Staff is always helpful and pleasant. Most of the time Im fortunate to get the handicapped cart (my aide goes in to secure it for me). I like the BOGO specials which is helpful on my limited budget. The store is clean and restocking is on going. Thank you so much.🥰😷🫂💙

Its a well laid out Publix. Parking lot is tricky to exit. Its almost impossible to leave and head north.

As usual every employee was pleasant and helpful.. we bought 3 meatball subs and all the meatballs were VERY COLD but I was already home not willing to make the 6 mile trip back! Disappointed but old american ingenuity and common sense won the day by removing all meat heating them up BUT BY THEN THE BREAD WAS SOGGY!! GRRRROh well.. thankful we have food!

I love shopping at Publix they have some nice stuff nice clean place nice pretty clean meat and the place just nice and the workers there is nice as well so I love Publix I used to work there long years ago

Every time I shop there, I am pleased that they have the products that are on sale. Since I must plan my meals around that, it makes it so much easier!

It was my first time shopping there, so I didnt know where to find what I needed. But eventually I found things. My check out experience was quick and friendly.

In the past 6 to 8 months, I’ve had too many bad experiences at Publix. As much as I enjoy shopping there, I feel that to be fair, I have to give 2 stars. Too many instances of expired goods, bad smelling products, rotten produce (good mixed with bad), damaged stuff (flashlight etc). I’m tired of returning stuff. Sometimes by the time I realize I have a bad product, I dont have a receipt anymore or I’m just annoyed and take the loss. My $1500 a month Publix bill is about to become an Aldi’s bill.

I came to this pharmacy for my son’s medicine last week. My doctor had sent the e script over an hour and a half prior and they hadn’t even started. There was an issue and they made me call the doctor to fix it, instead of them doing the legwork. I was not pleased! They didn’t even try to help!

I love coming here the people are very nice and most of the check out lane always open. Its fast and friendly service. They always running buy one get one free. Not too crowded and you can also grab a at meal or buy a lottery ticket, while there bread 🍞 is not my favorite most people say they make good sandwich. I just wish they decrease on the breading on the chicken tenders lol 😀

The associates at this particular Publix are not as courteous when compared to other Publixs in Palm Beach county. There is much room for improvement in the Pharmacy. I picked up my prescription over a week ago, which I did not received a cutesy call to say that it was ready. The attendant at the Pharmacy window said to me with an impolite manner; are you aware of the cost of your precautions?. I was hesitant to answer because I was not informed by any of the associates. Few days later after leaving the store I started receiving phone calls recording stating that my prescription is ready for pick in the amount of $10. I dont have any other outstanding prescriptions neither does any of my family members. Furthermore, my prescription costs over $100.00. The phone calls continues until present 5/14/2021. This also happened the last time I picked up my prescription. The previous Publix I used, would give me a call, voice mail and text messages to inform me that my prescription was ready.I must mention that the bagger was the best.

Good service. All the departments in the store are with fresh stock. Facility team is active in the store. Pharmacy department has a free medical related machine where we can check our weight, blood pressure etc, its one of the good feature in the store. Bakery has good required size cakes. Good dry fruits stuff and many varieties in the food market.

My neighborhood publix is best around. Clean friendly and organized.

Store was clean, well stocked and had everything I needed for my holiday meal. Even some extras! Enjoyed my shopping experience.

Ive been going to Publix for years now and i have to say they get better and better each year friendly staff (even made some friends) good products, overall its just a good place.

Deli is very slow, but a good clean store

The store is large, well lit, well stocked and the staff helpful. The pharmacy staff are efficient and work swiftly. One dispensing general meds, one preparing vaccines, one administering them. Staff member completing vaccinations reviews information packet, details possible side effects, ensures instructions are understood, enquires if there are any questions, reassures those who are nervous and asks questions before releasing patient.

From the two way design of the caps, to the font size on the bottle and the overall experience when compared to other pharmacies makes Publix brand (a Florida company) standout. The produce in this store is never fresh, there are rotten fruit and vegetables with flies all around. When I point this out I am told, Oh let me get rid of that.The cashiers never greet you or smile and act like they are doing you a favor by saying thank you.The lady Manager is not very friendly, she never smiles or greets anyone. Always in a rush.Not a pleasure shopping here.

I rate it a 2 star because of the recent astronomical price increase on groceries. And as for freshness, fruits and vegetables are not that fresh or ripe or even real anymore like they used to be (GMO). I used to shop at Publix, but now I use it for mere convenience - like a food Mart. The staff is always great and Publix is blessed to have such good employees- if they could only get a pay raise- at least, if that was the case, I may feel better shopping there!
