Great customer service(bilingual)they help me to found the perfect cream for my sister...I don’t how but at the end I bought like 2 products more and the manager she is awesome .

So I walked in the store and looked at three of the employees, NOT ONE said Hi welcome to Sallys or anything! They were just chatting away. Almost down the aisle one said oh hi, we have some makeup for $1.50. Rule #1 ALWAYS GREET YOUR CUSTOMER!

A few weeks ago my boyfriend & I went here so I could buy a few things to color my hair, & stock back up on my makeup. When I left I was ready to call corporate, start a huge scene, &/or start making a huge mess for the 2 EXTREMELY snobby, & obviously judgmental employees. I went in excited to buy some stuff, but from the moment I walked in (which was by myself, my bf came in a cpl mins after bc he hates shopping w me lol) the 2 employees LITERALLY followed me around. Step by step. Isle by isle. Like I was going to steal something. & that is no exaggeration either. I had to eventually say something to her about her literally standing over my shoulder as Im trying to shop & enjoy myself... well what I said was not very nice. & I almost threw the stuff I had picked out to BUY on the ground & walked out! But I didnt bc Im an adult, & dont do things like that. Including stealing! So I figured Id just take my sweet sweet time & mess w them every chance I got before I went to PAY FOR EVERYTHING... which REALLY made them feel stupid then. Lmao. These women should be fired. Flat out. Im a white, 26 year old woman... & yet they still were stereotyping. How sad.
