If you’re into getting your money stolen than this place is for you! I had an issue with a product and the counter guy refused to escalate the situation properly and let me speak to a manager to see if I could have my issue resolved.Very poor customer service. Had he escalated the proper way and allowed me the chance to resolve my issue I’d have come back and spend a LOT more money. These people will never see another dime from me.Definitely don’t recommend this place. Go to another store.

This place is great! Everything I needed in one stop. Service was great, prices were VERY reasonable and service was excellent! Anytime I go to West Palm Beach, I always stop by and check out all the new pipes and hookahs they got. Oh, and theyre vapor selection is A1!

Man, where do I start. This smoke shop that just opened not too far from where I work is so dope! The smoke shop has everything youre looking for starting from hookahs, pipes, bongs, vaporizers juices. If youre looking to get your smoke on, this smoke shop got you covered. The staff in Glass Chamber are very knowledgeable about their products.

This location is their best, in my opinion—organized, well stocked, and staffed with knowledgeable, friendly employees who make your visit worthwhile. Their prices are not always the lowest in the area, but for most purchases I’d certainly choose this spot over others for their product quality and variety, as well as their solid customer service.
