I want to thank Destiny for her excellent customer service. I had been having an issue regarding a pair of sneakers that wore out prematurely. I was given a voucher to put towards a new purchase and selected a pair at the factory store in Palm Beach. Initially there was a problem using the voucher at the store. Instead of telling me it cant be done, Destiny had a positive attitude and said she would contact her manager and try to resolve the issue. She was able to complete my purchase and in doing so, maintain a loyal New Balance customer. Thanks again!

Very nice smaller outlet with an extensive stock of mens, womens, and kids shoes in many widths and sizes. Socks, shorts, and some other accessories are also available. Located on the pleasantly walkable outdoor pedestrian mall of the Palm Beach Outlets with dozens of other well-known brand stores. Today, New Balance had 40% off many of their list prices; I scored a pair of MARISLG3 course shoes for $41, with tax, and my wife got two pairs for $60. Nice!

If you like New Balance, this location has a good variety to choose from. Even though they call it an outlet store, you can usually find New Balance sneakers on sale at other locations for less than what the outlet prices are.I stop at outlet stores like this to discover new styles, try on to verify sizing, check for comfort and buy them online or at another shoe store when theyre having a sale. The outlet deal is not that bad if you need two pairs of sneakers, but I only need one!

This place has the only shoes my son will wear. Almost always have deals and the young ladies in there have always been very helpful.

Nice, helpful staff. 2nd pair is half price and that counts for online orders too if they dont have the item in stock. My New Balance 880s are the most comfortable walking/running shoes I have ever worn...and nice styling too.

Needed some orthopedic shoes. They had what I needed.

Went in here yesterday for the first time. Had a large selection and a large clearance section as well. But customer service was nonexistent. There were 3 girls up front who were deep into a rather loud personal conversation (I could hear exactly what they were talking about all the way in the back of the store). Several other customers besides myself came and went and nobody was offered any assistance. I circled the store 4 or 5 times in search of a specific style but I couldn’t find it, finally deciding they must not carry it. I tried on and almost went with another style, but honestly the place was so unprofessional I just didn’t want to give them my business. I went online instead for my final purchase. I won’t be returning to this store.

Nedgy is a very sweet individual who will make sure that your questions are being answered, needs are met, and that you feel confident in your shoes. She is very thorough and makes me feel like the VIP & MVP everytime. Seeing her there brightened my day!!! My new store just because of her🤗

I like this outlet store. it offers some decent variety in the types of New balance shoes they offer. The pricing is okay.

Friendly staff, very clean and organized store. Just really small, prices not that great over retail (which for the extra little price provides less chance of getting the factory “failures” that get sent here).

Very bad service by 2 employees who were mocked because I demanded a poorly marked price, the shift manager also has no tact with customers, I do not go back to that store... 👎👎👎
