I finally have music again after 2 years! Recommended to me but wont get recommended by me. Was told 300 for the install when I dropped my truck off. When I picked it up they had added an extra 40 dollars on for parts I needed without consulting with me. Thankfully I had it to spare but beware there. When I drove off I tried to adjust my electric seat back and it wouldnt move. When I made it home I realized they had moved my seat forward to put the amp in but i could no longer move my seat back without hitting the amp. They offered to relocate it for me but with 2 screw holes in my carpet I might as well relocate it myself. I then noticed they cracked my floor panel running the wire under it and didnt bother to let me know. I also realised I was missing a pair of glasses from my center console. When I confronted them about it they denied removing them and then conveniently found them 2 minutes later. Take your business elsewhere.

I bought a brand new sling shot from Polaris. It took me forever to get the casings to put in speakers. However when I went to G who is the owner of exotic sounds he actually built them and they are nicer than the ones you can buy from the shop. His price is a great his workmanship is great and him and his sons agree to deal with. There’s nothing I can wait as a negativeToward this company or the people that work in it. When most other companies wouldnt install another companies equipment these guys took on the challenge. They did a great job running all wires behind panels, making it look great! The job took much longer than expected or quoted due to the complexity of the system and my requests and without having to they worked with me on the labor costs which ended up being much less than thier hourly rate. Remember that how long something will take is an estimate. Even made changes afterwards just to make sure I was happy, I highly recommend these guys.

The installer showed me why my current one failed after a couple of years and when they put the new one, went out of their way to ensure all connection areas were sealed properly to prevent mositure intrusion. I was looking all around west palm beach for someone who has experience and good quality audio for my Benz, everywhere i went they gave me a different excuse as to why it would be more difficult for a Benz to get a sound upgrade, MY man G looked at my car asked me what i wanted, i told him i wanted clear audio and solid base, nothing crazy & he immediately knew what to get for my car, all in all, great place, amazing customer service & most importantly amazing job on the car audio system upgrade!

I have literally had an issue with every purchase/installation done at this shop. I do not recommend going here.Im sitting on unanswered texts, bad headlights, bad underglow lights, and speakers that I had to go back to their shop on numerous occasions to get fixed.Any deadline this shop gives you - you should take with a grain of salt. Each time I dropped my truck off they gave me their word it would be done by a specific time - which was never kept. Do yourself a favor and find another shop. This place isnt worth the hassle.Vehicle: 2016 Ram 1500Installations:1. 2 amps, second battery, 2 10s and new speakers all around... had a brand new amp go bad immediately, which then had to wait almost 2 months to get a replacement. Also have had issues with hearing awful feedback when hitting bumps. Sent videos showing the issue just to be told they dont know why.2. HID headlights/fog lights + Rock Lights (under glow). These headlights dont always turn on, and when I brought up the issue I was told that water can cause them to act strange. We live in Florida, dont recommend or install a product that rain can interfere with. 2 of my underglow lights burnt out within a week and I can only use certain colors now. Again - was told that water is an issue here. They said they ordered a replacement but its been weeks and I havent heard a thing.I have receipts and texts to show how bad this place ended up being. Dont be fooled by all the reviews like I was - seriously just go somewhere else.

Extremely pleased with my experience with exotic sounds! I purchased some new car audio equipment and have almost no knowledge on how to install a sub and amp. Did my research and got the right stuff. Then called Exotic Sounds to get it all installed.The end result is amazing. Very professional and clean wiring setup, not to mention they work fast, which is nice because the charge is by the hour. Top notch. I was referred here for good reason. G fit me in last minute on a not so easy install. Older Mercedes E class with fiber optics was no problem. Install is of the highest quality, clean and elegant and looks factory. Sound and updated features work seamlessly in the car while retaining steering wheel controls. I highly recommend him whether you have basic needs or complicated high end demands. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and competent.

Came here to install a touchscreen radio that I got for Christmas but didnt work as expected because the back up camera didnt come with the cable assigned to the Reverse and it was from China or something and G mentioned if I wanted I could buy one of his, promising that it would work and fit way better. These guys are great when it comes to car audio installations. While I had installed many car radios with backup cameras I was unable to get my backup camera working in a new radio I just installed. These guys had it figured out in no time at all and had me working. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

All our son wanted for graduation was to change the front speakers in his 2008 Honda Pilot to go with the bass speakers box he installed in the back. The back speakers were installed by friends who knew somewhat what they were doing but the cables were all over the place. Early on graduation day i took the car to Exotic Sounds and explained what i needed. They took a look around the back, noticed some lose cables check the front and gave me a price for everything with the speakers. I left everything paid and a few days later they did the job. Our son loves the new sound in the car. It definitely sounds amazing without rattling the windows from a mile away. The owner G is great at customer service and took the time to explain everything to me. And they also speak Spanish which is a big plus in the area. Overall a good experience.

I think that any one can give you advice and they have a good place to get the sound for your vehicle but I could honestly say that this place is beyond compare. No matter how little or how big your needs are, G takes more than good care of you, but more importantly of your precious vehicle.In the end it all boils down to how happy you are with the sound of the place where you spend most of your time at, your car.

My story is a long story. However, Ill give you the short version. Exotic Sounds is the third audio installation company Ive used. With the other two companies, my system was a mess. I paid for equipment and labor TWICE looking for that crystal clear sound where you can hear all the instruments - only to not get quality sound in my car. For the first company, I did not check reviews. They ended up scratching up my car, which they fixed. That was good on their part as responsible company. The second company got very high ratings. They were a 4.8 out of 5 stars. However they did not have as many great reviews as Exotic Sounds. That ended up being a failure as well. Finally, going to Exotic Sounds, I got the powerful, clean and clear sound that I wanted the first time around. With the other companies, I had to go back multiple times and they still couldnt get it right. If youre choosing an audio installation company, make sure to check how many five-star ratings they have in comparison to other companies. Also check out their Instagram account which will show you the quality and caliber of work that the company does. I spent double the amount when I could have spent half of that to get it done right the first time with Exotic Sounds. Save time. Save money. Use Exotic Sounds from the start.

I just called Exotic Sounds and spoke with “G” and one of his installers Eric? (Forgive me I got your name wrong!) as I had some questions about my car audio install who is actually currently being installed by someone else at the moment and they couldn’t have been more helpful. So helpful in spite of them knowing that another installer is currently doing the work that I felt compelled to write a review.I called regarding some questions about tuning my car once my current installer is finished, going active with an external DSP, switching out my current amps, etc. etc. etc. They addressed all of my questions, concerns and offered some excellent advice as well.This isn’t even a situation where I’m unhappy with my current installer. I just wanted hear another professionals thoughts & opinions and these guys were extremely helpful, professional and didn’t try to rush me off the phone given the fact my car isn’t even finished yet and won’t be able to bring my car to them until it is. I have a lot of respect for these guys already based on one phone call and will NO doubt be bringing my car to them upon its current completion.Forgive me for the long ‘rant’ here but it’s so refreshing dealing with professionals such as these guys given the seemingly countless so called ‘professionals’ here in South Florida who treat you like sh*t, no call no show and try to simply extract as much money from you as possible while putting in the least amount of effort and/or shoddy work.Thank you again guys for taking the time to simply speak with me about my questions and concerns. I have a Winnebago Travato Class B RV. It came with a weak stereo system. G, hooked me up with a real amazing system at a very fair price. The work that was done on my van was of perfect quality. Eric worked on my van and he is a real pro. He knows his stuff. There was an issue with a piece of the new equipment that he received and he didn’t like the way it sounded. Both G and Eric insisted something wasn’t quite right with the sound. Many people wouldn’t have noticed. They swapped out the part and my goodness I’ve never heard so much sound from 2 woofers, 2 tweeters and one slim subwoofer. I’m so happy I picked this place to come to. They really appreciate music and how it sounds and they care about their customers satisfaction. Also it could get busy here. I guess a lot of people already know that when you need some audio work, remote start system and/or much more, you go see G at Exotic Audio. I highly recommend.

I have a Ford F-250 crew cab. It is lifted with a custom lift, custom air brushing and much much more. Definitely a show truck to say the least. I went to Exotic Sounds and asked if he could build a custom box but would have to meet the standard of the remainder of the truck. I made a custom box to fit behind my rear seats to hold 2 JL Audio 13.5 inch subs. Sounds amazing. He then went above and beyond and Rhino Lined the box to match my frame. He also cut out many angles to give the best result for sound. I couldn’t be any happier with the sound and appearance. 100% recommend and will continue using him for future builds.Tried loading photos but can’t. Will post as soon as I can. Did an amazing job.

Theses guys were amazing. One of the biggest reason why I say that is because they arent after your money. They genuinely give you great deals for the work you need to get done. My audio installation was supposed to only take an hour, but due to other issues I had in my car, it took another couple hours and the guys at the shop were willing to put in the work the same day, as well as work around their schedules to get it done for me. Friendly employees and they did a quality job on my installation. Ill be coming back again for sure.

Got a system installed by them a couple years ago and it sounds great without any major issues, but when I went to get a fuse replaced and they charged me $65 to replace a $8 fuse which is pretty much robbery. At first they were pretty reasonable with their prices but after charging almost $70 to replace a fuse that was literally $8.39 (also took less than 15 minutes to replace)I feel like I got taken advantage of Big time. I gave them 5 stars before because they use to be pretty good with the prices but after this I don’t think I will be doing business with them anymore.

I had two 12s installed here. I dropped off the vehicle in the morning, and it was completed the same day. Gee did my installation. He did a great job with the wiring and tuning of the system once installed.

Amazing customer service and work! Along with suiting me up with a nice subwoofer system & wiring it all very professionally.. Gee is very knowledgeable, was willing to answer any questions I had and really tried helping me on the price. He cares about his customers and his main concern is their satisfaction! I came later in the day for everything and he willingly stayed after hours to do and finish the job for me. Excellent installation, its whats behind your panels that matters and Gee keeps it all neat. Very OEM. His son also did me the favor of fixing my coin tray that was stuck without me even asking! Really appreciated that. Also when I had a little unknown problem I gave Gee a call and he told me to come down and he fixed it quickly with ease. I would definitely recommended Gee and his staff to anyone for any of their auto-sound needs! The custom work you can see throughout the shop is incredible too.

I had one problem with my experience here... too much bass! In all seriousness these guys are awesome. They get the job done to perfection and youll be thankful for how hard they work to deliver the best sound they can. On top of that if for some reason the bass is too much or sound is too loud they will work with you and fine tune the system to your exact liking. The box they built for me was perfect. I have a 2007 Toyota Tundra and stressed to them that I was ok with sacraficing a little room, but it had to be behind the seats. They hit the mark even better than expected. They actually were able to build a huge ported box while giving me more leg room in the back then promised. If you want the job done right go to Exotic Sounds.
