The staff was friendly and courteous. My project was due the following morning at 8:30am, I did not place my order until 10:00am the day before, (my procrastination) and the staff assured me that my poster would be completed by 5:00pm the day of my order. How fast and easy it was. I needed a sign that I had ordered the previous year and the team still had the proof saved and we ordered super quick. I wont go anywhere else for signage for my company. Since we began our relationship with the Cotherns and Fast Signs of West Palm Beach, we have received STELLAR customer service! Al and Cindy have a hands-on approach and go above and beyond my expectations - they whip things up for me at the last minute (I am notorious for calling Al with a 11th hour project needs something made the same day... Al does not complain, he makes my signs!), they deliver even when I never asked, and they offer outstanding consulting when I cant figure out what I want ;) I never use any vendor without going out for at least three bids - on anything. The Cotherns and FSWPB have not let me down price-wise the last few years. We have been extremely satisfied with the quality of each sign weve purchased and weve never had a re-do.
