We Purchased our Hahns Macaw from Them. We Have a Moluccan Cockattoo and A Conure, So we know a Caring Involved Breeder and Store. They are both. Ryan is a Very Knowledgable Person and will Filter you if he feels you Are not ready to have a certain Type of Bird. I even Insisted I Weaned my Mollucan and can take the Macaw Sooner. He absolutely Shut it down. They are trully Caring and professional about the whole process.

Worst place I ever been too, I was looking to buy a caique and I was told that they had caiques available I told them ahead of time that I was interested in buying one and the day I would be coming to pick it up, So I driver over an hour to get their and when I arrived and said I was their to buy a female caique I was given a female caique to hold and as I was getting ready to pay for it, They hit me with, The caique is still being weaned and wont be ready for another 2 to 3weeks, They never told me this before hand, otherwise I wouldnt have driven all that way, According to them the caique was about 4months, I have three other caiques that I hand raised myself from the time they were only a few weeks old and now they range in age from 5months to 8months, I told them all of this I have experience I can take care of the 4month old caique and its gonna be around other caiques close in age, But they wouldnt allow it, They wanted me to put down a deposit, I said no and left, I will never try to do business with them Again, Big waste of time, They need to be honest with ppl from the start and not con them into putting deposits down on birds that they thought were ready to be purchased..

What a Fantastic Store. Jay & his Mom are awesome very knowledgeable & helpful. Very Clean store. I purchased a Parrot from them and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. They have a great selection of not only Birds but everything else you might need to go along with them from cages to all sorts of toys and foods at great prices.

Without comparison, this is the cleanest bird store that I’ve been to. The ownership, and staff, is not only exceptionally knowledgeable, but it’s obvious that their top priority is ensuring the safety and well-being of the birds. Doesn’t hurt that it’s right next to my house!

I bought a baby caique from Birds off Broadway and recieved it in August. Jay did an amazing job with my baby bird carrier for its trip to Vermont. The minute I was advised she landed, I picked her up and took her out of her carrier, she was so excited to play with her new mama. From the time I called to see if they had babies fast-forward to today, Jay and Ryan have been so great to deal with. I bought my Eclectus from Birds off Broadway a week ago. He is a healthy bird with a loving disposition. You can tell he was cared for.This is a small local business; which is the first thing that I really loved. The second thing I appreciated the most was the cleanliness of the establishment. As a person with allergies and asthma, it is hard for me to go into some stores because of the smell. Each time I have come into this store I have never had an allergy or asthma trigger; which says a lot about how clean it is! The birdies’ cages are also very clean, and they all had clean water. There also isn’t a ton of birds; which is another thing I really liked. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in a bird store and I saw birds crammed into dirty cages, so that was something that caught my eye immediately.The staff is knowledgeable about the birds, and you can tell that they love them all very much. Another thing I was looking for was a safe place to board my bird when I go out of town. Due to the clean conditions and friendly staff, I will definitely be leaving my friend here. I trust that they will take good care of him while I’m gone.I would 100% recommend Birds off Broadway to anyone looking for a companion bird.

People here are so sweet. They are informative about birds and where and how they breed them. Its a small store. They have bird beak, claws, and wing trimmings every second and fourth Saturday youve got to reserve in advance. It has all your bird needs, with some long millet stalks.

I live out West, but Birds Off Broardway is my go to store for the best bird food you cant find in any closer store. Plus they have a large selection of toys and other bird equipment. Jay and crew are always helpful and caring. I highly recommend this store.

Disappointed. Bought our Conure from them, friendly knowledgeable staff but now that we have our bird Im finding out we have been misled. We were told he had been tested and vaccinated, and he got neither. They also said they do boarding and knew our trip dates and confirmed, and now we are leaving tomorrow and they wont board him. It seems they are overwhelmed and disorganized. Nice shop for questions, toys etc, but wouldnt buy from them again. Praying all tests come back negative.

These people really know their stuff and care about the birds. They are not there to just make a sale. They will turn you down if its a wrong fit. Prices are competitive and birds are healthy and well taken care of.
