One star cuz this is not the first time, I dont order out much but every time with them, no sour cream or guac even though its paid for and on the ticket. Just disappointed

People behind making sandwiches were rude when asked for mustard packs which all were empty but some old jelly. Cashier was very nice. First time every been to a wawa where workers were rude an hated their job

Busiest Wawa in Palm Beach Co. Quick Service. Good food (for a gas station). Downside: the patrons seem to enjoy parking at the pump and then come back 10 minutes later, thus trying to buy fuel during peak hours is a real PITA. Free air, sometimes the pump is down.

This wawa is in a great location. It’s very accessible to the airport and if you have a rental car the gas prices are very fair. Plus the food is amazing. There deals are unbeatable and worth way more than the price. They have a variety of drinks from smoothies, lattes, milkshakes, and cappuccinos. The store is filled with plenty of on the go snacks and candy. Plus there is plenty of options for on the go food options. You will save tons of money of stopping here first before going to the airport and buying snacks and food from there.

Hadnt seen this since before the construction began, this is a beautiful gas station now! The bathrooms are soo clean and even in the dark, with all the lights I feel safe getting gas. Great Improvement!

Lots of cool options inside with recycling bins outside, they also have free air. My only gripe with this place is the odd entrance.

The made to order wraps and subs are great. Most drinks u can get made hot or cold. They do need to refill the self serve coffee a little quicker but overall very good place to grab a quick snack.

This place is refreshing as far as gas stations go. They keep it pretty clean and have a lot to choose from. The layout of the parking is kind of difficult to maneuver around but it gets the job done, I guess.

First off I would like to say I love Wawa . The only problem with this location is the employee management at night are the worst. Ive been to at least 4 different locations and this one is unbelievable how they treat Uber or Doordash employees. The night manager with black hair and braids. She basically tossed the food at me because she was to busy to get the food that was already done. Because I had to go over to the kitchen area and ask if they can bring the order over and she got all offended . So the customers ordering Uber Eats from Belvedere and 95 WawaDont order from their order from another Wawa because they are very unprofessional they dont care about your food being cold or nothing

Order BLT sandwich has two strips of bacon, asked the women who was making my sandwich did you put pickles on the sandwich, o yes sir i did, where cause i cant find them, she was to busy talking about her baby daddy to her co workers

Came inside here. It’s big. Nice. New. Clean. I tried the ice coffee and was impressed by the selections they had for creamers sugars etc. everything was clean. Fresh baked items.

Food is always great and the gas is usually cheaper than anyone in the area.

I always come here for their smoothies! I have had only one rude encounter but the manager went over and beyond to fix it! I believe his name was James! Great place with great employees and service!

I usually get gas here weekly and coffee. I Was sad to hear about their data breach. At this location the hand dryer in the men’s room has been broken for 3 weeks. Hopefully someone will notice it and get it fixed or get a new one. In the meantime paper towels would be helpful.

Wow! Is this place busy but fast and efficient. The bathrooms were clean and the TUNA SUB AMAZING. The best in the world. Get it with lettuce, tomatoes, pickle and yellow mustard on a traditional white sub roll. You will be in nirvana!!

Best gas station in the area its either fuel, sandwiches or drinks either cold or hot they have it all. Welcoming staff, especially Makayla does great beverages. I recommend this place.

Daniel is by far the best employee I’ve ever had the privilege of encountering. Props to your location for finding such a great, outgoing employee who loves his job. Besides the great food, he is the reason why I frequent your location. Mind you, there is a wawas less than 5 miles from my house but I choose to drive the extra miles just for Daniel.

Easily, the slowest Wawa on the East Coast. If I order food, Im consistently prepared for a 20-30 min wait and the 50/50 possibility that my food will be wrong. This is a complete 180 from the Wawas back in my home state of Virginia. You have your food in 5 mins, maybe 10 mins during the lunch rush. This location needs to get it together.

Great EVERYTHING food drink and surroundings. Could be a bit more efficient at check out as far as line during busy times. Otherwise couldnt be better. Shout out to Wendy. Makes the best frozen cappuccinos and is just so friendly!!

Just had a bad experience

Doing good. Still have good staff. I was doubting that they would keep the good people when they opened, but they did and it didn’t degrade into a typical poorly run west palm business . They open registers when the line gets to a certain point to keep things moving. If they are out of pretzels they will make it fresh.I had only one bad experience with a ghetto local employee a long time ago and since then have never seen them. They are running a smooth operation. Way to go wawa

My five star rating just changed to a one. I just stopped at this Wawa to get gas and there were a number of panhandlers there which I didnt think anything of it. Panhandlers are sometimes annoying, but they dont bother me. However, I dont like to block the pumps when I go into the store so I swung around back where there was parking. The outside set of doors was open but the inside was locked. I looked around for a sign but could find nothing, so I walked around the store and asked the clerk what was up. He said, theyre locked for security issues. I said, whos security? Ours, he said. So I said, what about your customers, and he replied then you should park in front. And I said we should barricade the back then. Or put a sign up. When I get home Im going to tell my wife that that Wawa isnt safe, and Im going to post on social media that Ive been told it isnt safe by the staff there.

All was great at this store with one exception... for a gas station this size, it should have more than just 1 stall in the men’s room.

I order a drink and tobacco at 2 am with my debit card, the guy at the cashier did a mistake and it show fraud at the system and he asked me to give him my debit card and then he didn’t want to return it back to me and he call the police, I told him that’s my debit card and I’m buying tobacco anyway you should ask my ID and you can see the name on the debit card is the same name on my ID and you have no right to hold it and he call the police on me, anyway police came which it was the first time someone call police on me, the officer told him that’s a debit card and he showed you his ID you shouldn’t call the police, I wake my lawyer at 2am and my family really got so worry about me, and the cashier said my card shows fraud and I told him my card nothing wrong with it, I called my bank they told me also nothing wrong with my account at all and they send me an email that my account has money on it and all good and I showed them even my online bank account, I just want to know why is that ?No respect at all, I always buy from them gas and grocery and I have wawa credit card also, always talk with respect never had any problem at all and that what I got there, thanks

During busy times there is no parking. The slower times they take too much time to prepare food. Have given this store several chances but just not going there anymore even my office is close by. I had them refund my money for much lunch today they had not even started. 20 min is too long to wait for Wawa food.

Hit or miss. These Wawas were great when they first opened but customer service gets worse and worse and the stores get dirtier and dirtier.

I ordered a sourdough melt through the app, and although it was frustrating that it took 10 minutes to prepare because they kept messing up other peoples orders, what compelled me to write this review was that my chicken sandwich lacked chicken. I stopped by to get a sub. It was the worst sandwich ever. The bread was hard and stale. It was also soaked with oil and vinegar, which I DID NOT ASK FOR!!!!! MAYO ONLY PEOPLE!!! Its so hard to get a good sandwich anymore. Its not difficult people!!

Starting to get slow. They were fast when they started and had the people from up north running it, but now I can tell they are getting slow from hiring the wrong kinds of people. Please don’t let this degrade into a poorly managed place run by ghetto employees like everything becomes in west palm. I love wawa cause of their speed, but recently they have slowed down to Publix sandwich maker speeds.

Every time I order a hoagie from here they get it wrong. First time I ordered a ham and cheese, but got a BLT, then Saturday we stopped for gas and I order a omelet hoagie with ham and Swiss cheese, left got down the road opened it and only got egg and Swiss cheese!!!! Grrrrr

Me and my family went to this wawa around 5am after checking out super early at the hotel accross the street (had a very bad experiance). Us and the kids were very hungry and ready to fuel up and drive back home. Weve heard about wawa but never been. Our experience with customer service was above & beyond even at such early hours in the morning. The staff kept a clean environment, greeted us, and gave us instruction about how to order. We didnt have to ask. One of the men working was talking with my husband and gave him some good information about the west palm area, sides of town, etc. All of the staff was very nice. The food was good and cheap! They even gave us a free large water to travel with in the car back home. Great experiance. Will be using wawa more often now!

This place is awesome and everywhere they have one. Other businesses around here should look to them as a shining example. As long as they dont hire lazy locals from the hood, this place is going to be my go to stop for everything. unbelievably fast. WAWA can make two sandwiches in 60 seconds with their workers, and Publix takes 8-10 mins per sandwich with theirs slow hood workers.

Convenient location but to turn into and out can be bothersome. As well, their parking lot can become confusing with no stop signs 3 lanes merge.

The parking and common areas are litered with trash. The customers leave their garabage everwhere and the employees dont pick it up. The trash blows all over.

Lots of choices for ordering food from the deli. U completely customize ur order. We had the mint frappaccino with whipped cream. No extra shots of espresso or energy. Maybe next time. But it was delish. We also had their Roast beef subs. I had the 10, my mom had the smaller one. We both had different toppings. But u can tell the veggies r fresh. Bread was soft. Also very delish. But being that theyre from Philly, Im surprised they didnt have Philly Cheesesteaks. If u get coffee, u can completely customize it yourself. Big selection of creamers, etc. Cant wait 2 go again. Ill get 1 of their milkshakes next time.

Went here to buy cigs and gass. The girl cari working at night gave me the wrongs ciggs and then gave me the correct ones then she turned around and put them back and i said what about the ciggs and she acted like i had them in my pocket and asked me are they in your pocket i said no she said so the disappeared i said i dont know but i dont have them. So they proceeded to check the cameras to see if i was lieing. Ofcourse i was not and she put them backon the shelf obliviously. Very bad experience and the girl cari needs to learn how to not emberrass customers i do not recomend this place bad experience when i hear so much good stuff about this buisness

Worst customer service ever with Marion she has a nasty attitude and doesn’t know how to treat customers. She didn’t acknowledge me at all because I wasn’t American. RUN GO TO ANOTHER WAWA after all they have several thank you Jesus
