Hello, I am very proud to give these folks this five star rating. They have now started an branch in the Keys and we are one of their early customers down here. We connected through their ad and the showed up on time the same days to look over the job. Luke and Eli are very likeable from the start and you quickly realize you are dealing with experienced pros. They provided a proposal quickly with references. We learned a long time ago to check folks out before we get involved. I reached out to four of them and they all replied rapidly with glowing reviews about how well their experiences had been. We gave them the go ahead to do our floor. They showed up on time everyday and worked in a fast but careful manner. Very quickly I could see they are perfectionists and dont compromise on anything. Having your entire house refloor is a very invasive event but Luke and Eli cleaned up everyday and put furniture back as quick as they could. It was the least disruptive time as could have been hoped for. They are also very respectful and pleasant to have around. We feel we had all become good friends by the end of the job. We love the new floor. They were not pushy trying to upsell us on anything. Luke lightly suggested we might like better baseboards rather than reusing the old simple original ones. I thought about it for a while and decided he was right and of course now was the time to do it. We are so happy we did as it gave a much better and classier results. We couldnt be happier going with Design floor and home and their team. Absolutely use these folks when you need a good flooring install or repair.

Just great people and wonderful service. They went out of their way to accommodate us with pricing and a very quick installation. We only gave them a weeks notice before asking them to do the floors and they were right on time. Their installers are nice and friendly. We love the finished product.
