I ordered a camera pole that fits in a pole holder on a boat. I realized it had a nock out of the metal. I called Stacy and without hesitation she sent me a replacement all the way in Hawaii.I gladly drove 15 minutes out of my way to send the old pole mount back to her.Thanks for such good service 🤙🏽

These guys are top notch. They installed a T-top on my 20 center console. Not the cheapest but my communication experience with a couple of the other places and Birdsalls reputation helped me decide. Attention to detail is a big deal with this company and thats critical for a custom t-top. They even fixed my loose transducer and bow light without me asking, and at no extra cost. The boat was nice and clean when I picked it up.

I was in their store today and I wore a mask as they require you to do in order to be in store, but noticed 4 other guys talking together on their store floor with no masks on. So I took mine off and was then asked to put it back on. When I looked over at the other guys with no masks on and standing two feet from each other, the guy behind the counter couldn’t give me a good explanation as to why they were not being asked to wear one as well so I left. I know losing one customer doesn’t effect their business but selective enforcement of a mask rule is a bad policy and not professional.

Great service. I purchased a cooler slide from them and it had an issue right out of the box. I called them and they sent one to me within a day. Great people to deal with.

I can’t say enough about the quality of experience we had at Birdsall. Todd and the other we worked with to order parts and put together our cleaning station was top notch. When we called, they answered, had the answers and followed up when they had to find answers. Then, in the store, they went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed without any attempt at upwelling or any of the nonsense we too often get. Top Notch quality and service..

Purchased the euro transom fillet tray - only the legs, not the table. Used it to make custom table to fit my pre existing vertical rod holders on the transom. I was a little disappointed in the price when I ordered it, but very happy with the ultra high quality product delivered. Fit my application perfectly, and anything of lesser quality would not be able to endure the stresses placed on the table/leg connection. Definitely worth the $.

I had a T top, rocket launcher, and other products installed on my boat(230BR )Key West. There is no better quality of design, fabrication, or service anywhere, and I have seen most companies products in my 50 plus years of boating. Sometimes there is a short wait to begin the construction on a project, but that is only because other expirienced boaters also recognize the superior quality, so plan ahead and book your project, you wont be disappointed.
