I love my Shears Direct shears!!! This company came highly recommended by my pet grooming instructor. They are of great quality and not to mention are very pretty (mine have the beautiful rosette design on the handles). This company has very good competitive prices and my orders shipped within three days. I also found that if you are left handed as am I, then they are the place to go. I did not find many sites that offered quality left handed shears. You will find that your shears perform well and are just right (not too heavy nor too light). Give them a try and see for yourself how well they assist you and how well you will enjoy them.

The customer service is too notch! I accidentally ordered a pair of beautician shears instead of grooming and I thought like most companies in was out of luck. Nope, they replaced the shears immediately and was told to donate the shears I incorrectly ordered which I am to a beautician!! This review is being posted PRIOR to recieving my tools (and may but probably will not change after receiving them) for two reasons.Reason one : Ordering is simple and fast, as well as very well priced. They have a large selection of items.Reason two : I have never experienced better customer service. Joe called me the day I placed my order to inform me of a website error, and called me the following day when he had not heard back from me. He offered me a solution and was very kind on the phone.10/10 - as long as the shears are in great condition (as I imagine they will be) I will be ordering from ShearsDirect again in the future.Edit: its been a year and my shears are still as sharp as ever! They havent loosened a bit, and theyre great to teach with. 5 stars for sure.

I was so surprised at how quickly I received my items. I was very much appreciative of some of the extra items thrown in with my order. I also think the quality of items exceeded my expectations. Overall I cant be more pleased and I already have some of the girls in my salon wanting to order from them.
