. I normally get an everything bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese. Ive noticed they have an awful lot more to offer. plenty of coffee and morning goodies to be eaten.

When a country boy from nowhere illinois, has to explain my order to the counter girl, or rather some other employee has to explain it to her, theres a problem.

Staff is absolutely horrible. extremely rude and disrespectful. the woman behind the counter could not have been any less friendly. dont take your home life out on customers.

We really enjoy their bagels. Their Monday special is fantastic. Excellent variety. The cheese bagels are our favorite. You have to try them.

Bagels tough, farmhouse bagel was awful, think they put Chipotle vs jalapeño on it.

We went for the new $8 grab & go box. There were no more boxes made and the staff did not offer to make one up, which I would have gladly waited for. Instead we were told we had to pay $4 more for the same amount of bagels & schmear. Aside from this I do love their bagels. The food itself is always great.

This place is addictive! Love there cold coffee and there bagels are the bomb !! I stop here weekly to treat my co-workers and me to fresh big and the best tasting bagel ever !! With the cream cheese spreads and even muffins it’s a win win treat weekly although there coffee is a everyday thing ! You can’t go wrong on this bagel stop

Ordered 6 bagels all same kind. Asked for 1 to get toasted. Manager who took order said they don’t do that because I ordered 6 bagels. Restaurant was not busy at all. Every other Einstein does this without hesitation. Not sure what other rating to experience.

I like this location, this is our go to place now whenever were in WPB. Their strawberry smoothie is light not thick and heavy, I liked it that way. Everyone in my family was happy with their choice of bagel sandwich. Will go again!

Every time I have eaten in or used take out, the service and the food have always been excellent. The Nova Lox are superb, and all the breakfast sandwiches have been really good. I will be back! Jim from Nashville.

Einstein Bros is generally a good bagel joint but this locale on Okeechobee Blvd is lacking in service and in cleanliness. They were rushing me while I was getting my order in even though no one was behind me. Also the place smells like cigarettes. We usually go to the one on military and sun valley and it’s 100 times better. I’m disappointed at this one. I hope they improve as it’s the one closest to my house.

The food is very good. But there is not one time we go there that we get a decent service.. Management makes every effort to hire moody and really rude people. They even argue with you about orders and don’t like to answer any questions. When you ask more that “supposed to”, they don’t hesitate in giving you the bad eye. Also there is a poor old lady that is the one doing all the job, trying to compensate for all the bad service these people provide. I know few people that opted not to go back there because there is no excuse for that bad attitude against the costumers, if you don’t like to work with people, just QUIT and do us all a favor

Friendly and helpful! Food is delicious. Only 1 person wad taking orders so I had to wait behind someone with a large order to pick-up my pre-order.

Look the food is bad, but not horrible. It is as good as the minimum wage ghetto help they hire can manage. Ditto the service, slow and clueless, but not horrible.Be sure to check your order, they genuinely do not know the difference between a blueberry and cinnamon bagel.

Fast, friendly, tasty. Only low mark is for the shirtless old man seated in the main dining area, it seems they have no dress code at all. He was literally the first thing you saw upon entering.

Ive recently went here for the first time ever last week. Ive never ate a bagel before until that day. My first visit, I went and asked for a chocolate chip bagel with nutella and asked them if they could please put slices of strawberries on it. They said they would charge me as a nutty monkey for it and also asked if i wanted nuts. I said no thank you and within 2 minutes i got bagel. It was beyond amazing and the service that day was great. They could tell it was my first time and were willing to make it a pleasant experience and they did!I decided 3 days later to go back before work and buy the same bagel. I asked for the same item and the crew told me that they dont serve that. I explained to them that just a few days ago another crew made it for me and they told me they are not supposed to and will have an employee meeting about this then the manager started bashing some guy on how she doesnt know how he still works there and hes always taking wrong orders. But, they day i ordered my first bagel was an all girl staff that day. I ended up getting a bagel with nutella only and it took 10 minutes, the place was empty, and they kind of tossed it at me. If i dont see any of the girls that helped me on my first visit, i wouldnt bother to go back to this location.

Had come in specifically for Garlic Bagels seeing as they are the only place around that I know of that has them! Much to my dismay they were all out. They said they are always out very early in the AM. Well....that would tell me that they should be making MORE!!!

Good experience almost always. They have Panera beat on the Asiago bagels. Their so good at Einstein and they put the butter and creamcheese ON the bagel while its hot unlike Panera who make you do it yourself. Lots of parking and clean location.

I dont know who is the manager here, but where did they find the staff for Sunday November 6, 2016? I felt like the entire staff was on prison work release. The way the staff behaved was beyond disgusting. The one male employee was pushing his way through me and other customers and yelling and playing with the other staff members and throwing cups at each other while I was standing there waiting to place an order. Preschoolers behave better than this staff. THERE IS A REASON WHY MINIMUM WAGE WILL NOT GO UP AND THIS STAFF IS A PRIME EXAMPLE. This is not how you run an establishment. I saw the General Manager there during the week. The weekday staff is great and I have no problems at all during the week. Have the general manager go in on a Sunday to experience it, maybe just take a surprise visit. The place is a zoo. I take that back because that is an insult to the zoo animals who dont behave this disgustingly. My order was wrong. I know why it was wrong. Its because you have 10 people behind the counter playing. Then when I tell them its wrong, they look and treat me like a jerk because I am interrupting the same play time that caused them to get the order wrong in the first place. I wont be returning to this establishment until the staff is cleaned up and they hire some respectable employees. Im only giving 1 star because they havent released a way to give negative stars. But this place gets -5 stars for what I experienced today.
