Went here to have them look over some coins and gold jewelry I had. The whole process and experience was super comfortable and easy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about what I was trying to sell them. I got fair market price for the items I brought in. Overall, the experience was great. Saw the TV ad and decided to go there to trade in some jewelry that I wasn’t wearing anymore. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by one of the associates, Sue.She was very friendly and helpful. Then I was introduced to John, the appraiser. Very professional and knowledgeable. The whole process took only 20 minutes and the entire transaction was seamless. I highly recommend this jeweler to conduct business with. They are outstanding. 5 stars.

Enjoyed breakfast next door and found Prospyr. Sue greeted us and was very knowledgeable about the history of the business and the jewelry in the showcases. Their selection was impressive, it was pleasant to see individual unique pieces. Val also assisted in taking information on a piece that we would like to purchase. Highly recommend this when searching for jewelry. Prices were well below the mall and the pieces were not so common looking.

My first time coming to your location with my mom. The staff was very friendly and very helpful in assisting my mom with some things she brought in to find out the value of. She was very excited to learn that they were worth that much. I also bought a beautiful pair of sterling silver hoop earrings. Shelia was extremely helpful and very nice. I definitely will be back with some more of my own items.

First off, this is NOT Kay jewelers, this is what I expect from a genuine professional jeweler. I took some items that I no longer needed and Sue assisted me. I was very impressed at how detailed she was when evaluating my items. Sue was pleasant and informative, I never felt rushed, nor did I feel that I would be taken advantage of. Noone came close to what they paid me for my gold scraps and engagement ring. They spend 30 minutes trying to prove my center stone was real and not a fake when their machine kept reading the centernstone as not genuine. They cleaned it a few times and finally the thing read it as a genuine diamond. They go above and beyond while providing excellent customer service and a fair buying price..

Service was great and they immediately gave me money for my old gold rings with small diamonds in them. The only reason it’s not a five as I would’ve liked to get a little more money but then again I guess they have to make money and told me they melt it down as scrap they don’t resell anything because the two rings I brought in were beautiful but they said more than likely nobody likes other peoples rings they want their own to make their own memories.

I recently went with my sister to sell some gold and silver jewelry that was left to us by our parents when they passed away. We had no idea of the value of what we had so we went to a couple of places. Treasure Hunt gave us thousands more for our things than the other jeweler that we visited. Meagan and Jenna were patient and very knowledgeable about what we had and its value. I would recommend getting several estimates for your things and then go to treasure hunt and see these folks for your best deal.

I was lied to. They are liars and cheats. I called and spoke with the woman who answered the phone. I asked her if they buy gold coins and she said yes. I told her what I had and asked if they pay more than just the gold value in the coin and she said Absolutely. She said I needed to bring the coins in. So I drove 35 minutes to get there. The gentleman took the coins and did some calculations and said $212 each. I asked why less than the gold value and he said because we need to make a profit and there is no premium for those coins. The gold value was $241each not to mention they were 1904, 1907, 1908 and 1909 gold French Rooster 20Francs. I told him what the lady said on the phone and he no way. I looked to the lady and asked her if she remembered our conversation that took place 40 minutes earlier and she said I have so many calls I cant remember all of them. I recognized her accent at that time and I knew it was her that I spoke with. The 15 minutes I was there the phone didnt ring once. All LIES, LIES, LIES! Needless to say I was a little upset. On the way out I looked at a few coins they had for sale and what do I see? The same coin (but 1911) that I wanted to sell them for $290!! I asked how much they would sell that coin to me for since there is no premium and he said $290. I laughed and walked out. If you want a fair price for your gold or silver forget the Treasure Hunt stores and go the THE GOLD MINE in Lake Worth and ask for Justin or Fred. Just do the research on what the value should be before you go to any of the buyers. Stay clear of the Treasure Hunt though, poor business practices and straight up Liars unfortunately.
